President Biden placed Vice President Kamala Harris in charge of the Southern Border on March 24, 2021.
Just about a week later, the Washington Post reported that border crossings hit a 15 year high in March. As you can see in this clip, the media assured us that Harris would ‘take charge of the situation’.
Well, we are almost through the entire month of April, and still Kamala Harris has STILL NOT visited our Southern Border. You may be thinking she has had a limited schedule due to coronavirus. Not so. Harris has been all over the country.
Just since March 22, Harris has been to Jacksonville, Chicago, and now New Hampshire. Harris was just in New Hampshire three days ago.
While Harris continues to fly around the country promoting her self indulgent ‘American Rescue Plan’, the authorities at the border are struggling to maintain order.
Facilities are overrun. New facilities are having to be opened in order to house the number of people pouring into our country.
There have never been more unaccompanied minors coming across our border. This is a DIRECT RESULT of the relaxation of immigration laws committed by the Biden administration on DAY ONE.
The Biden administration promised benefits, citizenship, and futures to immigrant children before they even got to office. As soon as Biden did take office, he removed the beneficial policy called the MPP. The program allowed for Mexico to house migrants along with United States, ensuring that our facilities would not be overcrowded.
The policy worked. That didn’t matter to the Biden administration. It was created by Trump, so they removed it.
The end result has been a chaotic border that only seems to become more overrun as time goes by. Our Vice President, Kamala Harris, is supposed to be in charge of the situation.
She doesn’t seem to care. She just simply ignores it. She dismisses questions about visiting the border as ‘political games’.
Maybe somebody should explain to the Vice President that going on a promotional tour for your self indulgent ‘COVID Bill’ while our border explodes is the EXACT DEFINITION of a political game.
Real Americans will be affected by the ineptitude of our leaders at the Southern Border. While they go on promotional tours, they leave the economic burden of their stupidity on the shoulders of the American people, and the physical burden with the law enforcement.
The ‘American Rescue Plan’ has already passed. President Biden has signed it. It will happen regardless of this ridiculous tour. Even though it a supposed ‘COVID Relief Bill’ that includes less that 10% to fight COVID.
We need leaders who will deal with the largest issues of our country head on, and not ignore them.
President Biden needs to remove control of the border from Kamala Harris. She is obviously not interested in the matter. This is an important issue to the American people, and it CANNOT BE IGNORED!
The entire administration needs to acknowledge the man made, self inflicted crisis that they have brought upon our country at the Southern border. Our media needs to hold our leaders accountable for their lack of action, and care.
We cannot endure this level of gross incompetency and negligence for long when it comes to something as vital as our National Security.
