One of the hallmarks of the Trump administration was the appointment and conformation of THREE Supreme Court Justices, one third of the entire court.
Trump appointed Neil Gorsuch, Brett Kavanaugh, and Amy Coney Barrett, all of whom were confirmed by the Senate.
The court has consisted of NINE Justices since just after the Civil War. Now the Biden administration is looking to change that.
Today, Biden has started appointing a 36 man commission to look into the idea of expanding the court to include a higher number of Justices. Of course, there is no legal precedent for this. It is a blatant overreach of power.
In this wacky scenario that the Democrats have concocted, they would choose the number of justices to be expanded, and they would then get to choose who each of the new Justices are.
Absolute insanity.
This administration violates the Constitution of the United States of America every single day. Just yesterday they unveiled their assault on the Second Amendment.
Now, they are setting their sights on the Judiciary. Former White House counsel to Barack Obama, Bob Bauer, will lead the commission that is set to last 180 days.
This administration, along with the Democrat Congress are making things as clear as possible. If they cannot win with popularity, they have no problem winning with force.
Unfortunately, we are not their SUBJECTS to boss around. They work for US.
We already know how Joe Biden feels about that aspect of political life. It was on the campaign trail in Michigan where Biden pointed his finger in an autoworker’s face after the man claimed ‘you work for me!’
This is PURE TYRANNY, folks. We need to IMPEACH THESE PEOPLE BEFORE THEY DESTROY OUR COUNTRY!
