The Consumer Price Index has risen 5.4% in the month of June compared to just one year ago. The American people continue to pay for the extravagant spending of our government.
The CPI has broken a 13 year record for three consecutive months. In April, we saw a 4.2% CPI increase. In May, we saw a 5% increase. Now we have another 5.4% in June.
In March, prices were up just 0.8%
Auto prices increased 10.5% in June alone, marking a 27.5% market increase since April alone.
While Americans are being forced to pay more than ever before for everyday items, government continues to spend at a rapid pace. Joe Biden and the Democrats continue to push spending bill after spending bill packed with establishment handouts.
Our great contractors and blue collar workers warned of this inflation back in the early months of 2021, as building materials were some of the first items to surge.
Our leaders pay absolutely no attention to the fact that it was THEIR insane policies and spending that got the American people into this situation. They simply do not care.
To them, it is virtuous to spend. Even if that means bankrupting the entire nation.
“Core” CPI rose 3x higher than expected, jumping 0.9% in June. These numbers exclude food and energy.
Everyday life is being threatened by the inept policies of this Biden administration. Americans are paying more than ever for things that they need to survive.
Much of the spending passed in the massive ‘America Rescue Plan’ (or American Rescue Scam) has yet to hit the economy. Demand is soaring at record levels.
We are going to see energy and food prices continue to increase at record levels because of the new regulatory constraints put on to the industries by the Democrats.
We won’t see $2 gas until Donald Trump is re-elected. Food prices will continue to soar. Biden would rather import oil from countries who cheer for the destruction of the US. In March, Biden imported the first Iranian Oil since 1991.
Unfortunately, you cannot just print money and expect everything to work itself out. If we do not get government spending under control, we are going to bring on rampant inflation.
Rampant inflation is some kind of hell that is simply unimaginable to people currently living in the United States. Rampant inflation destroys nations. It is a cancer of the most dangerous form.
It will destroy our country if we fail to get government spending under control.
