Fox News published an article asserting that the FBI raid on Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate was “justified,” another suggestion that the network has gone cold on his 2024 candidacy.
Despite the fact that the raid was led by the same FBI unit responsible for the Russiagate witch hunt and signed off on by a judge connected to Jeffrey Epstein, national security attorney Bradley P. Moss insisted it was fair.
“The government gathered evidence that the Trump lawyer was not being truthful, and on August 8, 2022, a court-authorized search warrant was executed that, sure enough, located several more classified documents,” wrote Moss.
“That is not an abuse of law enforcement processes. That is how the law works.”
The attorney insisted that the raid was not politically motivated or an act of persecution, a bold claim given how Trump has been treated by the deep state since he left office.
The op-ed is another sign that Fox News may be going cold on Trump’s 2024 candidacy.
As we previously highlighted, many Trump supporters believe that the network has essentially abandoned Donald Trump in favor of their preferred candidate, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis.
A report by the New York Times noted that as of the end of July, Trump hadn’t appeared on Fox News in over 100 days.
Trump also complained that his old friend and Fox News host Sean Hannity “doesn’t seem to be paying him much attention anymore.”
A decision has reportedly been made at “the highest levels” of Fox’s parent company and by the Murdoch family to shun Trump entirely, Newsmax reported.
A recent poll suggests that Republicans are becoming increasingly split over whether they think Trump or DeSantis is the right horse to back in 2024.

Former White House strategist Steve Bannon has a message for Attorney General Merrick Garland: get ready to go to jail for weaponizing the government against former President Trump.
Bannon predicted Tuesday on his show “War Room” that Garland and his Deep State accomplices will go to prison once Republicans take back power in Congress over the Justice Department’s politically motivated raid of Trump’s Mar-a-Lago residence.
“The FBI’s a Gestapo. Merrick Garland, you’re going to prison, brother,” Bannon said. “We’re gonna be so relentless when we take power this year on your impeachment. But then after your impeachment, we’re going to file criminal charges against you.”

Bannon then extended his warning to the Deep State sycophants, saying their attempts to stop the “MAGA movement” with “lawfare” won’t work.
“You people are pure and entire scum. You have weaponized this from the beginning,” Bannon said. “You’re trying to criminalize it against Trump. The only way you know you can stop MAGA and stop the ascendant movement of MAGA is quite simply: you’re going to try to use lawfare.”
“Well, it’s not going to work,” he continued. “We’re not going to tolerate it, ok? That’s it. We’re going to massively win at the polls, then we’re going to impeach you guys, then we’re going to put you in prison.”
“Because you people are a disgrace and what you’ve done here behind the scenes, your little sneaky thing on this presidential records, on this archives, is outrageous,” he added.
The Justice Department had refused to release the affidavit highlighting the underlying probable cause justifying the FBI’s Mar-a-Lago raid to obtain classified documents, but the judge who signed off on the search warrant rule the DOJ must release at least portions of the affidavit to assuage public concern that the raid was a political stunt to influence the midterm elections.
Garland has dismissed numerous opportunities to prove the basis of the FBI’s raid was not rooted in politics, but should have done so given the DOJ’s past political witch hunts against Trump, according to constitutional scholar Jonathon Turley.

The indignation expressed by Garland in his public remarks seemed to ignore legitimate concerns over the DOJ’s motivations and record in past Trump-related investigations. Both the FBI and DOJ have documented histories of false court statements and bias against Trump, leading to the collapse of the Russia-collusion allegations and the firing of high-ranking officials.
Garland was aware of that history and the troubling context when he ordered the unprecedented raid on the home of a former president and the expected 2024 political opponent of President Biden. He may be justified in ordering it, but he cannot simply dismiss critics as unhinged extremists.
It is equally troubling that, at every earlier opportunity to make a modest step to assure such citizens, Garland has failed.
“So far, Garland has done little to earn the trust of almost half of the country. In this and other controversies, he has demanded respect but refused to take even modest measures to justify it,” he concluded.

Former President Trump filed a lawsuit against the Justice Department on Monday in which he asked a federal judge to appoint a ‘special master’ watchdog to review documents seized from his Florida home as part of an investigation into the removal of records from the White House.
“To date,the government has failed to legitimize its historic decision to raid the home of a President who had been fully cooperative,” reads the civil complaint, titled Trump v. United States Government.
The legal filing, which suggests that the Aug. 8 raid was politically motivated, asks the judge to block the DOJ from “further review of seized materials” until the special master can review them first.
Special masters, usually a retired judge, are typically appointed in a criminal case where there are concerns over materials that are protected by attorney-client privilege, or due to other concerns – such as the fact (in this case) that the same agency involved in the Russiagate hoax raided Trump’s residence to recover documents Trump felt were exonerating.
Earlier in the day, a federal judge in Florida reiterated that he is inclined to make part of an affidavit underlying the search warrant public, saying it would “promote public understanding of historically significant events.”
“Particularly given the intense public and historical interest in an unprecedented search of a former President’s residence, the Government has not yet shown that these administrative concerns are sufficient to justify sealing,” wrote Judge Bruce Reinhart, giving the DOJ until Noon on Thursday to explain why portions of the document should remain hidden from public view.
More than two-dozen boxes were removed during the search of Mar-a-Lago, including 11 sets of classified documents – some marked top secret.
Trump, meanwhile, claims he declassified all materials which left the White House – while his supporters have reacted with outrage over what they say is a clear case of government overreach.
As the Wall Street Journal notes, it could be a while before the public sees any of the document, as Judge Reinhart said he would assess the proposed redactions before unsealing it.

Alexander Dugin, a Russian philosopher who stands firmly against globalism and the New World order, was recently targeted in a terrorist attack. Dugin was unharmed, but his daughter was killed in the attack.

President Joe Biden’s White House was intimately involved in the Department of Justice’s (DOJ) criminal probe into former President Donald Trump, according to government documents reviewed by Just The News.
Several correspondences between Trump’s attorneys and members of the Biden administration revealed that the federal government appeared poised to waive Trump’s claims of executive privilege over documents that Trump kept at Mar-a-Lago until earlier this year.
As Just The News reported:
The memos show then-White House Deputy Counsel Jonathan Su was engaged in conversations with the FBI, DOJ and National Archives as early as April, shortly after 15 boxes of classified and other materials were voluntarily returned to the federal historical agency from Trump’s Florida home.
By May, Su conveyed to the Archives that President Joe Biden would not object to waiving his predecessor’s claims to executive privilege, a decision that opened the door for DOJ to get a grand jury to issue a subpoena compelling Trump to turn over any remaining materials he possessed from his presidency.
A May 10 letter from acting National Archivist Debra Steidel Wall to Trump’s legal team confirmed the White House’s involvement in the DOJ probe against Trump.
“On April 11, 2022, the White House Counsel’s Office — affirming a request from the Department of Justice supported by an FBI letterhead memorandum — formally transmitted a request that NARA provide the FBI access to the 15 boxes for its review within seven days, with the possibility that the FBI might request copies of specific documents following its review of the boxes,” Wall wrote.
The letter continued:
The Counsel to the President has informed me that, in light of the particular circumstances presented here, President Biden defers to my determination, in consultation with the Assistant Attorney General for the Office of Legal Counsel, regarding whether or not I should uphold the former President’s purported “protective assertion of executive privilege.”…I have therefore decided not to honor the former President’s “protective” claim of privilege.
These documents reviewed by Just The News are the strongest pieces of evidence showing the Biden White House’s involvement in the DOJ probe, although the White House previously claimed to have “no advanced knowledge” of the recent FBI raid on Mar-a-Lago.
“Does ANYBODY really believe that the White House didn’t know about this?” Trump posted on Truth Social. “WITCH HUNT!”
However, Just the News does not report that the White House had specific knowledge of the search warrant or the raid, but that their participation, through waiving executive privilege, was crucial to the investigation.
In affirming its decision not to honor Trump’s claims of executive privilege, Wall relied on a Supreme Court precedent that “strongly suggests that a former President may not successfully assert executive privilege ‘against the very Executive Branch in whose name the privilege is invoked.’”
However, this case was ruled before Congress’s current Presidential Records Act was enacted, Just The News explained.
Wall’s letter to Trump’s attorneys also claimed the former president had items marked as “classified national security information” in the set of 15 boxes Trump’s team returned to the National Archives in February.
After the National Archives reviewed those documents, they told the DOJ about the potentially classified material, which prompted the DOJ to ask Biden to request the National Archives turn over access of the documents to the FBI, Wall’s letter explained.
Other documents reviewed by Just The News showed that Trump lawyer Evan Corcoran spoke with then-White House Deputy Counsel Jonathan Su about Trump’s executive privilege claim over the documents in the spring.
In a letter to National Archives General Counsel Gary Stern dated April 29, Corcoran wrote:
We have requested the ability to review the documents. That review is necessary in order to ascertain whether any specific document is subject to privilege. We would respectfully request that you restrict access to the documents until we have had the opportunity to review the documents and to consult with President Donald J. Trump so that he may personally make any decision to assert a claim of constitutionally based privilege.
Wall confirmed the Biden administration would not “honor the former President’s ‘protective’ claim of privilege” after Corcoran sent his letter to Stern.
Weeks after Wall’s letter to Corcoran, the DOJ sent Trump’s attorney a grand jury subpoena requesting the return of any national security documents left at Mar-a-Lago, roughly two months before the FBI raid on Trump’s home.
Legal scholar Alan Dershowitz criticized the Biden administration’s waiver of Trump’s executive privilege claim during an interview with Just The News.
“I was very surprised. The current president should not be able to waive the executive privilege of a predecessor, without the consent of the former president. Otherwise, [privilege] means nothing,” Dershowitz said. “What president will ever discuss anything in private if he knows the man who beat him can and will disclose it.”
“The best thinking is that an incumbent president cannot waive the right of the previous president. It would make a mockery of the whole notion of privilege,” Dershowitz continued.
Trump has routinely criticized the FBI for conducting the “illegal” raid on Mar-a-Lago. In addition, the former president has explained that he would have complied with further document requests from law enforcement had they asked.
“My attorneys and representatives were cooperating fully, and very good relationships had been established. The government could have had whatever they wanted, if we had it,” Trump posted on Truth social.

After Liz Cheney’s devastating primary defeat last Tuesday, the deposed neocon princess held her chin high as she entered the first stage of grief – denial – suggesting she could primary Trump in 2024, and comparing herself to Abraham Lincoln in a cringeworthy concession speech that rewrote history to fit her narrative.
On Sunday, Cheney entered the second phase of grief following her 37-point loss to attorney Harriet Hageman – anger.
In an interview with ABC‘s “This Week,” Cheney blamed “very sick” Republicans for booting her out of the Senate (Of course, the Wyoming Republican Party had long since disowned Cheneyfor voting to impeach Trump).
“It says that clearly his hold is very strong among some portions of the Republican Party,” Cheney said, referring to Trump – before dismissing her crushing defeat as an outlier.
“My state of Wyoming is not necessarily a representative, sort of, you know, sample of the party,” to which anchor Jon Karl shot back that it’s one of the most red states in the country.
And I think it says a couple of things: I think it says people continue to believe the lie, they continue to believe what he’s saying, which is very dangerous,” she continued. “I think it also tells you that large portions of our party, including the leadership of our party, is very sick.”

Cheney, the daughter of former Vice President Dick Cheney, was the No. 3 House Republican and was a staunch ally of the 45th president. She broke with Trump after he began denying the outcome of the 2020 election and fully denounced him after the Jan. 6 Capitol riot.
Trump’s most loyal congressional allies tried to oust Cheney from her leadership position in February 2021, but the vote to remove her as House GOP Conference chair was unsuccessful. Her standing with GOP colleagues weakened in the months that followed, as members grew frustrated with her continued comments regarding the former president and her support for House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s (D-CA) Jan. 6 commission.
Cheney also said that GOP “election denier” Senators like Josh Hawley and Ted Cruz have “made themselves unfit for future office,” because they “took steps that fundamentally threatened the constitutional order and structure in the aftermath of the last election.”

Dr. Anthony Fauci announced early this morning that he intends to step down from his position of Director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases in December of 2022.
Fauci will also be stepping down from his position as Chief Medical Advisor to President Joe Biden as well as his position of Chief of the NIAID Labratory of Immunoregulation.
Fauci, of course, was simultaneously funding mRNA research with Moderna, along with dangerous Gain of Function research at the Wuhan Institute of Virology prior to the pandemic.
Fauci invested over $6 Billion through his power positions to fund Moderna COVID jab. This is also the shot that VAERS tells us is the deadliest ‘vaccine’ ever produced. The number of adverse events and deaths reported due to the COVID-19 vaccine outweigh the totals of every other vaccine ever produced.

Fauci has been with NIAID since 1968. His reign has Director (since 1984) has shown to be devastating to the health of American children.
In that time period from 1984-2020 autoimmune disorders rose from 12.8% to 54%. As of 2020, 54% of children have some form of autoimmune disorder.
We also know Fauci admitted to ‘lying’ about masks in the beginning of the pandemic. Now we know that 85% of the people who wore masks regularly got COVID.
His fear mongering put people in danger. He exxagerated COVID-19 deaths by some 525% in order to justify the lockdowns. Keep in mind that 94% of COVID deaths had at least 3 comorbidities.
Their was never an excuse to lock us down. Fauci not only lied to initiate the lockdowns, but continually prevented people from getting life-saving care.
In November of 2020 he put an end to monoclonal antibody treatment, now known to be extremely effective, in nursing homes across America.
The blood is on his hands. This man should not be allowed to walk away from his position without criminal prosecution.
This man has killed millions with his corruption. He needs to be held accountable.

The “broken” and “famously undemocratic” U.S. Constitution “stands in the way” of “real” freedom and democracy, according to a New York Times op-ed by two Ivy League law professors.
The pair issued a call to “radically alter the basic rules of the game” by no longer requiring us to “justify our politics by the Constitution.”
A Friday New York Times essay, titled “The Constitution Is Broken and Should Not Be Reclaimed,” and penned by law professors Ryan D. Doerfler of Harvard and Samuel Moyn of Yale, claims when liberals “lose in the Supreme Court” they often blame justices for misreading the Constitution, yet in reality, “struggling over the Constitution has proved a dead end.”
“The real need is not to reclaim the Constitution, as many would have it, but instead to reclaim America from constitutionalism,” the authors assert, as they attack the “some centuries-old text.”

The essay also claims that constitutions, and “especially the broken one we have now,” direct us to the past, something that “aids the right” which tends to stick “with what it claims to be the original meaning of the past.”
Though liberals have attempted to “reclaim” the Constitution for half a century, the essay claims they have “agonizingly little to show for it” while calling to “radically alter the basic rules of the game.”
The authors also criticize progressives for attempts to “regain ownership of our founding charter,” mistakenly attributing the problem to the Supreme Court’s “hijacking” of the Constitution rather than the charter itself.
“[E]ven when progressives concede that the Constitution is at the root of our situation, typically the call is for some new constitutionalism,” they write.
Calling the current Constitution “inadequate” and “famously undemocratic,” the authors wonder why progressives bother to “justify our politics by the Constitution or by calls for some renovated constitutional tradition.”

Accusing “constitutionalism” of “leaving democracy hostage to constraints that are harder to change than the rest of the legal order,” the essay argues the way to seek “real freedom” will be a “new way of fighting within American democracy” with a “more open politics of altering our fundamental law,” suggesting that the Constitution be made “more amendable” than it currently is.
“One way to get to this more democratic world is to pack the Union with new states,” the authors write. “Doing so would allow Americans to then use the formal amendment process to alter the basic rules of [politics] and break the false deadlock that the Constitution imposes through the Electoral College and Senate on the country, in which substantial majorities are foiled on issue after issue.”
However, the authors state, Congress could “openly defy” the Constitution to “get to a more democratic order,” with the basic structure of government being “decided by the present electorate, as opposed to one from some foggy past.”
“A politics of the American future like this would make clear our ability to engage in the constant reinvention of our society under our own power, without the illusion that the past stands in the way,” they conclude.
The piece comes as many on the left continue to attack the epic founding governmental document.
Last month, a Rasmussen Reports survey revealed that most Democrats believe the U.S. Constitution is fundamentally “racist” and “sexist.”
According to the report:
Most of President Joe Biden’s strongest supporters are in favor of rewriting the Constitution. Among voters who Strongly Approve of Biden’s job performance as president, 54% at least somewhat agree that the Constitution “should be mostly or completely rewritten.” By contrast, among voters who Strongly Disapprove of Biden’s performance, just 10% agree that the Constitution should be rewritten and 81% Strongly Disagree with rewriting the Constitution.
Also last month, Georgetown University Law School Professor Rosa Brooks stated that Americans were “slaves” to the U.S. Constitution which was written by “a tiny group of white slave-owning men.”
In May, President Joe Biden, while pushing for more gun control, told reporters that “the Constitution, the Second Amendment was never absolute.”
In March, MSNBC panelist and The Nation‘s justice correspondent Elie Mystal called the Constitution “trash” written by the “captains of the slaving industry.”
He also said the Founding Fathers were “racist, misogynist jerkfaces” and spoke of the importance of critiquing the origins of the Constitution, which he described as “not great” and often “working purposefully towards those not great outcomes.”
In 2020, University of Texas at Austin Constitutional Law Professor Richard Albert argued that the United States should revise the Constitution to remove “racist” and “gendered” language.

Not doing their Bond villain reputation status any favors, the World Economic Forum published an article suggesting it would be a “solid, rational” move for children to be implanted with microchips.
Yes, really.
The idea is promoted in a blog post on the Davos elite’s website which discusses the future of augmented reality and an “augmented society.”
“As scary as chip implants may sound, they form part of a natural evolution that wearables once underwent. Hearing aids or glasses no longer carry a stigma,” the article argues, perhaps forgetting that glasses and hearing aids aren’t embedded inside the body, nor can they be controlled by outside forces.
“They are accessories and are even considered a fashion item. Likewise, implants will evolve into a commodity,” writes scientist Kathleen Philips, suggesting that mainstream culture and influencers will be tapped to promote implantable chips as a trendy status symbol.
The article pushes the notion that augmented humans are inevitable and that global elites need to establish a power monopoly over the technology in order to “ethically” regulate it.

The technology is in need of “the right support, vision, and audacity,” which of course will be provided by your technocratic overlords, the same people who are desperately trying to censor the Internet so they can’t be criticized.
“The augmenting technology will help in all stages of life: children in a learning environment, professionals at work and ambitious senior citizens. There are many possibilities,” writes Philips.
“Should you implant a tracking chip in your child?” asks the scientist, adding, “There are solid, rational reasons for it, like safety.”
As we previously highlighted, World Economic Forum chief Klaus Schwab wrote in his book ‘The Great Reset’ that the fourth industrial revolution would “lead to a fusion of our physical, digital and biological identity,” which he clarifies is implantable microchips that can read your thoughts.
During this year’s Davos meeting of global elitists, Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla explained to Schwab how soon there would be “ingestible pills” – a pill with a tiny microchip chip that would send a wireless signal to relevant authorities when the pharmaceutical has been consumed.

“Imagine the compliance,” said Bourla.
“It wasn’t that long ago that those speculating on a future where this is happening would get dismissed as conspiracy theorists, but now the world elites’ most vocal outlet is predicting that chip implants will eventually become just a commodity,” writes Didi Rankovic.
As we previously reported, an Australian primary school predicted “microchips in student’s brains” within 10 years before subsequently deleting the newsletter that contained the creepy prophecy.
