Chipman faced tough questioning earlier this year during his confirmation hearings. Chipman even admitted that he would be in support of a ban on the AR-15, one of the most common semi-automatic rifles in America.
David Chipman also appeared on a show to call American Gun Owners ‘Tiger Kings’ who hoard food and supplies for a ‘zombie apocalypse’.

Needless to say, Chipman had no business leading the ATF. He also had a nasty history involving the Waco massacre.
Interestingly enough, the ATF has not had a Senate appointed Director SINCE the Obama Administration, as Trump withdrew his candidate early on during his Presidency.
The real question is why do we continue to fund the ATF when our Legislature is clearly not comfortable with EITHER side running it.
The ATF has been too powerful for too long. They should be disbanded and defunded.
For now, Senate Republicans have stood tall to stop the confirmation of David Chipman to the ATF Director. A win for gun owners across the United States.
Our Second Amendment is extremely clear. We the People have the right to bear arms. No government, or man, is legally allowed to infringe upon that right.
We have covered this story extensively and consider this news to be a rather large victory for the American people. Gun owners across this nation would have been absolutely ASSAULTED by Chipman and his goons.

As the discussion regarding the teaching of Critical Race Theory (CRT) rages across America and through the many school districts attended by the youth of this country I think it is important to step back just a bit to look at just what CRT is and why it is the new Jim Crow.
Just what is critical race theory anyway? Stephen Sawchuk in an article written for Education Week tells us that …
Critical Race Theory is an academic concept that is more than 40 years old. The core idea is that race is a social construct, and that racism is not merely the product of individual bias or prejudice, but also something embedded in legal systems and policies.
The basic tenets of CRT emerged out of a framework for legal analysis in the late 1970s and early 1980s created by legal scholars Derrick Bell, Kimberlé Crenshaw, and Richard Delgado, among others.
A good example is when, in the 1930s, government officials literally drew lines around areas deemed poor financial risks, often explicitly due to the racial composition of inhabitants. Banks subsequently refused to offer mortgages to Black people in those areas.”
So, clearly we can take away the lesson that CRT was based on a society that was racially biased, segregated and reflected these values in its legal systems and policies. Now if we connect the dots this leads us to what is commonly referred to as “Jim Crow” and laws and policies that were designed specifically to keep us segregated as a society; and while CRT which dates from the ‘70’s and ‘80’s as Sawchuk has told us — Jim Crow’s roots go much deeper in our nation’s history… all the way back to the end of the Civil War. It’s worth taking a look back to just what Jim Crow was all about.
History.Com tells us that:
Jim Crow laws were a collection of state and local statutes that legalized racial segregation. Named after a Black minstrel show character, the laws—which existed for about 100 years, from the post-Civil War era until 1968—were meant to marginalize African Americans by denying them the right to vote, hold jobs, get an education or other opportunities.
Those who attempted to defy Jim Crow laws often faced arrest, fines, jail sentences, violence and death. Jim Crow laws dominated in the south and there is along litany of prejudices and crimes that were perpetrated against Blacks.
History.Com goes on to tell us:
“Laws forbade African Americans from living in white neighborhoods. Segregation was enforced for public pools, phone booths, hospitals, asylums, jails and residential homes for the elderly and handicapped. Some states required separate textbooks for Black and white students. New Orleans mandated the segregation of prostitutes according to race. In Atlanta, African Americans in court were given a different Bible from white people to swear on. Marriage and cohabitation between white and Black people was strictly forbidden in most Southern states. It was not uncommon to see signs posted at town and city limits warning African Americans that they were not welcome there”.
As a person that grew up in the segregated south I had the opportunity to personally witness the application of Jim Crow — segregated schools and classrooms, bathroom facilities in public spaces, hotels and restaurants as well as segregated housing.
In fact I believe that it is safe to say that the entire premise of Jim Crow was to separate and divide the population by exercising an oppressor, a white person, who systematically oppresses those of color.
The good news in all of this is that I was old enough through the 1950’s and 1960’s to see Jim Crow come to an end. The post-World War II era saw an increase in civil rights activities in the African American community, with a focus on ensuring that Black citizens were able to vote. This ushered in the civil rights movement, resulting in the removal of Jim Crow laws.
In 1948 President Harry Truman ordered integration in the military, and in 1954, the Supreme Court ruled in Brown v. Board of Education that educational segregation was unconstitutional, bringing to an end the era of “separate-but-equal” education.
In 1964, President Lyndon B. Johnson signed the Civil Rights Act, which legally ended the segregation that had been institutionalized by Jim Crow laws. And in 1965, the Voting Rights Act halted efforts to keep minorities from voting. The Fair Housing Act of 1968, which ended discrimination in renting and selling homes, followed. So why CRT and why is it in fact the new Jim Crow?
As we have seen, CRT points out the flaws in our history — racism, discrimination, and bias were a part of American society — a historical fact that cannot be swept under the rug. But as an advanced society should do, we recognized our flaws followed the lead of our political leaders and those who fought to eliminate Jim Crow and to evaluate each person on the content of their character and not the color of their skin…
And right up to about 2004 we were making great progress. But progress is slow, laws need to be passed and attitudes and minds need to be reset. But there are some who are not content with understanding and studying history — they feel compelled to change it and CRT has become the “thing” that serves their purpose best.
However there is a flaw in their approach. If the schools wish to teach CRT to elementary school children they are in fact perpetuation the very essence of what they are trying to defeat — Jim Crow.
How is this possible you ask? In order to understand CRT you must first be taught that there is an “oppressor” and one who is “oppressed.” This is exactly what parents all across the county have been objecting too. Black mothers and fathers no longer see themselves or their children as oppressed. White mothers and fathers no longer see themselves or their children as oppressors. In fact given the progress that has been made over the past 70 or so years it would not be uncommon to see the reverse situation in which all privilege and wealth is acquired and earned by Black members of our society and not those of the White race.
So why burden our children with such antiquated notions as espoused in CRT? It appears that the real answer is as simple as … it is the flavor of the day. A small but very vocal constituency of Black Marxists, Progressive politicians and “woke” schoolboard members and administrators feel that awakening Jim Crow is just what the country needs … to further divide us! And make no mistake it is an awakening of Jim Crow all over again. We know this because we can see what is happening all around us.
After fighting for some 70 years to ensure that our most prestigious institutions such as Harvard and Yale are accepting student based on their abilities and not on the color of their skin what do we find:
“A new report by the National Association of Scholars has identified more than 75 schools offering segregated graduations. These supplemental commencement ceremonies are offered in addition to the universities’ regular graduation ceremonies and are not mandatory”. The National Association of Scholars looked at 173 schools and found that 76 of them, or 44%, offer these ceremonies. These range from small private schools to big public universities. Some notable ones include Harvard, UC San Diego, UC Irvine, Arizona State University, Stanford, UC Berkeley, UCLA, and Yale. The “Undefeated” goes on to tell us: Don’t hate on black graduation ceremony at Harvard University; Undergrads participated this year, but other schools have been doing it for years.
We also learn that Demands for Segregated Housing at Williams College Are Not News. In an article written by DION J. PIERRE, May 8, 2019:
“Like Doc Brown’s DeLorean in Back to the Future, many college campuses are racing back to the year 1955. On April 17, a student newspaper at Williams College endorsed “affinity housing” for black students and other minorities — which is to say, it endorsed segregation. The students claim segregation will make Williams a “more welcoming, supportive and safe community for minoritized students.” “The newspaper’s endorsement received a lot of media coverage, but it was not really news. We at the National Association of Scholars (NAS) recently launched Separate but Equal, Again: Neo-Segregation in American Higher Education, a project examining racial segregation on college campuses such as Columbia University, Yale University, MIT, and others. Surveying 173 schools, we found that 42 percent offer segregated residences, 46 percent offer segregated orientation programs, and 72 percent host segregated graduation ceremonies. We call this “neo-segregation”: the voluntary and institutionally sanctioned segregation of minority students in the post–Brown v. Board era.”
So now let’s connect the final dots in this discussion — if Jim Crow is segregation by definition and CRT is taught to our students from the very first day of school so that by the time they reach the university level they believe that segregating the races is more welcoming, supportive and safe community for minoritized students then we are left to conclude that CRT is by definition the “NEW JIM CROW”.
It is a complex issue that America and Americans will be called on for some time to resolve. But it cannot and will not be resolved as long as we continue to teach “Jim Crow” to our children. Parents across the country are right and the teachers unions and school boards are wrong — CRT perpetuates a dark time in our history — history class is where history needs to be taught — it does not need to be sugar coated nor does it have to lead us to another era of “Jim Crow” in America.

In that report, Harris details that over 173k votes were lost, and 96k votes were cast by ‘ghost voters’. Harris stated…
Two primary categories of ineligible ballots and election mishandling, encompassing hundreds of thousands of votes, render the 2020 General Election in Maricopa County uncertifiable .
Joe Biden only won the entire State of Arizona by a mere 12,000 votes.
The report found that…
1) 173,104 votes are missing
Lost votes are those votes where people voted but their votes were discarded.
“An estimated 173,104 votes are missing or lost, as reported to our volunteers who went door to door verifying registration and voting information for thousands of residents. These are American citizens living in Maricopa County who cast a vote, primarily by mail, in the election and yet there is no record of their vote with the county and it was not counted in the reported vote totals for the election. Additionally an estimated 96,389 mail-in votes were cast under the names of registered voters who were either unknown to the residents of the registration address or who were verified as having moved away prior to October 2020. Other irregularities were uncovered during the canvass at a smaller scale, including votes cast by mail from vacant lots, votes recorded from residents who had not actually voted, etc.”
“During the canvass, hundreds of people who showed in the Maricopa County records as not voting in the election reported that they actually did vote in the election.”
2) 96,389 Ghost Votes
Ghost votes are those votes cast by someone other than the voter assigned to the vote.
“The second-most problematic issue we have seen in the canvass comes from our analysis of the data showing that Maricopa County recorded an estimated 96,389 mail-in votes that likely could not have been physically cast by the voter that the vote was registered to. These voters did not have a secondary mailing address and were either unknown to the residents who lived at their voting address since September 2020 or were known but were confirmed to not have lived at the residence since prior to the election, and often had not lived there for many years. By law mail-in ballots are not forwarded, so it would not have been possible for these voters to have been in physical possession of their ballots.”
“A specific example to better illustrate what this problem looks like: One of the individuals that we canvassed has owned and lived at their home for more than a decade. For a time during 2010, they rented a room out to someone who later moved out- of Arizona. Looking back historically, although the renter had moved out of state, a vote had been cast under their name, by mail, continuing to use the same residence address, in the 2012, 2014, 2016, 2018 and 2020 elections. The homeowner is innocent in this. The person who moved away is innocent as well. But somehow another person or group of people has been able to fraudulently submit mail-in votes using the former renter’s information in multiple elections.”
We had a STOLEN ELECTION in 2020. The Arizona Legislature needs to move to decertify the 2020 Election immediately. We CANNOT MOVE FORWARD WITH FRAUDULENT ELECTIONS.
Joe Biden only won Arizona by a mere 12,000 votes. There is plenty of evidence to decertify NOW!

Nancy Pelosi and the Democrats on Capitol Hill are salivating at the idea of passing an additional $3.5 Trillion spending bill.
Congress has already passed a $1.9 Trillion package earlier this year. I wrote on the GIVEAWAYS that were present in that bill. It was called ‘The American Rescue Plan’.
Since the American Rescue Plan was passed, gas prices are higher than they have been in 10 years. Inflation is soaring at levels we have not seen since the 1970s.
People are suffering, yet the money has not arrived. In fact, most of the money, as admitted by Jen Psaki, will not be dispersed for YEARS to come.
The ‘American Rescue Plan’ did not rescue ANYTHING. It only made things MUCH worse for the American people.
RINO Republican leadership was absolutely fine with negotiating a NEW deal for infrastructure. 17 Rinos joined in with Democrats to pass the $1 Trillion plan.
The problem is that the RINOS negotiating these deal usually get taken to the cleaners by their Democrat counterparts. Democrats pack every spending bill with ridiculous political handouts.
The $1 Trillion proposal includes
Only $110 Billion for Roads, Bridges, and “Major Projects”
$105 Billion for Public Transit/Passenger and Freight Rail
$73 Billion for Power Infrastructure
$65 Billion for High-Speed Internet
$55 Billion for Clean Drinking Water
$50 Billion for Resilience and Western Water Infrastructure (Prepare infrastructure for the impacts of climate change, cyber attacks and extreme weather conditions.)
$25 Billion for Airports
$65 Billion for miscellaneous programs like Environmental Remediation, COVID Safety, Electrical Vehicle Infrastructure, Electric Buses/Transit… etc
On top of the items listed above, the Senate voted on an additional $3.5 Trillion in spending and passed it in a completely partisan vote of 50-49.
The RINOS were schooled, again.
Predictable as it was, the final product of $4.5 TRILLION in infrastructure spending only actually uses $110 Billion for Roads and Bridges.
We are being LIED to!
Nancy Pelosi has announced that she WILL NOT allow a vote on the $1 Trillion infrastructure plan unless the House votes on the $3.5 Trillion Democrat wish list.
That plan includes the following…
1) $726 Billion For Blue City Pension Bailout
The largest portion of this budget will go to the PENSION COMMITTEE to bailout city pension plans that have long exceeded their profits.
This is no coincidence, s some of the largest DEMOCRAT DONORS are public unions. Unions donate to Democrats to the point of bankruptcy, then get the politicians to bail them out.
Last year, Pew reported that the 50 State total for public pension debt was over $1.24 Trillion. The Democrats aren’t requiring stricter standards, better reporting, or more responsibility. They simply bail them out.
They will undoubtedly cover themselves again.
2) $10 Billion For A ‘Civilian Climate Corps’
The bill includes $10 Billion for the Department of Agriculture to develop a ‘Civilian Climate Corps’, a group that “would employ thousands of young people to address the threat of climate change, strengthen the country’s natural defenses”
I could not make this up. This is actually in the bill. The Democrats want to recruit and pay teenagers to do their political dirty work.
3) $107 Billion For Legalizing Illegal Immigrants
This bill would provide $107 Billion for the Judiciary to “Seek lawful permanent status for qualified immigrants”.
4) $20.5 Billion For a ‘Native American Climate Corps’
The bill also includes funding to establish a Native American Climate Corps that would exclusively employ Native Americans. How ironic that the Climate Corps is segregated.
5) $67 Billion For Green Energy
We all remember how well the Solyndra handouts went during the Obama Presidency. Now the Democrats are attempting to pass another $67 Billion to these companies while simultaneoulsy shutting down our pipelines.
They don’t care about well-being of our energy industry. They simply want to control who produces it.

Among many other things, the bill expands the things covered by Medicare, while also expanding the people ON Medicare by lowering the qualifying age.
Medicare is ALREADY bankrupt. It is set to be completely insolvent by 2024. These people are throttling the accelerator.
This Bill has NOTHING to do with infrastructure. It is simply a Democrat wish list that will DESTROY our country.
Our leaders are spending more than imaginable, and they could not care less about the consequences. For example, it does not matter to them that inflation is ALREADY soaring, and that gas is ALREADY soaring. They DO NOT CARE.
As bad as these things sound, they are nothing compared to what is coming.
A recent report revealed that Social Security will be unable to provide payments by the year 2034. That means that all of the people currently relying on Social Security will immediately lose 100% of their income.
That isn’t a theory. It is a mathematical fact. Yet, our leaders continue to spend.
Congress is absolutely out of control. They don’t believe that THEY will have to suffer the consequences of their massive failures. Maybe they are right..
It will be US, the people of the United States, who ultimately pay for their decadent spending.

In the past few days, the American people have been witnessing the botched American withdrawal from Afghanistan. We have watched in absolute disbelief as American citizens and those Afghans who dedicated themselves to the American presence in Afghanistan were left behind to face whatever fate awaits them. Just two days ago, we were told by the President of the United States, Joe Biden, that the withdrawal was a complete success. I am sure that most Americans who followed this for the past several weeks might have a different perception about just how successful the operation was … which leads us to our Word of the day — Perception!
The ability to see, hear, or become aware of something through the senses. “the normal limits to human perception”
The state of being or process of becoming aware of something through the senses. “the perception of pain”
Similar words that can also be used in conjunction with Perception are: realization, cognizance, awareness, consciousness, knowledge, acknowledgment, grasp, understanding, comprehension, interpretation, apprehension, impression, sense, sensation, feeling, observation, picture, notion, thought, belief, conception, idea, judgment, estimation. America has seen and felt some, if not all, of these words being offered to us as the Perception that Afghanistan was a success. The Commander-in-Chief left American citizens behind enemy lines and wants to create the perception that it was a success?
Let’s take a further look at how Psychology Today defines Perception:
“Clearly, perception and reality have very different meanings. … Perception is not reality, but, admittedly, perception can become a person’s reality (there is a difference) because perception has a potent influence on how we look at reality. Think of it this way. Perception acts as a lens through which we view reality.” (Aug 5, 2019 /https://www.psychologytoday.com)
This Administration chooses to believe that the American public is duped by the Administration’s perceptions and not the reality that is going on around us. It has been this way since the President and his Administration were sworn into office on Jan. 20, 2021.
The President’s Perception — the southern border of the United States is closed to illegal immigration and the border is completely under control. Reality — An estimated 1 million people have crossed the southern border since Jan 20th and they continue to come. The Cartels are in full operation and drugs that are killing Americans are coming across the border. The Border Patrol is overwhelmed and there is no relief in sight
The President’s Perception — There are 10 million unfilled jobs in America and plenty of people to fill them. The government’s payments for COVID relief are not contributing to the worker shortage. Reality — People have been reluctant to go back to work because the government benefits, they have been receiving, provide more money than they make working. There is no incentive to return to work!
The President’s Perception — Black people in America do not know how to acquire a government ID or log on to a computer; therefore, requiring an ID to vote is voter suppression! Reality — Blacks all across America have made it understood that they have government ID’s, they know how to use the internet and computers, and that to assume otherwise is racist in and of itself. Additional polls show that among Blacks – 70%, an overwhelming majority also support the need to present ID when voting in America.
So, we can see that this President lives in an alternate reality, one that became clear to America when we learned just this week that he tried to change the reality of the former President of Afghanistan as things were becoming progressively worse across the country. Here is an excerpt of their conversation as reported by the Reuters News Agency on August 31, 2021:
“BIDEN: You know, I am a moment late. But I mean it sincerely. Hey look, I want to make it clear that I am not a military man any more than you are, but I have been meeting with our Pentagon folks, and our national security people, as you have with ours and yours, and as you know and I need not tell you the perception around the world and in parts of Afghanistan, I believe, is that things aren’t going well in terms of the fight against the Taliban. And there’s a need, whether it is true or not, there is a need to project a different picture.”
So, it appears that the President of the United States wanted the President of Afghanistan to lie to the world about the how the fight against the Taliban was going. The reality was — the Afghan government was losing swiftly to the Taliban — and this is why Biden’s perception did not match the reality of what was happening on the ground. So, we all wake up one morning to scenes of Afghans clinging to the outside C17 aircraft, falling to their deaths, trying to escape the clutches of the Taliban who have taken full control of the capital city Kabul.
Afghanistan, our southern border, the American economy, voting laws — the list goes on. If Joe Biden is telling America his perception of what is happening, you can bet if his lips are moving, he is lying to all of us. The same can be said of his senior Administration officials. If the “Big Guy” can lie to the American people, they can all lie to the American people because after all their perception is what matters — not the reality we can all see! Joe Biden might live in the world of Unicorns — we all live in America!
