A Maryland Election Integrity group called md20-20watch.com has released a bombshell report entitled ‘Sumpter Haw’, slang for steering a mule to the Left. A reference to the film ‘2000 Mules’ recently released by Dinesh D’Souza.
In the report, md20-20watch.com reveals the top recipients of ‘Zuckbucks’ in the 2020 Election. These funds were dispersed through an organization called ‘Centers For Tech and Civil Life’, or ‘CTCL’.
Zuckerberg pumped in a total of over $350 Million to this group nationwide.
Thanks to this report, we now know who received the money in the State of Maryland, and which counties took the most money.

As you can read above, several counties within Maryland took in over $1 Million from the Zuckerberg-funded CTCL. I attended a local meeting earlier this year in Howard County in which a local Election Board member was present. I wrote about the experience afterwords.
The attitude of the Board Member in question was unbelievable then, and even crazier now. Even though the Maryland State General Assembly had approved extra money in the budget for COVID measures in the Election, and the fact that it is illegal for these groups to take money from private entities, the Board Member simply said ‘we needed the money’.
This report touches on that aspect as well, including this..
In fact, that was even after the SBE requested and received an ADDITIONAL $20 million from the State in Covid relief funds to defray the added costs to conduct the 2020 in-state election.
Luckily, the ‘Sumpter Haw’ report goes into even further detail. md20-20watch.com went as far as to retrieve a list of the some of the actual payments of the ‘CTCL’ money in the State of Maryland.
As you can see in the image above, several individuals were receiving checks in the thousands of dollars. This is money that was being accepted to influence our election.
We even have an image of one of the checks!
We also have a receipt that shows a direct payment from the CTCL to the Howard County Board of Elections.
The Maryland Constitution reads…
Maryland Constitution, Article 1, Section 6 to: “give, or offer to give, directly or indirectly, any bribe, present or reward, or any promise, or any security, for the payment or delivery of money, or any other thing, to induce any voter to refrain from casting his vote, or elector of President, and Vice President of the United States, or Representative in Congress or for any office of profit or trust, created by the Constitution or Laws of this State, or by the Ordinances, or Authority of the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore, the person giving, or offering to give and the person receiving the same, and any other person who gives or causes to be given, an illegal vote, knowing it to be such, at any election to be hereafter held in this State, shall, on conviction in a Court of Law, in addition to the penalties now or hereafter to be imposed by law, be forever disqualified to hold any office of profit or trust, or to vote at any election thereafter. But the General Assembly may in its discretion remove the above penalty and all other penalties upon the vote seller so as to place the penalties for the purchase of votes on the vote buyer alone. (originally Article 1, sec. 3, thus renumbered by Chapter 681, Acts of 1977, ratified Nov. 7, 1978. As sec 3, it was amended by Chapter 602, Acts of 1912, ratified Nov.4, 1913).
What happened in our 2020 Election was the crime of the century. Our vote was desecrated by individuals who were willing to take money in order to overthrow our vote.
The report even includes an email where Maryland State Board of Election Administrator Linda Lamone is being ‘thanked’ for providing this ‘opportunity’.

AS YOU CAN SEE in the above letter from “KO Public Relations LLC…..Maryland State Board of Election’s Administrator Linda Lamone is being thanked for “providing….the opportunity to…….” Run a statewide (paid) outreach campaign to incite minority voters to VOTE using media/ TV/ radio/ and digital advertising…..”approved” BY HER!
THAT’S ILLEGAL TO FAVOR ANY GROUP OVER ANOTHER and where did the money come from? GUESS?

(I’d like to point out that the last person on the list is Henry Fawell. He was Governor Ehrlich’s “PR” spokesperson and most recently was appointed BY LARRY HOGAN to the Board of Directors of a “Public/Private partnership” to promote the state, headed by Maryland Department of Commerce, Secretary Kelly Schulz, who is now running for Governor).
It was a crime that must be answered for. We must hold the guilty accountable. We cannot tolerate this kind of unconstitutional attack on our right to vote.
Not only did this happen in 2020, but Zuckerberg has plans to pull the same exact game coming up in 2022. He just plans to disguise it a little better.
We need to stop the lawlessness before our Country is gone. Joe Biden is wreaking more havoc as an illegitimate President, chosen by elitists instead of the people, than anybody could have imagined.
Our Country is being pushed to the brink by CRIMINALS like Mark Zuckerberg. However, we must remember that without willing recipients of the money, there would be no scam.
