The Supreme Court made a stand for freedom today. In the case of Caniglia vs Strom, the Supreme Court has decided that warrantless gun confiscation is absolutely unconstitutional.

In the case of Caniglia vs Strom, a Rhode Island man’s guns were seized from his home after he apparently made several comments about suicide. The police entered his home and seized his firearms without a warrant.

Local authorities claimed that the confiscation was legal because under a local ‘ community care-taking’ law.

I had previously written an article about the possible implications of this case. In that article, I also detail the Biden administration’s blatant overreach of power.

The Biden administration actually encouraged the Supreme Court to rule in favor of the community caretaking laws, even though they were BLATANT violations of the second and fourth amendment. I am glad the Supreme Court DID NOT listen.

Warrantless gun confiscation is a direct violation of the fourth amendment, which clearly states…

“The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things”

Clarence Thomas wrote the opinion.

This is a huge blow to the Biden administration’s war on normalcy. Gun ownership is one of the pillars of American life. It is the right that keeps the government from being able to commit unspeakable acts of terror on its people, like so many governments have in the past.

This decision is a landmark victory for freedom, the Constitution, and individual liberty. Lets us hope that the Supreme Court will begin to once again protect our rights as American citizens.

Just today, the Supreme Court agreed to hear a major abortion case. It will be heard during their next session. This could mark a major victory for human rights in America.

The Biden administration has looked to expand violations of our second and fourth amendments using the community caretaking maneuver. The Supreme Court has just put a stop to that.

That is why some Democrats have weighed expanding the Supreme Court, and allowing themselves to appoint an extra FOUR judges. They know that the Supreme Court is effective at stopping some of their tyranny.

A major win for LIBERTY, for now!

  1. I will never forget the words Native Americans used in the pass to describe agreements made with past elected officials that confuse the outcome, “White man speaks with forked tongue.” sounds about right, “Amendments using, “Community Care-Taking Maneuver,” I would consider any movement to “Pack” the Supreme Court to fit ones agenda would be considered an act of treason against our Country.
