Los Angeles DA George Gascón is doing the bidding of his Marxist masters by allowing violent convicted criminals back into society.
Previously the DA of San Francisco, Gascón was funneled more than $2.5 million by billionaire globalist political operative George Soros via a California political action committee to run for Los Angeles DA.
As a part of the far-left agenda to destroy the criminal justice system, Gascón has deployed tactics allowing hardcore criminals to get off with minimal charges.
In fact, Californians launched a recall campaign against the unpopular Gascón in March of 2021 and again in December the same year.
The “woke” District Attorney is now under fire after a 26-year-old man who identifies as a woman and pleaded guilty to sexually assaulting a 10-year-old girl was recently charged as a juvenile.
The transgender criminal will be sentenced to either a stay at a juvenile hall or probation during a court hearing later this month.
Speaking on the case, L.A. County Supervisor Kathryn Barger told the Los Angeles Times,
“It’s useless to catch criminals like [Hannah Tubbs] if we don’t follow through and seek justice for victims such as the 10-year-old girl [she] sexually assaulted. She bears the burden of a lifetime of trauma. [She] will be offered therapeutic interventions under the auspices of ‘restorative justice’ … and possibly granted only probation or parole. Where is the justice for [her] young victim and her family?”
The disturbing incident took place in 2014 when Tubbs was two weeks away from turning 17-years-old.
Tubbs pled guilty to entering a Denny’s bathroom, taking the 10-year-old girl into a stall, grabbing her by the throat and putting his hands down her pants before leaving when another person entered the restroom.
According to prosecutor and anti-Gascon critic Jon Hatami, Tubbs was accused of sexually assaulting another minor in Kern County, California, but the case was not get prosecuted.
Other charges on Tubbs’ record include battery, drug possession and probation violations in both Idaho and Washington.
“This clearly shows you the dangerous aspect of the blanket policies of George Gascón,” Hatami said. “Here you have a person who has committed at least two separate sexual assaults of young girls who is now 26 years old and has a history of violent conduct in the past. This is not somebody who should appear in the juvenile system.”
In addition to the Hannah Tubbs debacle, Gascón was hit with two other scandals this week.

Also happening this week, LA County Sheriff Alex Villanueva bypassed Gascón by asking federal prosecutors to charge four suspects allegedly involved in the robbery and murder of off-duty LAPD officer Fernando Arroyos.

A similar decay can be seen in every city foolish enough to elect a Soros-backed district attorney.
Who could have seen this all coming? Well, Tucker Carlson sure did as seen by this December 2020 report exposing Soros, Gascón and the inevitable fall of Los Angeles.
