If you’ve spent the last 18 months never questioning the official COVID narrative pushed by the media, you surely heard the shocking news. The Atlantic, which proudly flies its Leftist banner, has announced the results of a large study showing half of COVID admissions appear to have been mild or asymptomatic.
In short, these are people who should never have been hospitalized. They should have been sent home, if they even had COVID at all. Worse, their admissions into hospitals gave many innocent, scared people the impression that there was a huge problem from which they needed to cower in fear.
Of course, anybody who calls themselves a public health professional could crunch the numbers and know that the “huge problem” didn’t exist since May 2020.
Likewise, we could look at the data and tell the hospitalizations were being faked. First and foremost, the pandemic magically only filled up hospitals to their 85% to 90% financial sweet spot. This may surprise some people, but viruses don’t have much regard for hospitals’ financial returns. I specifically stated this in my expert witness statement of July 19, 2021 entitled A Detailed Review of the Inconsistencies and Violations of the Established Public Health Science during the COVID-19 Response.
Second, the Case Fatality Rate (CFR) was dropping like a stone, and this should not happen. Again, as is best described by my expert witness statement:
But instead of the graph of the CFR being a fairly straight line that raises or lowers only when effective mitigations are introduced or removed, we get this wreck of a ski slope:
I’m certainly not the only one in my field who has noticed these issues. The question is, why is a publication like The Atlantic just now bringing up health providers’ fraudulent behavior?
I believe the Left is seeking a way out of the COVID morass into which it jumped with both feet and no rope. COVID has become a political mess, and now the Left is seeking a scapegoat on which to pin the blame for “exaggerating the pandemic.”
And what better choice for this sacrificial lamb than the health providers who are the nations’ gatekeepers for determining who has to be admitted into a hospital? It helps that health providers were knowingly committing fraud when they were breaking the Medicare “medical necessity” rule by admitting patients into hospitals who they knew didn’t need that level of care.
The Left has both their culprit and a crime by which to charge them.
Unfortunately for the health providers, they trusted corrupt politicians and now they’re about to find out what the phrase “no honor among thieves” means.
I hope it was worth it for them.
