A Vietnam Veteran’s Open Letter To America: THIS IS NOT WHO WE ARE!

We recently discovered that the United States Marine Corps has sent the only officer in the United States military, Lt. Col. Stuart Scheller, with guts to call for accountability from the institution that he has served for some 17 years, to solitary confinement in the brig, at Regional Brig for Marine Corps Installations East at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, without preferring charges.

A headline in the Military Times tells it all:

“Marine lieutenant colonel who demanded ‘accountability’ in brig, not charged”

It appears that we have entered into a whole new dynamic in this country — one similar to the old Soviet response to anyone who challenges the ruling regime:

LOCK THEM UP – SHUT THEM UP!

Exactly what has been done to this lieutenant colonel? Here is what the Military Times tells us about the charges that we can expect to be brought under the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ):

“The general nature of the offenses being considered at the Art. 32 hearing are: Article 88 (contempt toward officials), Article 90 (willfully disobeying superior commissioned officer), Article 92 (failure to obey lawful general orders), Article 133 (conduct unbecoming an officer and a gentleman)”

Really? I always thought the Marine Corps leadership was above this type of intimidation, but it appears that the new “woke” Marines are ready to let their leaders like — oh, let’s say General McKenzie — slide while they demonstrate their machismo on this mid-level officer who simply asked for what most of the American public is asking for — ACCOUNTABILITY from its leaders — no matter where that leads us!

I am appalled by the behavior of the United States Marine Corps leadership, and I state publicly and for the record that this officer be released immediately, be allowed to resign his commission as he has stated was his intent and not be held for one more day in confinement.

We put the Bo Bergdahl’s, deserters, in military confinement – we put the Bradley/Chelsea Manning’s, who endangered the lives of thousands by giving away classified information in a war zone, in the stockade — we do not incarcerate an officer who has served this country with honor and distinction in the brig for doing what our senior Defense Department leadership will not do — accept accountability.

This officer must be released immediately, and he should receive a written apology from his entire Chain of Command to include the Commandant of the Marine Corps. As we hear so many times these days — “THIS IS NOT WHO WE ARE…”

EXCLUSIVE: Maryland Health Department Alters Data to Hide Health Care Crisis Caused by Governor Hogan’s Vaccine Mandate

The Maryland Department of Health (DOH) altered data on the coronavirus.maryland.gov page in what can only be an attempt to hide how Maryland’s health care system has been collapsing under the weight of Governor Larry Hogan’s vaccine mandates.

This is the State of Maryland’s hospital occupancy from Sunday, 9-26.  We will be focusing on the area circled in red on the right side of the chart.

The significance of the blue area and the red line denoting the 85% occupancy level needs to be explained first.

First, the layman’s explanation:                                                                                                      

The more the blue area extends above the red line, the less likely you are to be treated in a timely manner if you have to go to the hospital, and the more likely your disease or injury will kill or permanently maim you.

Now the technical explanation:

That red line – the 85% occupancy level – is a direct indicator of how many health care staff are working: hospitals do not keep beds open if there are no nurses or doctors available to treat the patients in those beds.  This is why the red line fluctuates – hospitals raise and lower the number of beds either based on:

  • the number of nurses and doctors available that day; or
  • the number of patients flooding the hospitals (which the charts show never actually happened during the entire pandemic, meaning none of the vaccine, distancing, or mask mandates were necessary).

Thus, in the 9-26 graph above, the blue area that has been consistently growing above the red line In July, August, and September shows that fewer nurses and doctors are available to treat Marylanders who enter the hospital.  This is directly due to the hospital vaccine mandates: health workers are quitting and are being fired for refusing the vaccine.  If you get into a car crash, you are in serious trouble.

In the 9-26 chart you can clearly see that the vaccine mandate has created a greater health care crisis than the actual COVID pandemic you see on the far-left side of the chart!

And this is the same chart from Tuesday, 9-28, two days later:

Comparing the right side of the 9-26 and 9-28 charts side by side, you can see that the red line in the 9-28 chart now conveniently covers the exposed blue area of the 9-26 graph!

The entire red line showing the state’s 85% hospital occupancy level has been lifted upwards by the Maryland Department of Health by 4% to cover the exposed blue area of the 9-26 graph in an attempt to show the state’s health care system is not collapsing under the weight of Hogan’s vaccine mandates. 

The following screenshots taken August 10, 2021 and viewed against screenshots taken October 8, 2021 show how the Maryland Department of Health artificially altered hospital occupancy data upwards by 4% to cover the increasing impact of vaccine mandates, as well as to give the public the false impression that Governor Hogan has been effectively managing the entire course of the COVID-19 response.

Governor Hogan’s vaccine mandate has plunged Maryland into a health care crisis that is actually worse than the crisis caused by COVID-19 itself.  This crisis so bad that the Maryland Department of Health has resorted to protecting Hogan’s presidential run by altering the hospital occupancy data in an attempt to convince Marylanders that everything is fine while the floor falls out beneath us. 

This is a clear case of data fraud intended to protect a governor whose COVID vaccine mandates are destroying Maryland’s health care system worse than COVID could ever hope to. God help us if Hogan becomes president.

SHOCKING: Vaccine Side Effects May Lead You To Bankruptcy

These are the facts not wildly known to general public.

Thirty-five years ago, Congress created the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program, known as the vaccine court, for children hurt by routine immunizations administered as a condition of school entry. Since it began operations in 1988, the vaccine injury compensation program through its administrative court has paid more than $4 billion to over 8,000 families who could provide a “preponderance of evidence” that vaccines against diseases like measles and pertussis hurt their kids. Preponderance of the evidence is legal standard which only asks that you provide a “shred of evidence” to prove your case.

This administrative court also covers vaccine injuries in pregnant women, and from the flu vaccine.

The Vaccine Injury Compensation Program does not cover injuries from COVID-19 shots.

A smaller federal Countermeasures Injury Compensation Program, addresses illnesses resulting from drugs or vaccines administered during a public health emergency, such as the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Countermeasure Injury Compensation program requires evidence that’s harder to pin down, does not pay attorney fees and rules by administrative bureaucrats rather than judges unlike in the “vaccine court”.

So far the countermeasures program has yet to pay anything to anyone who suffered the side effects by a COVID-19 vaccine.

The Los Angeles Tims reports that in June 2021 a bipartisan group of lawmakers led by Reps. Lloyd Doggett (D-Texas) and Fred Upton (R-Mich.) introduced legislation to address problems with the original vaccine court, including a two-year backlog of cases. That bill would also increase the pain and suffering or death payments to people who can prove an injury, from $250,000 to $600,000.

While the legislators hope the bill would eventually allow patients injured by COVID-19 vaccines to get compensation through the vaccine court, nothing has been passed and data about Covid-19 injuries are suppressed by the mainstream media.

The LA Times reports that there is even an Facebook group created for people reporting grievous COVID-19 vaccine-related neurological issues. It was launched by Dr. Danice Hertz, a retired gastroenterologist in Santa Monica who has been diagnosed post-vaccination with mast cell activation syndrome, a rare condition in which part of the immune system goes haywire.

Hertz got her first dose of the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine on Dec. 23, shortly after it was authorized by the Food and Drug Administration for emergency use. Within 30 minutes, she suffered terrible numbness and pain in her face and tongue and “felt vibrations going through my whole body,” she said.

But side effects of Covid-19 are scattered through the social media and few professional medical journals often attributed to a phenomenon called “molecular mimicry,” in which the immune system responds to an element in the vaccine by attacking similar-looking human proteins.

Guillain-Barré syndrome, or GBS, is caused by an immune attack on the nervous system in reaction to a vaccination, and to viral infections. It has been reported after influenza shots, and the single-dose Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 vaccine.

Hertz and others have been in contact with Dr. Avindra Nath, chief of clinical medicine at the National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke, whose specialty is the study of immune-modulated neurological illness.

The Countermeasures Injury Compensation Program arose as part of the 2005 Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness Act, and was pushed through to shield drug companies from lawsuits over products like the anthrax and smallpox vaccines, which had a relatively high rate of dangerous side effects.

PREP Act expands support of telehealth – Paubox

The PREP Act is likely to set an almost insurmountable burden of proof for injury compensation, she said. Rewards depend on “compelling, reliable, valid medical and scientific evidence,” which doesn’t exist for COVID-19 vaccines because they are so new.

Meanwhile Biden’s forced vaccination with suppressed information about the known side effects are disregarded and people who do suffer find themselves with insurmountable medical bills without hope for Congressional relief any time soon.

Liz Cheney: The Benedict Arnold of the Republican Party

It was extremely frustrating listening to three of the most senior leaders of our Defense Department try to explain the debacle that is now our surrender and retreat from Afghanistan. It’s like watching an episode of the “Three Stooges” — Larry points at Moe, Moe hits Curley and Curley slaps Moe.

What is most telling is that no one, not one of these senior officers and leaders of our military, is willing to stand before America and say what is obvious to all of us — “I failed to execute the mission and therefore I am resigning!” Truly sad — but at least they stick together … might be the Three Stooges, but they are clearly a team!

Gen. Milley's Senate testimony: Biden failed to listen on Afghanistan

Unfortunately, that same cannot be said of the Republicans who are currently serving in the US House of Representatives. We have known for some time now that the Representative from Wyoming, Liz Cheney, has been a toxic anti-Trumper.

She has allowed herself to be assigned to Nancy Pelosi’s highly partisan Jan 6th Commission and has essentially put the Republican party on notice that anyone who votes against her is voting against the Constitution! Now that, ladies and gentlemen, is what we call “Swamp Fever”

Liz Cheney has clearly been a Swamp Creature for far too long. But today, she moved into the ranks of the likes of Benedict Arnold — The General who was prepared to give away the strategic fort of West Point to the British during the Revolutionary War in exchange for an officer’s commission in the British Army.

In her case, she is working with the Democrats in the House to the great harm and detriment of the Republican caucus. Her performance today, in the hearings on Afghanistan, was nothing less than the equivalent of turning over a key strategic position to the enemy, Benedict Arnold in drag.

She could not help herself — her opening comments, directed to General Milley, were to invoke the action of Jan 6th, characterizing it as a “violent attack” — except others have called it a “Grandma Selfie Party” — Cheney goes on to tell America that this was the first time in the nation’s history that “we did not have a peaceful transition of power” — Wrong again! The transition of power occurred at 1200 hours, noon, on January 20th — completely and utterly peaceful.

But she goes on: “No one should question Gen. Milley’s loyalty to our country, commitment to the Constitution or to the civilian chain of command.”

Why not?

General Milley has spent more time speaking to reporters and authors than he has trying to manage an orderly withdrawing from Afghanistan. He has disclosed or leaked his conversations with the Commander in Chief Donald Trump, but states that he cannot disclose such conversations when they involve Joe Biden — an incredible double standard. Time and again in hearings, in both the Senate and the House, he has failed to answer key questions posed to him on why things went down the way they did — he has failed to answer many of these question and Liz Cheney is running cover for him.

Cheney goes on:

“We all should thank him for standing in the breach and following his duty during a time of peril for our nation.”

Thank him? I don’t think so — His actions, as well as her actions, clearly demonstrate the selling out of the nation in a way that has never been seen in this country since the Rosenburg’s sold our nuclear secrets to the Russians. Her actions also demonstrate a selling out of her political party.

I’ll leave the final judgement on General Milley, Secretary Austin and General McKenzie to the American public. Liz Cheney, however, needs to be dealt with at the ballot box in 2022. She is clearly a traitor to her conservative principles, the Republican Party and her Wyoming constituents. It is time to replace her with someone who can represent the people of Wyoming and be a responsible member of the Republican caucus in the Congress — perhaps like Benedict Arnold, Liz Cheney can find a position in the Democrat Party.

CREEPY: Biden CELEBRATES Mass Vaccine Mandate Firings As Thousands Of Americans Are Forced Out Of Work

Joe Biden is apparently very happy to see unvaccinated Americans losing their jobs. After his Unconstitutional mandate was announced just last month, thousands across the United States have been given a choice, their health, or their job.

Biden’s mandate attempts to mandate vaccines for nearly all of the country. The plan would ‘require’ all private businesses to mandate COVID-19 vaccines for their employees.

Many States have stepped up to protect their citizens, 24 to this point.

It has been made clear, this kind of insanity will not happen in areas NOT CONTROLLED by the Democrats. However, millions of unvaccinated Americans live in BLUE STATES.

These individuals are losing their lives. Under Biden’s tyrannical, illegal, unconstitutional ruling, these Americans are being forced out of their livelihoods.

All airliners, except for Delta, have mandated vaccines. Hospitals and medical facilities have terminated thousands of workers across the country.

These people are losing their jobs. Their ability to pay for food, rent, housing. They aren’t welfare leaches, but HARD WORKING AMERICANS who are being barred from contributing to society.

Keep in mind, it is the Democrats who are pushing this insanity. The same people who claim to represent ‘the poor’ are bankrupting hardworking Americans for not complying with their tyrannical, nonsensical, and dangerous mandate.

These Americans, though chastized in the media as ‘morons’, are our best citizens. They are smart enough to stand up for what they believe in, even in the face of unrelenting consequences.

While the Establishment may pity these individuals, I have great hope for them. By showing that they have the strength and power to make their own decisions, unmoved by the tyranny that howls in their face, these people will find themselves in a much greater position.

MUST WATCH: NBA Stars Stand Up To Vaccine Mandates, Refuse To Submit To Medical Tyranny!

Several NBA Stars have come out against the COVID-19 vaccine and vaccine mandates during their press conference. While league officials are pressuring these players to get the vaccine, they are standing tall.

Rolling Stone Magazine published a hit piece on these individuals just a week ago. The article called these players conspiracy theorists and uneducated.

Reportedly, about 90% of NBA players have received the COVID-19 vaccine.

Unfortunately for Rolling Stone, these athletes have a large platform to spread their message. Their message is not a message of conspiracy, or paranoia… but fact.

Jonathan Issac of the Orlando Magic had this to say about the vaccine…

Each of the players that spoke on the issue spoke with grace and poise, speaking fact, and leaving emotion behind. They asked poignant questions that the media refuses to acknowledge.

Bradley Beal of the Washington Wizards had this to say…

Beal makes better points than 99% of the people at CNN. If the Mainstream Media had 1% of the common sense espoused in his statement, our Country would be much better off!

Shame on the Rolling Stone for attempting to portray these men as “crazy”… It is a total disgrace.

Andrew Wiggins of the Golden State Warriors also stood up for medical freedom during his press conference…

These are smart individuals. As they have stated, every single American has the right to medical freedom. We are allowed to make our own choices.

The Constitution is not something to be considered, or placed on the back-burner. It is something that IS. It is NOT to be violated.

The current authoritarian Administration believes that they can force vaccines on the entire population in order to maximize profits for Big Pharma.

We cannot allow it. The boosters will never end. Even when FDA and CDC panels vote against them, our authoritarian leaders authorize them anyway.

This is wrong. We must stand up, as these men have. God bless these patriotic men, they have done more for ACTUAL Americans than most of our politicians.

The New Yorker has sunk to a new low. This time, the site has published an article entitled…

“Should The Climate Movement Embrace Sabotage?”

The ‘sabotage’ they are speaking of is called eco-terrorism. The act of destroying equipment used to clear woods and harvest natural resources. Eco-terrorism is defined as “violence carried out to further environmentalist ends.”

The ‘article’ includes a small excerpt with many clips from different episodes of the ‘New Yorker’ podcast. One is an interview with a man called Andreas Malm.

Malm is described as a “Swedish author and an associate senior lecturer of human ecology at Lund University” on Wikipedia. He is employed at Lund University.

He also sits on the editorial board of the academic journal Historical Materialism. Malm is a self-proclaimed Marxist.

Andreas Malm has recently released a new book. It is called “How To Blow Up A Pipeline”.

It was published by Verso, a large book publisher based in New York and London. Verso is actually partnered with PENGUIN RANDOM HOUSE, one of the LARGEST book distributors in the United States.

Even while writing books with titles encouraging LITERAL TERRORISM, Verso Books has maintained their relation ship with Penguin Random House.

It is an absolute disgrace that this company is allowed to operate in the United States.

The New Yorker actually PROMOTED the book and interviewed Andreas Malm to promote his cause. This is what LEFT WING PRIVILEGE look like.

For those of us paying attention to this Administration, it has been rather obvious that they are operating under the same guiding principals that cost us 8 years of failure under Obama.

Now the Biden Administration is attempting to push undeveloped, overpriced, inoperable ‘green energy’ on the American people.

His Administration does not care that taxpayers will be on the hook for his agenda. Biden recently said that his ‘Build Back Better’ plan would cost “ZERO DOLLARS”.

That is truly how politicians feel about spending taxpayer money. They don’t care. They will even lie to pass it.

What we have is an absolute catastrophe. We have a sitting President whose incoherence is allowing the DNC Central Commitee to run the country into the ground.

Insane policies with no leadership have wreaked havoc on the entire world.

BREAKING: Antifa Terrorist Who SHOT Proud Boy Charged With FIRST DEGREE ASSAULT While Armed With A Deadly Weapon

Benjamin Valera is an Antifa member who has recently charged in an early September shooting of Proud Boy Tusitala “Tiny” Toese.

As you can see in the video below, Toese is writhing on the ground. He was shot by Benjamin Valera, as Valera fired a total of five shots into the crowd of Proud Boys.

The Proud Boys were protesting lockdowns and vaccine mandates in Olympia, Washington on September 4th. A group of Antifa members showed up to counter-protest.

As soon as Valera fired the five shots, he reported ran and fled from the scene. A true coward. Here is the security footage.

He injured Toese, but did not kill him.

The New York Post is now reporting that Valera has been charged with FIRST DEGREE ASSAULT while armed with a deadly weapon.

Of course, Valera is a devout Leftist… He has a $100,000 bond, unlike DOJ targets of persecution following the January 6th protest. Trump supporters get no bail. Leftist TERRORISTS do.

Benjamin Anthony Varela, 36, of Olympia, was arrested on Thursday and charged with first-degree assault while armed with a deadly weapon.

Varela, a member of the Democratic Socialists of America, deleted most of his social media accounts before his arrest, but posts still available on Twitter show he corresponded back and forth with the Spokane and Olympia DSA chapters as well as Libcom.org, an anarchist-Communist website. Prior to deleting his Twitter account, his bio read, “professional anarchist, thug, and paid protester.” His YouTube account, which is still online but doesn’t have any videos available to the public, features a red and black Antifa flag as its profile image. According to the affidavit, Varela ran into an alley behind the Union Gospel Mission after the shooting and discarded his black uniform.

Justice has been served to this punk. He is lucky that he did not kill somebody with his ridiculous actions.

ANTIFA is an unruly mob of rich, liberal thugs who go out and try to act tough. If anything, they are a domestic terror organization One that the media DOES NOT cover.

Luckily, this time, justice has been served. Thanks to the law enforcement officers who were able to catch this disgusting criminal.

Hopefully he will be going away for a LONG TIME!
