Hunter Biden reportedly suggested in December of 2018 that President Joe Biden is politically influenced by “anything that I want.”
“He’ll talk about anything that I want him to, that he believes in,” Hunter said about his father’s political “platform” in a 77-minute recording the Washington Examiner obtained from Hunter’s “laptop from hell.”
The recording was taped five months before Joe Biden launched his presidential bid.

Hunter also said Joe Biden will amend his political platform and “work” to make his desires comes true because “my dad respects me more than he respects anyone in the world.”
“If I say it’s important to me, then he will work a way in which to make it a part of his platform. My dad respects me more than he respects anyone in the world, and I know that to be certain, so it’s not going to be about whether it affects his politics,” audio of Hunter depicts.
Hunter then described Joe Biden’s belief that Hunter is a god. Hunter also said his late brother also thought Hunter was a god.
“All those fears you think that I have of people not liking me or that I don’t love myself … I don’t fear that. You know why I don’t fear that? Because the man I most admire in the world, that god to me, thinks I’m a god,” Hunter said. “And my brother did, too. And the three of us, it was literally — I had the support to know I can do anything.”
Joe Biden also publicly lauded Hunter Biden during a segment on CBS’s The Late Show with Stephen Colbert.
“He is the smartest man I know,” Joe Biden said.
“We have great confidence in our son. I am not concerned about any accusations made against him. It’s used to get to me. I think it’s kind of foul play,” Joe Biden claimed of his son. “And as long as he’s good, we’re good.”
Hunter Biden is currently under investigation by Joe Biden’s Justice Department for tax fraud, money laundering, and violation of lobbying laws, according to the New York Times. Hunter is reportedly trying to settle the case out of court and has paid $1 million to the IRS to evade conviction or a possibly long sentence.
Joe Biden has claimed at least seven times to have no knowledge of his family’s business dealings, but the president has played a role in the Biden family business at least 12 times over six years.
House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) asserted that men freely expressing themselves in drag is “what America is all about,” making the remarks during an appearance on the seventh season of Ru Paul’s Drag Race.
“My honor to be here, to say to all of you how we proud we are of you. Thank you for the joy and beauty you bring to the world,” she said. “Your freedom of expression of yourselves in drag is what America is all about.”
The 82-year-old Democrat also offered “words of wisdom” to the competitors during the surprise appearance, using the opportunity to urge people to vote.
“The single most important thing I can say is to vote. With the midterm elections coming up it’s very important for people to make their voices and their vote heard,” Pelosi said.
Ru Paul responded by expressing gratitude for the Democrat.
“Well thank you so much for the work you’ve done and the work you continue to do tirelessly for our freedom. Your tenacity is something that we all look up to,” Ru Paul said, and others continued to lavish the Democrat with praise.
This is not the first time Pelosi has appeared on the show, having served as a guest judge on Drag Race All-Stars in 2018:
Far-left New York Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) is also no stranger to the show, serving as a guest judge in 2020 where she pledged allegiance “to the drag”:
Pelosi’s appearance comes on the heels of nationwide controversy over the left’s insistence on normalizing events such as drag queen story hours for children. Notably, Twitter recently censored the massive page Libsof TikTok “for exposing the disturbing trend of far-left activists exposing children to sexually explicit performances by drag queens,” as Breitbart News detailed.
Meanwhile, Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) is reportedly considering a bill which would make it a felony to bring children to drag shows.
BREAKING: Drag Sex Shows aimed at children have come to Florida
I will be proposing Legislation to charge w/ a Felony & terminate the parental rights of any adult who brings a child to these perverted sex shows aimed at FL kids
— Rep. Anthony Sabatini (@AnthonySabatini) June 7, 2022
“You had this [in] Dallas, Texas, you had these very young kids and they must have been like 9, 10 years old at a quote ‘drag show’ where they were putting money in the underwear … and that is totally inappropriate,” DeSantis said last week, likely speaking of a viral video which showed drag queens dancing in front of babies and children as part of a Dallas bar event.
“Now it just seems like there’s a concerted effort to be exposing kids more and more to things that are not age-appropriate,” DeSantis added.
A food processing plant belonging to ‘Festive Foods LLC’ in Belmont, Wisconsin caught fire on Monday morning leaving devastating damage to yet another food facility.
Authorities reportedly took 9 hours to put out the fire, which has destroyed much of the plant. The local ‘News9’ channel provided this information about the fire…
The owner of Festive Foods, LLC, Michael Holmgren, says he’s grateful for emergency responders and their dedication, providing a glimpse into how the fire started.
“It was in the back of the building, up in the roofline area,” he explained.
Holmgren says over 100 employees were working in the building at the time the fire started. All were able to evacuate safely.
Holmegren says its too early to tell what rebuilding might look like.
“There’s damages, yes,” he said over the phone, “so we have to assess how quickly we can rebuild. Everybody is very committed, everybody is safe and home with their families right now, and we’ll support them through this.” Contrary to earlier reports, there is no concern of chlorine or chemical exposure through smoke at the plant.
‘Festive Foods’ is a large producer of frozen pizzas and different kinds of appetizers. This fire will only add to the supply chain woes that are making it hard for Americans to find certain items.
The United States has been experiencing an abundance of fires and ‘mistakes’ leading to the destruction of food facilities for the entire year of 2022.
‘Festive Foods’ released a statement on the fire via their Facebook page…
Today festive foods experienced a heart breaking event. As many of you have seen in the news we have had a terrible fire run though our plant. We are happy to say that all employees made it out quickly and safely with no injury’s.
We would like to say a large thank you to all of the fire fighters and emergency response teams that came out today to assist.
This was a large job to tackle and we are greatful for all who where involved. It was devastating to sit and watch the build that we have all put so many years into go up into flames. But at this time our plan is to regroup and rebuild.
We appreciate all the support we have seen so far and will be posting updates as they come.
The Gateway Pundit created a list of all known cases of food, or food processing being tampered with in the last few months on their post about the fire.
6/13/22 Fire Breaks Out at a Food Processing Plant West of Waupaca County in Wisconsin
This is not normal. It is not normal to have food plants burning down seemingly every week. This site has covered food plant fires before. There is no excuse.
Our Country is under attack. We are being pushed into an economic disaster for the purpose of furthering the control of our rulers. These attacks cannot be tolerated.
You cannot honestly tell me that these instances are coincidence.

The Senate has reached a deal on gun control legislation Sunday after 10 RINO Republicans are reported to join Democrats in a 60-vote threshold.
The deal does NOT include Joe Biden’s proposals to ban “assault weapons” or “high-capacity” magazines and raise the minimum age of purchasing firearms to 21, but it does expand background checks for individuals under 21.
Additionally, the deal includes Republican proposals like expanded mental health services and school safety measures.
However, the agreement would incentivize states to pass their own “red flag” laws to establish gun purchase restrictions on individuals a judge has deemed a threat.
Biden thanked the Senate for getting a gun control deal ironed out despite the fact it doesn’t ban “assault weapons.”
“It does not do everything that I think is needed, but it reflects important steps in the right direction,” he tweeted. “With bipartisan support, there are no excuses for delay. Let’s get this done.”
I want to thank Senator Chris Murphy and the bipartisan group for their gun safety proposal. It does not do everything that I think is needed, but it reflects important steps in the right direction.
With bipartisan support, there are no excuses for delay. Let’s get this done.
The bipartisan group of senators released a press statement outlining the deal:
BIPARTISAN GROUP OF SENATORS ANNOUNCE AGREEMENT
WASHINGTON–U.S. Senators Chris Murphy (D-Conn.), John Cornyn (R-Texas), Thom Tillis (R-N.C.), Kyrsten Sinema (D-Ariz.), Richard Blumenthal (D-Conn.), Roy Blunt (R-Mo.), Cory Booker (D- N.J.), Richard Burr (R-N.C.), Bill Cassidy (R-La.), Susan Collins (R-Maine), Chris Coons (D-Del.), Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.), Martin Heinrich (D-N.M.), Mark Kelly (D-Ariz.), Angus King (I-Maine), Joe Manchin (D-W.Va.), Rob Portman (R-Ohio), Mitt Romney (R-Utah), Debbie Stabenow (D-Mich.), and Pat Toomey (R-Pa.) issued the following statement:
“Today, we are announcing a commonsense, bipartisan proposal to protect America’s children, keep our schools safe, and reduce the threat of violence across our country. Families are scared, and it is our duty to come together and get something done that will help restore their sense of safety and security in their communities. Our plan increases needed mental health resources, improves school safety and support for students, and helps ensure dangerous criminals and those who are adjudicated as mentally ill can’t purchase weapons. Most importantly, our plan saves lives while also protecting the constitutional rights of law-abiding Americans. We look forward to earning broad, bipartisan support and passing our commonsense proposal into law.”The proposal includes:Support for State Crisis
Intervention Orders ● Provides resources to states and tribes to create and administer laws that help ensure deadly weapons are kept out of the hands of individuals whom a court has determined to be a significant danger to themselves or others, consistent with state and federal due process and constitutional protections.
Investment in Children and Family Mental Health Services ● National expansion of community behavioral health center model; major investments to increase access to mental health and suicide prevention programs; and other support services available in the community, including crisis and trauma intervention and recovery.
Protections for Victims of Domestic Violence ● Convicted domestic violence abusers and individuals subject to domestic violence restraining orders are included in NICS, including those who have or have had a continuing relationship of a romantic or intimate nature.
Funding for School-Based Mental Health and Supportive Services ● Invests in programs to expand mental health and supportive services in schools, including: early identification and intervention programs and school based mental health and wrap-around services.
Funding for School Safety Resources ● Invests in programs to help institute safety measures in and around primary and secondary schools, support school violence prevention efforts and provide training to school personnel and students.
Clarification of Definition of Federally Licensed Firearms Dealer ● Cracks down on criminals who illegally evade licensing requirements.
Telehealth Investments ● Invests in programs that increase access to mental and behavioral health services for youth and families in crisis via telehealth.
Under 21 Enhanced Review Process ● For buyers under 21 years of age, requires an investigative period to review juvenile and mental health records, including checks with state databases and local law enforcement.
Penalties for Straw Purchasing ● Cracks down on criminals who illegally straw purchase and traffic guns.
The 10 Republicans who joined on include RINOs like Sens. Mitt Romney (Utah), Lindsey Graham (S.C.), Susan Collins (Maine), and Bill Cassidy (La.).
Here are the 10 Republicans agreeing to the gun control bill:
Lindsey Graham (SC) Mitt Romney (UT) Pat Toomey (PA) John Cornyn (TX) Susan Collins (ME) Thom Tillis (NC) Richard Burr (NC) Roy Blunt (MO) Bill Cassidy (LA) Rob Portman (OH)
With the 10 Republicans on board, the Democrats should be able to clear the 60-vote threshold to pass the gun control bill that will then head to Biden’s desk.
A so called ‘ethics professor’ from Norway has claimed that pedophilia should be classed as an ‘innate sexuality’ and taught in schools.
Yes, really.
Reduxx reports that Ole Martin Moen from Oslo Metropolitan University is calling for the ‘destigmatisation’ of pedos, claiming that “the mental state of finding children sexually attractive is very common.”
Moen, a gay man who identifies as “queer,”also claims that a significant “percentage of high school students have an innate pedophilic sexual identity,” something he equates with those who identify as LGBTQ+.
Oh, are we finally adding the ‘P’ now?
What colour will the pedos have on the rainbow flag?
The report further notes that ‘professor’ Moen authored a paper back in 2015 titled “The Ethics of Pedophilia,” in which he asked “how bad is” pedophilia, “And in what ways, and for what reasons, is it bad?”
The abstract of the paper reads “In this paper it is argued that pedophilia is bad only because, and only to the extent that, it causes harm to children, and that pedophilia itself, as well as pedophilic expressions and practices that do not cause harm to children, are morally alright [sic].”
He further writes, “We argue that it is not immoral to be a pedophile, it is immoral for pedophiles to seek out sexual contact with children because of the expected harm to children, and it is morally permissible for pedophiles to satisfy their sexual preferences in ways that do not involve any real children.”
Among the other arguments he makes in the paper are the idea that everyone is really a pedo because when we were all children we all experienced sexual desires for other children.
“Many of us have been pedophiles at one point,” Moen argues, adding “When you were 11, it is not unlikely that you were sexually attracted to prepubertal children.”
Moen also suggests that “To prevent harm to future children, we would also be well-advised to start teaching high school students not just what to do in case they are victims of sexual abuse, but also what to do in case they themselves are pedophiles.”
“A certain percentage of high school students either are or will become pedophiles, and currently they are not given any advice on how to handle their sexuality,” he further asserts.
Could that possibly be because wanting to sexually abuse kids isn’t a sexual orientation, but rather an evil perversion?
Moen further suggests that pedos should be able to watch kiddy porn, so long as it’s computer generated and not real, in order for them to satiate their desires.
He adds that it is “unjust” to condemn people who have pedo desires, and that they should actually be “praised” for their “admirable willpower,” if they manage to refrain from having sex with kids.
Uansett hvor man står i debatten om kjønn, bør man ta tydelig avstand fra Christina Ellingsens trakassering. Her er noen eksempler på hvorfor: https://t.co/P6JXk3g3cC
As watchdog Exodus City notes, there is an ongoing and growing movement to normalise pedophilia as a sexual lifestyle. ‘Professor’ Moen is just one of many advocating this insanity.
While this extreme moves in from the fringes, it now seems that exposing children to nudity, drag queens promoting all manner of sexual activity, fetish kinks like ‘puppy play’, twerking, half naked men whipping each other, and chants of “we have genitals and lube” is deemed ‘family friendly’.
–Voters in San Francisco have kicked out the city’s progressive district attorney, Chesa Boudin, with 60.5 percent voting to recall him
–Boudin said the recall effort was driven by right-wing businesspeople and by less-than-liberal police officers
–Boudin, a former public defender, was elected as part of a wave of progressive prosecutors opposed to mass incarceration and in favor of restorative justice
–Boudin, 41, has been the target of a multi-million-dollar recall campaign by residents who say the liberal city has become an increasingly unsafe place to live
–The election has ramifications beyond San Francisco, with national polls showing Americans increasingly worried about violent crime
Ousted San Francisco DA Chesa Boudin remained defiant after citizens voted overwhelmingly to recall the progressive politician Tuesday, blaming billionaire Republicans and even the city’s police force for the loss.
‘The right-wing billionaires outspent us three to one,’ Boudin said in a speech to supporters following news of the recall results, which saw more than 60 percent of San Franciscans fed-up with the city’s crime-ridden state vote to recall him.
Boudin, 41, went on to assert that citizens had been ‘exploited’ by these groups, saying they ‘took advantage an environment in which people are appropriately upset.’
‘They created an electoral dynamic where we were literally shadowboxing,’ Boudin, who narrowly won office in November 2019 as part of a wave of woke prosecutors who vowed to seek alternatives to incarceration, said.
The recall campaign against Boudin, which was funded mainly by local business groups, accused the attorney of not doing enough to keep citizens safe, and introducing policies that allowed repeat offenders to commit crimes without fear of incarceration.
The crime wave has seen a rise in a particular type of robbery dubbed ‘smash-and-grabs’, where thieves brazenly raid a store’s shelves often in broad daylight, often avoiding charges thanks to Boudin’s lax policies.
It has forced stores across the city to close down to avoid being victimized in the premeditated – and often coordinated – strikes.
Nonetheless, Boudin Tuesday said the successful campaign to dismiss him from office was a coordinated attack organized by Conservatives and the city’s police unions, who have been locked in an open battle with the politician over his policies.
‘This is a Republican- and police union-led playbook to undermine and attack progressive prosecutors who have been winning elections across the country,’ he told The Guardian.
‘The playbook involves delegitimizing and fear-mongering and recalling. It’s a tactic being used by folks who are increasingly unable to prevail in elections when they put forward their views about public safety and justice.’
Boudin did concede that voters were understandably frustrated by the pandemic but thrust the blame on city officials that he said has failed to deliver on safety, housing, and equity, as murders and assaults continue to rise from last year – one of the worst years crime-wise the city had seen in decades.
He said Tuesday: ‘We have two cities. We have two systems of justice. ‘
‘We have one for the wealthy and the well connected and a different one for everybody else.’
‘And that’s exactly what we are fighting to change.’
He added: ‘This was never about one vote count. It was never about one election night party. This is a movement, not a moment in history.’
The politician’s statements drew applause from those in attendance, as a visibly emotional Boudin attempted to rile them up.
The speech also saw first-time political candidate – whose parents were members of the radical 80s activist group Weather Underground – admit that ‘we’ve made mistakes’ – but did not specify what those mistakes were.
he turnout for the recall vote was less than expected, with just under a quarter of the city’s electorate of 495,000 casting ballots. More than 70,730 of roughly 118,000 citizens voted against the DA, with some ballots remaining to be counted.
Detractors – and Boudin himself – have asserted that the recall was a Republican effort designed to undermine his progressive-led reform, which has seen a marked increase in crime, vagrancy, and open drug use in the city over the past two years.
The assertions that Republicans organized the effort to force him out are somewhat dubious, with the city being one of the country’s most notorious liberal enclaves, that saw 94.9 percent of its citizens vote for Joe Biden in the last presidential election.
Boudin, meanwhile, was also bankrolled by billionaires in his own successful electoral run, and wealthy investors from both political parties contributed millions to recall, or retain, the politician amid growing frustration with the city’s rapidly deteriorating state.
Boudin was elected on a platform of criminal justice reform, but his notoriously progressive laws have been widely blamed for rising crime and homelessness in the Bay Area since the start of the pandemic – where brazen looters ransacking stores and breaking into cars has become commonplace.
So far this year, statistics show that the crime wave has worsened from last year – one of the worst crime years in decades – with the city’s murder rate rising 11 percent, and rapes up by nearly 10 percent.
Boudin’s time in office has also seen a marked rise in vagrancy – a stand-out issue in the Bay Area, where homelessness and brazen open drug use has increased in earnest during the pandemic.
But as infection rates plunge and restrictions continue to lessen, the city’s crime and seedy underbelly has persisted – frustrating citizens to no end.
San Francisco police report 20 murders so far this year, an 11 percent increase from the 18 reported in the same time last year.
Larceny theft, meanwhile – which represents the majority of the recent ‘smash and grabs’ – has skyrocketed under Boudin, with 13,424 cases reported this year, a 20.4 percent rise from the 11,151 reported last year.
Assaults have also been on the rise, with 11 percent with 1,035 cases reported so far this year, with rapes also up by a concerning 10 percent.
As larceny continues to see the largest increase in crime, the Bay Area has contended with a series of smash-and-grab robberies in the past year, with brazen thieves raiding stores in the middle of day.

If you still had any question as to whether Attorney General Merrick Garland was using the Department of Justice to persecute his political enemies and place his political allies above the law, look no further.
The two lawyers were facing domestic terrorism charges and the possibility of 30 years in jail. This week, the Biden Administration agreed to a massive reduction of the charges in a plea agreement that will likely result only in a couple years of jail time.https://t.co/dLCKAWqzqv
…It is a sharp contrast to the harsh position taken by the Biden Justice Department on many of those accused of rioting on January 6th. AG Garland cited the threat to police officers in pledging an unprecedented effort to charge those involved “on any level” in the riot.
We previously discussed the cases of attorneys Colinford Mattis and Urooj Rahman, who were accused of throwing a Molotov cocktail into a police vehicle in New York. They were facing domestic terrorism charges and the possibility of 30 years in jail. This week, the Biden Administration agreed to a massive reduction of the charges in a plea agreement that will likely result only in a couple years of jail time. What is particularly bizarre is that the plea agreement reduces an earlier plea agreement for a more serious offense.
The plea deal by the Justice Department is a breathtaking reduction in the charges and expected sentencing of the two lawyers.
Earlier, some of us were surprised that U.S. District Judge Margo Brodie upheldthe $250,000 bail determination of U.S. Magistrate Judge Steven Gold. Prosecutors presented evidence that the two attorneys were trying to distribute Molotov cocktails and suggested that Mattis did not appear rational. The United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit reversed Judge Brodie and the two attorneys were sent back to jail. (Rahman’s bail was paid for by friend and fellow attorney Salmah Rizvi, who served in the Defense Department and State Department during the Obama administration).
Notably, Rahman and Mattis pleaded guilty last year to one count of possessing and making an explosive device, which carries a maximum sentence of 10 years in prison. Now, however, they will be allowed to withdraw the earlier plea and instead plead guilty to conspiring to assemble the Molotov cocktail and damage the New York Police Department patrol car. That is a nosebleed of a drop in the severity and punishment for this violent attack.
It is a sharp contrast to the harsh position taken by the Biden Justice Department on many of those accused of rioting on January 6th. Attorney General Merrick Garland cited the threat to police officers in pledging an unprecedented effort to charge and convict those involved “on any level” in the riot.
Conspiring to assemble the Molotov cocktail and damage the New York Police Department patrol car does not quite capture what these two attorneys did during the violent riot in New York. Rahman was caught on video throwing the firebomb and then fleeing the scene. Colinford Mattis was accused of having a store of firebombs in his vehicle and was videotaped as he attempted to hand them out to other rioters to fuel further violence. Rahman later was unapologetic and declared to reporters that “the only way they hear us is through violence.”
That does not seem the type of the suspects who would ordinarily garner deep sympathy from prosecutors. Yet, the Biden Administration walked back the charges, unraveled the earlier plea to a lesser offense, and told that court that the earlier charges would have resulted in “excessive sentencing” for theattorneys. Instead, they are supporting a maximum sentence of five years with a recommendation of between 18 to 24 months imprisonment.
Garland indicted five Proud Boys on “seditious conspiracy” charges on Monday. A seditious conspiracy charge carries a sentence of up to 20 years in prison.
Henry “Enrique” Tarrio, the former longtime chairman of the extremist group Proud Boys, was indicted on a new federal charge of seditious conspiracy with four top lieutenants on Monday. The charges expand the Justice Department’s allegations of organized plotting to oppose through violence the certification of President Biden’s election victory, culminating in the attack on the Capitol by a mob on Jan. 6, 2021.
Tarrio, 38, was not in the District that day but allegedly guided activities from nearby Baltimore as Proud Boys members engaged in the earliest and most aggressive attacks to confront and overwhelm police at several critical points on restricted Capitol grounds. Another defendant, Dominic Pezzola of Rochester, N.Y., broke through the first window of the building at 2:13 p.m. with a stolen police riot shield, authorities said.
A 10-count superseding indictment returned Monday morning charges Tarrio, Pezzola and three other existing defendants — Ethan Nordean of Washington state, Joe Biggs of Florida and Zachary Rehl of Pennsylvania — with “opposing the lawful transfer of presidential power by force,” eventually mustering and coordinating the movements of as many as 300 people around the Capitol that day. The defendants are accused of fomenting and spearheading a riot that stormed the Capitol, eventually forcing the evacuation of Congress as it met to confirm the 2020 election results.
Federal prosecutors previously leveled the historically rare charge of seditious conspiracy for the first time in the Jan. 6 attack against Stewart Rhodes, the founder and leader of the extremist group Oath Keepers, and 10 associates. Since filing the charges in January, a year after the violence, two of the other defendants, Joshua James of Alabama and Brian Ulrich of Georgia, and one other Oath Keeper member, William Todd Wilson of North Carolina, have pleaded guilty to the charge and are cooperating with the Justice Department.
The Post left out that they were threatened with decades in prison to get them to break.
In April, a Tarrio co-defendant, Charles Donohoe of North Carolina, pleaded guilty to two felony counts including obstructing an official proceeding of Congress. His plea provided insights into the plans and intention of the group to disrupt the electoral vote confirmation. Tarrio and the others pleaded not guilty to a previous indictment that charged them with offenses including conspiring to obstruct Congress or impede police in a civil disorder.
The new charges add two counts, seditious conspiracy, punishable by up to 20 years in prison, and conspiracy to prevent an officer from discharging any duties. A new hearing was set for Friday. Rehl attorney Carmen Hernandez called the action by prosecutors ahead of an August trial date exceedingly heavy-handed against her client, who she said committed no violence and at worst is allegedly to have associated with the Proud Boys as his right under the First Amendment.
“To bring such a serious charge against Mr. Rehl at this late date without alleging a single new fact against him is simply wrong and deserves a response,” Hernadez wrote in a filing. Tarrio attorney Nayib Hassan said his client “is looking forward to trial and his day in court.” Attorneys for Nordean declined to comment.
This is naked political persecution. It can’t get any more transparent.
–Top Clinton advisor Mark Middleton died by suicide at the age of 59 on May 7, the Perry County Sheriff’s Office in Arkansas confirmed
–Middleton was President Bill Clinton’s special advisor who admitted Jeffrey Epstein to the White House seven of the at least 17 times the pedophile visited
–The married father-of-two, who lived in Little Rock, Arkansas, shot himself at the Heifer Ranch in Perryville, 30 miles away from his home
–DailyMail.com can now reveal Middleton’s father Larry and his widow Rhea are fighting to keep photos and ‘other illustrative content’ of his death sealed
–The two filed for an injunction arguing that blocking the release of the footage would halt a proliferation of ‘unsubstantiated conspiracy theories’
–The lawsuit claims the family ‘has been harassed by outlandish, hurtful, unsupported and offensive online articles’ regarding Middleton and his death
–Perry County Sheriff Scott Montgomery said Middleton was discovered hanging from a tree with a shotgun blast to his chest
After the petition was filed, Montgomery denied DailyMail.com’s FOIA request for any of his paperwork on the case
The family of a top advisor to Bill Clinton who admitted Jeffrey Epstein to the White House multiple times during his presidency is pulling out all the stops to keep details of his mysterious death becoming public.
They have petitioned a judge to prevent pictures of Mark Middleton’s death scene being released under the Freedom of Information Act.
And now the local Arkansas sheriff is interpreting that to mean he can’t talk or release any details of Middleton’s May 7 suicide.
‘The investigation is still open. I can’t say anything more,’ Perry County Sheriff Scott Montgomery told DailyMail.com.
Middleton, who served as special assistant to President Bill Clinton in the 1990s, died at the age of 59, his family announced last month.
His death adds to the number of close associates of the former president and first lady who have died unexpectedly, many in small plane crashes. The phenomenon has led to a conspiracy theory called Clinton Body Count which even has its own Wikipedia page.
Middleton’s family did not disclose the cause of death at the time but authorities later confirmed the former White House official took his own life with a self-inflicted gunshot at an urban farm in Perryville, Arkansas.
In a lawsuit filed on May 23, the family admits Middleton committed suicide, and says they have ‘a privacy interest’ in preventing any ‘photographs, videos, sketches (or) other illustrative content’ from the death scene being released.
They claim it would lead to ‘outlandish, hurtful, unsupported and offensive articles’ being published online.
They argued that keeping the footage and files sealed would halt a proliferation of ‘unsubstantiated conspiracy theories’.
A judge is due to hear the case on June 14.
After the petition was filed, Perry County Sheriff Scott Montgomery denied DailyMail.com’s FOIA request for any of his paperwork on the case, which would include the police report and written files, even though they do not contain any graphic images.
Late last year, DailyMail.com exclusively revealed Middleton was among the Clinton advisors and aides who had let Epstein into the White House during the former president’s first few years in office.
The late pedophile made at least 17 trips to the White House between 1993 and 1995, seven of which were authorized by Middleton.
The Clinton aide was also one of the many passengers to fly on Epstein’s jet, known as the ‘Lolita Express’.
Middleton’s family last month confirmed he passed away on May 7 in a statement which did not reveal the cause of death.
It has since been confirmed that the former advisor, who lived in Little Rock, Arkansas, took his own life at the Heifer Ranch in Perryville, owned by an anti-poverty nonprofit called Heifer International, 30 miles away from his home.
Chris Cox Heifer, a spokesman for Heifer International, said that ranch workers found Middleton’s car in the parking lot and notified the sheriff.
The body was found shortly afterwards.
Heifer told DailyMail.com: ‘He wasn’t invited to the property and staff became aware that he was there without authorization.
‘We have not found any connection to Heifer.
‘The ranch is well known in the area and it’s possible that he could have attended something here but we couldn’t’ find any major links.
‘The ranch hosts school groups for things like lambing so he could have attended one of those. It’s a very unfortunate incident.’
In an interview with RadarOnline – before he decided to clam up – Sheriff Montgomery said Middleton was discovered hanging from a tree with a shotgun blast to his chest.
He reportedly used an extension cord as a noose and created makeshift gallows underneath the tree which appeared to be there as a failsafe in case the shotgun blast didn’t kill him.
The married father-of-two, who ran an air conditioning business, did not leave a note, though he told his family he was ‘depressed’, Montgomery said.
‘I don’t know the man, and I don’t why he picked our county or picked that location to commit suicide. To our knowledge, he had never been there before, and we have no record of him being there before.
He died from a self-inflicted shotgun wound to the chest. He found a tree and he pulled a table over there, and he got on that table, and he took an extension cord and put it around a limb, put it around his neck and he shot himself in the chest with a shotgun.
‘It was very evident that the shotgun worked because there was not a lot of blood or anything on the scene. You can tell the shotgun blast was on his chest, you can tell that because there is a hole in the chest and pellets came out the back of his back. It was definitely self-inflicted in our opinion’.
he injunction was filed two weeks after Middleton’s death at the circuit court of Perry County by Rhea Middleton and Larry Middleton, Middleton’s widow and father.
It states that they have a ‘privacy interest in photographs, videos, sketches and other illustrative content depicting Mark Middleton’s body or scene of Mr. Middleton’s death’ in the possession of the Perry County Sheriff and the county coroner.
The lawsuit states: ‘Since Mr. Middleton’s death, Mr. Middleton’s family has been harassed by outlandish, hurtful, unsupported and offensive online articles regarding Mr. Middleton, his death and his family. These articles are scurrilous, baseless and malicious’.
Publishing images of Middleton’s body would cause the family ‘irreparable harm’, they claim.
‘This lawsuit seeks a declaration that any Media Content depicting Mr. Middleton’s body or scene of Mr. Middleton’s death should not be disclosed under the FOIA,’ the documents state.
In an affidavit, Larry Middleton states that the reports about his son’s death have been ‘unsubstantiated conspiracy theories’ which have caused ‘unimaginable pain to myself and my family’.
He claims to have ‘extreme fear and anxiety’ at the prospect of further details being made public.
