BREAKING: Oil Dips As US Says NEW Iran Nuclear Deal “Is In Sight”

Representatives from the US and Iran and the other nations involved in the indirect negotiations to revive the nuclear are returning to Vienna, and the talks are set to resume on Tuesday. Going into this round, the US State Department said a deal is “in sight,” but also warned time is running out on the talks.

“A deal that addresses all sides’ core concerns is in sight, but if it is not reached in the coming weeks, Iran’s ongoing nuclear advances will make it impossible for us to return to the JCPOA,” a State Department spokesperson said.

 US officials claim the JCPOA would no longer be relevant after a certain point, but Iran can always bring its nuclear program into the strict limits set by the deal no matter how advanced it becomes.

Meanwhile, in Tehran, Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Saeed Khatibzadeh said progress depends on whether or not the US is willing to lift the necessary sanctions.

“We expect the delegations, including the United States, to return with clear instructions to fulfill their commitments under the JCPOA and remove the sanctions,” he said, according to Iran’s PressTV.

Khatibzadeh said giving Iran enough sanctions relief to reap the economic benefits of the JCPOA is “Iran’s red line in the talks.” According to AFP, Khatibzadeh also said there’s been “significant progress” made on other issues in Vienna, including on guarantees for sanctions relief.

On Friday, the US restored sanctions waivers on Iran’s nuclear program that were rescinded by the Trump administration. Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amirabdollahian said the move was “good but not enough.”

And oil prices are sliding on the possibility of this new supply…

“The lifting of some sanctions can, in the true sense of the word, translate into their goodwill. Americans talk about it, but it should be known that what happens on paper is good but not enough,” Amirabdollahian said.

[ZH: On a side note, the Biden admin folding to Iran could be a help domestically. With crude prices implying near record high gas prices at the pump, Biden needs to do something, anything to lower that burden on Americans.]

CLOWN SHOW: Brian Stelter Says People Who Claim CNN Has No Credibility Are Not Watching CNN

Amid a raft of sexual scandals, resignations, firings and a monumental loss of viewership at the network, CNN head potato Brian Stelter continues to complain that it is false to claim CNN has no journalistic credibility.

Stelter complained that Jeff Zucker’s departure as CNN CEO was “shocking,” adding “CNN was not built by just one man, not by only Ted Turner and it was not led only by Jeff Zucker.”

He continued, “CNN is so much bigger than any single individual. It is about teams and teams of people, thousands of individuals who make up CNN.”

“This place is not perfect. It will never be perfect,” Stelter continued, adding “We will always have flaws, we will always screw up, we will always have to run corrections. We will always have to keep working to make it better and better and better every day. That is the goal.”

Then came the kicker.

“But the people who say we’re lacking journalism, that we’ve become an all-talk channel, that we’ve run off and we’re all opinions all the time, that Jeff Zucker led us astray, those people aren’t watching CNN,” Stelter claimed.

“They’re watching complaints about CNN on other channels that don’t know what they’re talking about,” Stelter clarified.

Stelter is telling the truth, those people are not watching CNN. But neither is anyone. They’ve lost 90 percent of their viewers in the past year.

The guy keeps complaining about how other content creators such as Joe Rogan are now seen as more credible than CNN.

Which is also very true.

Maybe because Joe Rogan didn’t claim Russia was secretly running America for five years straight.

Maybe because Rogan doesn’t creep around schools, spreading his legs in front of kids and educating them on what ‘misinformation’ is.

Rogan has not for years now campaigned for outright censorship of any and all of his competitors, no matter who they are.

Rogan doesn’t have on guests who work for his own network and pretend they are impartial while they wax lyrical about how he has “saved democracy” in America.

Comedian Russell Brand has hit the nail on the head with this viral impression of Stelter.

INVASION: House Democrats Urge Joe Biden to Fast-Track More Afghans into U.S.

House Democrats, along with Rep. Brian Mast (R-FL), are urging President Joe Biden to fast-track thousands more Afghans into the United States.

In a letter to Biden, first published by USA Today, 80 House Democrats and Mast ask that the administration “expedite [visa] processing” for Afghans overseas and to “ensure that those Afghans evacuated through private charter flights have a legal pathway to resettlement in the U.S.”

In addition, the Democrats and Mast want Biden to allow Afghans who were already denied “humanitarian parole” — the process used to quickly bring thousands to the U.S. — to be eligible for refugee resettlement via the State Department.

The letter is an insight into the Biden administration and Democrats’ plans to continue an unlimited flow of Afghans into the U.S. with no end in sight. Already, more than 66,000 Afghans have been resettled in a number of American communities, including in rural Pennsylvania.

The resettlement was first authorized by 49 House and Senate Republicans who joined Democrats in September 2021 to fund the resettlement to the sum of $6.4 billion. Then, in December 2021, 20 House and Senate Republicans helped Democrats pass an additional $7 billion in funds to ramp up the endless Afghan migration.

Refugee contractors, the non-governmental organizations (NGOs) that rely on American taxpayer money to resettle refugees across the U.S. annually, secured billions as a result of the funding measures.

Every five years, refugee resettlement costs taxpayers nearly $9 billion. Over the course of a lifetime, taxpayers pay about $133,000 per refugee and within five years of resettlement, roughly 16 percent will need taxpayer-funded housing assistance.

Over the last 20 years, nearly a million refugees have been resettled in the nation — more than double that of residents living in Miami, Florida, and it would be the equivalent of annually adding the population of Pensacola, Florida.

The Biden administration is set to fund a crack pipe distribution scheme for drug addicts in the name of “racial equity.”

The Department of Health and Human Services’ $30 million “2022 Harm Reduction Program Grant” set to take effect in May will provide funds to nonprofits and local governments to make it easier for drug addicts to use.

Included in the grant are funds for “smoking kits/supplies,” which will provide pipes for users to smoke crack cocaine, methamphetamine, and “any illicit substance.”

“HHS said the kits aim to reduce the risk of infection when smoking substances with glass pipes, which can lead to infections through cuts and sores,” The Washington Free Beacon reported Monday.

“Applicants for the grants are prioritized if they treat a majority of ‘underserved communities,’ including African Americans and ‘LGBTQ+ persons,’ as established under President Joe Biden’s executive order on ‘advancing racial equity.’”

Other “harm reduction” equipment qualified for funding includes syringes, vaccinations, disease screenings, condoms, and fentanyl strips.

The program will last for 3 years and includes 25 available awards up to $400,000.

BREAKING: Comedian Collapses on Stage After Telling Joke About Booster Shot

Onlookers who saw Heather McDonald collapse on stage after she bragged about taking the booster shot thought it was part of her act, but the comedian had to be rushed to hospital.

“I’m vaxxed, double vaxxed, boosted … and flu shot and shingle shot and haven’t gotten COVID and Jesus loves me most,” said McDonald during a show in Tempe, Arizona in what was only her second joke of the night.

The audience thought the joke and dramatic collapse was part of a skit, but it was no laughing matter.

“As soon as she delivered the joke, she just collapsed and hit her head on the floor,” reports TMZ. “Everyone thought at first it was all part of the act, but it was not. She was conscious, but clearly, all was not well. An EMT and a nurse happened to be in the audience … they rushed up on stage to provide first aid.”

“I got up, I did one joke and I felt so dizzy,” McDonald said. “You can see my eye, I fell on my eye. Oh my God, I cannot believe this happened, I feel so terrible that they had to tell everyone to leave and then cancel the second show.”

A spokesperson for the comedian said she “may have lost consciousness because of dehydration” before suffering a skull fracture. She later tested negative for COVID-19.

During a subsequent video clip filmed in the ER, McDonald said, “I’ve never, ever fainted in my life.”

Innumerable sports professionals in peak physical condition, particularly soccer players, have suffered mysterious sudden collapses in recent months, but experts insist that there is no link to vaccines and that the spate of heart problems is merely a “coincidence.”

Ottawa Mayor: ‘DISTURBING’ to See Kids in ‘Bouncy Castles’ Having ‘Fun’ at Protest

Ottawa Mayor Jim Watson described the presence of children playing in bouncy castles at the Freedom Convoy demonstration as “disturbing” in a video interview with CTV News on Sunday.

Watson is 60, unmarried, and without children.

Ottawa residents living near the demonstration on Parliament Hill and nearby downtown areas are enduring “a living hell,” Watson claims. He emphasized that they “have been through hell.”

He stated, “It’s disturbing when you see the protest turning into what looks like some kind of a fun carnival, where they’ve got bouncy castles and hot tubs and saunas, a complete insult to the people who are putting up with this nonsense for the last seven days, and it shows great deal of insensitivity.”

Breitbart News recorded video of a bouncy castle with playing children on Saturday. Dozens of children were observed with parents attending the demonstration on and around Wellington Street adjacent Canada’s federal legislature.

CBC, the left-wing state-funded broadcaster, reported on the presence of saunas and bouncy castles at the protest.

“They shouldn’t be bringing in hot tubs, and they shouldn’t be bringing bouncy castles,” Watson repeated. “That’s just ridiculous. That should have been stopped.”

CTV News framed Watson’s sexuality as newsworthy in 2019. It reported, “After nearly 40 years, Ottawa Mayor Jim Watson has officially come out as gay.” Watson wrote a column in the same year titled “Mayor Jim Watson: After 40 years, I’m opening the closet door.”

Katie Griffin, the CTV anchor, invited Watson to call for military suppression of the protest by repeating Ottawa Police Chief Peter Sloly’s claim that local police have insufficient resources to fulfill their duties. She claimed people are “losing faith in the city’s ability to [restore] some sort of order.”

She asked, “What options do we have right now? Are you at the point where you have to request the military to come in?”

Watson used military terminology in describing the nation’s capital as “under siege” by the Freedom Convoy.

The mayor said local law enforcement is using traffic tickets as a tool to end the Freedom Convoy protest. “We started to see the police issue significantly more tickets, traffic tickets as well as Highway Traffic Act tickets. That has to be done, it hits them in the pocketbook.”

Government must block fundraising for the Freedom Convoy truckers and supporters, he said, referring to GoFundMe’s freezing of funds raised by the “Freedom Convoy 2022” campaign. Breitbart News reported on GoFundMe’s eventual return of the funds to original donors following a reversal on its stated intention to seize and redistribute the money to “charities” of its choosing.

Watson said money for the Freedom Convoy crowdsourced through digital fundraisers should be “cut off.”

“We negotiated with GoFundMe, where that service rejected the protesters and [is] sending the money back to the individuals, so that hopefully will help, although I know there are other services that are going to try to help, and we’ll go back to them, and try to get that money cut off, because that’s one the ways of trying to bring this to an end, financially.”

He concluded by warning that the demonstration in Ottawa is “now spreading across the country.”

EPIC: Trump Blasts Mike Pence In Response To Claim He Couldn’t Overturn Stolen 2020 Election

Former President Donald Trump responded to former Vice President Mike Pence’s claim that he couldn’t overturn the 2020 election, noting that such an action is constitutional if election fraud exists.

“Just saw Mike Pence’s statement on the fact that he had no right to do anything with respect to the Electoral Vote Count, other than being an automatic conveyor belt for the Old Crow Mitch McConnell to get Biden elected President as quickly as possible,” Trump stated Friday.

“Well, the Vice President’s position is not an automatic conveyor if obvious signs of voter fraud or irregularities exist. That’s why the Democrats and RINOs are working feverishly together to change the very law that Mike Pence and his unwitting advisors used on January 6 to say he had no choice.”

“The reason they want it changed is because they now say they don’t want the Vice President to have the right to ensure an honest vote,” the former president conitnued. “In other words, I was right and everyone knows it. If there is fraud or large scale irregularities, it would have been appropriate to send those votes back to the legislatures to figure it out.”

“The Dems and RINOs want to take that right away. A great opportunity lost, but not forever, in the meantime our Country is going to hell!” he added.

Pence had defended his decision to certify the stolen 2020 election Friday during a speech to the Federalist Society in Florida.

“There are those in our party who believe that as the presiding officer over the joint session of Congress, I possessed unilateral authority to reject Electoral College votes. And I heard this week that President Trump said I had the right to ‘overturn the election,’”Pence said.

“President Trump is wrong. I had no right to overturn the election,” he added.

As Trump pointed out, Democrat lawmakers are hard at work in their effort to advance legislation that would strip the vice president of Constitutional powers Pence claims he never had to begin with.

“If the Vice President (Mike Pence) had ‘absolutely no right’ to change the Presidential Election results in the Senate, despite fraud and many other irregularities, how come the Democrats and RINO Republicans, like Wacky Susan Collins, are desperately trying to pass legislation that will not allow the Vice President to change the results of the election?” Trump asked last week.

“Actually, what they are saying, is that Mike Pence did have the right to change the outcome, and they now want to take that right away,” he added.

BREAKING: Stacy Abrams DELETES Smiling Photo of Herself Surrounded By Masked Students

Georgia gubernatorial loser Stacy Abrams (D) deleted a photo of herself sitting unmasked while surrounded by dozens of masked school children.

The photograph of Abrams smiling while surrounded by uncomfortable masked students was taken at Glennwood School in Atlanta and posted to Twitter by principal Dr. Holly Brookins on Friday.

“Extraordinary way to kick off the 3rd annual African-American Read-in at Glennwood and Black History Month,” the principal wrote.

Abrams had retweeted the photo and wrote: “Spending time with Glennwood’s amazing students, faculty and staff ranks as spectacular, delightful and outstanding.”

But Abrams and Brookins deleted their respective tweets after receiving well-deserved backlash on social media.

Brookins not only deleted her tweet, but her entire Twitter account following the backlash.

The photo also didn’t appear to be a one-off, as other photos from Abrams’ visit showed her not wearing a mask despite the school imposing a mask mandate on everyone else.

This is par for the course with Democrat hypocrites, who routinely flout rules they impose on everyone else.

For example, Gov. Gavin Newsom (D) was recently photographed without a mask at a football game despite imposing a statewide mask mandate.

Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti (D) was also recently caught flouting mask rules, and when confronted about it, claimed he was “holding his breath” while the mask was off.

And last August, House Speaker and mask fanatic Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) held a fundraiser where she and all her attendees didn’t wear masks — except the servants, of course.

“Rules for thee but not for me!” has become the new Democrat motto.

TYRANNY: San Jose Mayor Talks About Seizing Guns from Owners Who Don’t Pay City Fee

San Jose Mayor Sam Liccardo (D) spoke to Slate about seizing firearms from people who refuse to pay the city’s new $25 gun owners’ fee or comply with the city’s new liability insurance requirement for gun owners.

Breitbart News reported that San Jose’s city council passed the fee ordinance and the liability insurance ordinance on January 25, 2022.

Slate notes the city fee is $25 and quotes Mayor Liccardo saying the funds collected will go to a foundation overseen by “Stanford professors, an epidemiologist who has been focused on gun harm, and nonprofit experts who understand domestic violence prevention programs, suicide prevention.”

Liccardo explained that the ordinance requiring the fee is “civil,” rather than criminal in nature. However, he made clear that failure to pay the fee can result of seizure of a firearm.

He said:

For example, there’s a bar brawl and they’re patting down everybody and someone’s got a gun. “Have you paid your fee? You have insurance?” “No.” OK, well, there’s an opportunity for us to remove the gun. And then when the gun owner comes back and demonstrates that they comply with the law and they’re a lawful gun owner, they get their gun back. But in the meantime, you’ve taken a gun out of a bar brawl. And that’s not a bad thing.

Liccardo then took exception to the suggestion the city fee is actually a tax on guns:

I don’t blame anyone for being emotional about this. These are really important issues that go to the core of what we believe about freedoms and rights and our own safety. But I’d say this. First, it’s a fee, it’s not a tax, and I won’t go into the details about what the difference is, but the reality is that in this country, there have been taxes on guns and ammunition since at least 1919, and they’ve been upheld by the courts. So the fact that there’s a constitutional right attached somewhere to the exercise of a particular activity doesn’t mean it can’t be regulated, taxed, or have a fee imposed.

The text of the Second Amendment ends with four words, “Shall not be infringed.”
