Andrew Cuomo has announced a rollout of a COVID 19 Vaccination pass in New York called the ‘Excelsior Pass’.
In a complete violation of the fourth amendment, his order forces businesses to screen their customers for vaccination. The policy will implement a QR code app needing to be scanned to enter any business. If a customer has not been vaccinated, they will not be allowed into a business in the state of New York. This is the level of tyranny that we are dealing with. Completely insane, and unhinged.
Of course, the COVID 19 vaccine doesn’t actually prevent you from getting COVID.
Of course, the FDA jammed through the approvals and didn’t test the vaccines to the standard of other vaccines (Operation Warp Speed)
Of course, this is the SAME exact Andrew Cuomo who killed THOUSANDS of Seniors by sending the sick into nursing homes.
The SAME EXACT Andrew Cuomo that covered up as much as 50% of the COVID deaths in his state. This is the SAME Andrew Cuomo that has had at least SEVEN people come out and accuse him of sexual harassment, in one case referring the charges to the Albany Police Department.
This guy is an absolute GOON.
Now he is moving to implement forced vaccinations, as it would be impossible to enter a business, like a GROCERY STORE, in the State of New York without a vaccine.
Our Fourth Amendment CLEARLY states…
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
We The People, regardless of our beliefs about the vaccine, must stand together against this kind of blatant medical tyranny. If you support the vaccine, and want to get it, FINE. You don’t get to force it on everybody else. Forced
Business owners must REFUSE to comply with this kind of nonsense. They must reject the state control. We the People must ONLY support the businesses willing to stand up to our government officials. We must ensure that those business owners who would sacrifice the constitutional rights of their customers should have their businesses fail.
We can no longer sit by and watch our rights be stripped away. Soon, we will have none.
Biden is planning something similar on a national scale. His administration is planning on pressuring corporations to require vaccinations. If we do not stand up to these people, they will never stop. Tell your friends, tell your family. This is out and out TYRANNY. We have to stand up to the NOW.
