BREAKING: Feds Investigating President Trump’s Media Company

Business Insider is now reporting that the SEC is investigating Donald Trump’s new media company. Digital World Acquisition Corp is on the Nasdaq, and has merged with Trump Media to create Truth Social.

Truth Social will be a social media platform created by Trump, free of censorship.

The merger between Trump Media, and DWAC has resulted in $1 Billion in funding for the new social media project, which is expected to be released in the coming months.

Now the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission is investigating DWAC, and requesting documents surrounding the merger.

The Gateway Pundit reports that the SEC is requesting…

“meetings of the partner company’s board of directors, policies and procedures relating to trading, identification of certain investors, and copies of communication between the partner company and Trump’s new organization.”

The Feds are busy investigating parents at school board meetings, and investigating Donald Trump’s new social media venture to bother with Hunter Biden’s laptop.
