BREAKING: Biden Administration Says CDC CANNOT Reinstate Eviction Moratorium, Begs States To Pay

The Biden Administration is now pushing for State and Local governments to extend their unconstitutional ‘eviction moratoriums’. This comes after the Biden Admin. ADMITTED that the CDC cannot extend the illegal ‘moratorium’.

Early on during the pandemic, the Center for Disease Control issued an illegal and absurd order that placed a ‘moratorium’ on evicting renters.

The CDC is not elected. They do not set policy for the country. Yet, they were allowed to. The result has been a complete DISASTER.

Landlords across the country were left absolutely hung out to dry, in some cases not receiving a DIME for utilities or rent, but still being FORCED to house tenants who didn’t pay.

A large portion of American landlords, average people, have sold their rental properties due to this insane policy. Of course, the real winner here are the corporations who get to buy cheap property!

The government quite literally decided that Americans do not have the right to control who lives in their own properties. They decried that owners do not even have the right to STOP PAYING the utilities.

Many landlords are average, everyday people. Most simply use the rent as a means to pay the mortgage on their properties.

Who was fighting for THEIR rights? Nobody. Disgustingly, landlords have been treated like ‘rich fools’ who can afford to let their tenants do ANYTHING.

What are these people expected to do? Eat the cost. The government does not care, at all, about the financial well-being of the homeowner. They instead protect the renter, even when that renter is not paying his/her bills.

What is the justification for this? Job openings have hit an ALL TIME HIGH recently, even surpassing pre-pandemic levels. There is NO SHORTAGE of work, yet government coddles renters like there are virtually no jobs available. Pathetic.

This is an EVICTION moratorium. It is quite literally designed for those who are NOT PAYING their bills.

Why do these people have the right to use resources of the homeowners for free? Why does the government feel that it can dictate this sort of thing?

This ‘moratorium’ is completely unconstitutional. It is a slap in the face to the working American.

If you are kind enough to rent a property that you own, the absolute LAST THING you should be worried about is whether the government is going to make it ILLEGAL for you to evict a tenant who doesn’t pay.

Why on EARTH would a tenant who is not paying his/her bills be entitled to use your property? It is completely INSANE.

A Federal Judge ruled against the ‘eviction moratorium’ in May. The Supreme Court recently allowed the bullshit to continue until 7-31, but also ruled that it would take an act of Congress to restore the moratorium on a Federal level.

This government seems intent on punishing anybody who has achieved success. Landlords represent smart, savvy property owners who benefit the community by offering housing.

Because of our government’s ‘eviction moratorium’, the American landlord is being FORCED out of the industry. Maybe that was the plan all along.

No American should be forced to pay for a tenant who is not paying their bills. Landlords should have the power to evict AS STATED IN THE LEASE AGREEMENT.

If you don’t pay your rent, you don’t get to live there. Get over it. We have to wonder exactly how many of these people that aren’t paying their rent are Democrat voters.
