Several Congressional Democrats renewed their push to pack the Supreme Court with liberal justices following the Court’s decision to hear arguments on the Mississippi Abortion case.

The Supreme Court is currently hearing arguments on a Mississippi abortion ban after 15 weeks. If allowed to stand, this precedent would essentially destroy Roe v. Wade. A major victory for the Pro-Life movement, and our Country.
The Supreme Court has always been made up of nine justices. Congressional Democrats began pushing the idea of ‘expanding the court’ from 9 Justices, to 13. The legislation was introduced by Jerry Nadler.
This would, of course, allow the Democrat majority in the House, Senate, and the Biden White House to approve 4 Justices. Completely unconstitutional, and unheard of.
The Supreme Court is currently made up of six ‘conservative’ Justices, and three ‘liberal’. Three of the conservative Justices, Neil Gorsuch, Amy Coney-Barrett, and Brett Kavanaugh were all appointed by President Trump.
Now that our Supreme Court has a chance to push our American Republic closer to the ideals embodied in our founding document, the Democrats are looking to change the rules to get ahead.
Along with Senator Tina Smith, Representative Judy Chu also called for the Supreme Court to be packed because of the abortion case.

How insanely irresponsible is it to suggest changing a cornerstone of our Republican structure of government because you disagree with the possible verdict of a case being heard by the court?
It is not only irresponsible, but dangerous. It shows the true intentions of our ‘not so liberal’ friends.
It shows that our liberal friends have no interest in the rule of law. They have no interest in playing by the rules. They have no interest in seeking a debate.
They simply want to dominate. Anyway, anyhow. To be clear, the Supreme Court has yet to decide ANYTHING concerning the Mississippi abortion case, yet these Democrats are calling for the court to be packed because of the case?
This is a power grab. A warning to our Supreme Court. Congressional Democrats want the Supreme Court to be on notice… Disagree with us, and we will destroy you.
It is disgusting, lawless behavior from the Democrats.
Unfortunately for the Democrats, it takes 60 votes in the Senate to pass this kind of insane overhaul, which will never happen.
