Former President Donald Trump made his triumphant return to social media yesterday, making his first post since he was banned off of Twitter back in January of 2021.
The post was simple. A short caption of ‘I’m Back! #COVFEFE’ with a photo of the President on his phone at his home in Mar-a-lago
Truth Social, Trump’s own platform, was created over the course of the last year to allow the former President to have a direct line of communication to his followers.
This is going to be interesting, especially with Twitter just being purchased by Elon Musk. Musk promises to deliver free speech to the platform after years of notorious censorship.
Trump has already said that he will not be returning to Twitter, and will be sticking to Truth Social.
Elon Musk even took the time on his own Twitter feed to show people that Truth Social, not Twitter, was #1 on the app store. Musk also points out that Truth Social ONLY exists because Twitter censored.

In this uncharted territory of tyranny, there will always be unexpected hiccups. Most of us went into the 2020 Election completely unaware of the scope of authoritarian control that had grabbed ahold of our nation.

The Department of Homeland Security is setting up a Disinformation Governance Board in an attempt to combat “misinformation” online.
Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas spoke about the “just established” governance board during a congressional hearing on Wednesday, arguing it would help reduce domestic threats to the United States.
The team will focus on irregular migration and Russia, according to a report from Politico’s Daniel Lippman.
Nina Jankowicz, a fellow for the Wilson Center, confirmed reports that she would direct the board, sharing her official government portrait on her social media profile.
“Cat’s out of the bag: here’s what I’ve been up to the past two months,” she wrote.

She claimed the new board was created to “maintain the Department’s commitment to protecting free speech, privacy, civil rights, and civil liberties.”
Conservatives immediately called out Jankowicz’s role in downplaying information from Hunter Biden’s laptop in 2020, asserting it was likely “a Russian influence op.”
Back on the “laptop from hell,” apparently- Biden notes 50 former natsec officials and 5 former CIA heads that believe the laptop is a Russian influence op.
Jankowicz has long been an advocate for social media censorship and regulation.

In October 2020, Jankowicz testified to the House Select Committee on Intelligence on the dangers of misinformation and conspiracy theories and how to stop it online.
“Disinformation is a threat to democracy,” she warned and criticized the government and social media platforms who have “all but abdicated their responsibility” to address ”domestic disinformation.”
During her testimony, Jankowicz recommended that Congress start spending more taxpayer dollars to fund a “robust public media” and work on a global effort to combat disinformation.
She also hailed Twitter’s efforts to censor users during the 2020 election and urged more technology companies to follow their example.
“Twitter is the best example of a platform moving in the right direction in this context, but the U.S. political environment would be better served by more transparency and equity around its enforcement of these measures,” she said.

The European Union is working to massively expand online censorship, strictly regulate speech during times of “crisis” and restrict online anonymity through digital passports.
Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama both lobbied for the EU to back the censorship bill known as the Digital Services Act on Thursday:

Looking over the outline of the new agreement it’s striking how they seamlessly conflate child sexual abuse material with “illegal hate speech.”
Both are jumbled together as “illegal content.”
The law calls for plans to restrict free speech on the internet during times of “crisis.”
Though the eID is sold under the guise of protecting people’s privacy, “digital rights activists … worry the proposal could allow the private sector to better access people’s government-certified information, thereby actually strengthening the likes of Facebook and Google and the targeted advertising industry,” Politico reported.
The U.S. economy unexpectedly contracted in the first three months of 2022 as the economy was battered by a surge in Covid-19 cases from the Omicron variant, ongoing supply chain problems, surging fuel prices, and a flood of imports.
The Burea of Economic Analysis said on Thursday that Gross Domestic Product decreased at an annual rate of 1.4 percent in the first quarter of 2022. Economists had expected the economy to grow 1.1 percent.
Private inventory investment, exports, and government spending fell in the first quarter. Imports, which are a subtraction from GDP, surged.
Personal consumption expenditures and real estate spending increased, suggesting that despite the slowdown in growth there was no let-up in inflationary pressures. That raises the danger that the economy is heading toward stagflation, where growth lags below trend and inflation remains above trend.
Inflation ran hot in the first quarter. The Personal Consumption Expenditure price index, which is the Federal Reserve’s preferred gauge of price stability, rose 7.0 percent, up from 6.4 percent in the fourth quarter of last year. Excluding the volatile categories of food and energy, prices were up 5.2 percent, up from 5.0 percent at the end of 2021.
Income lagged inflation. Real disposable income fell two percent in the quarter. The personal saving rate fell to 6.6 percent, down from 7.7 percent at the end of last quarter.

While speaking at a White House event for National and State Teachers of the Year, Joe Biden told those gathered that children don’t belong to parents when they are in the classroom, and instead are the property of teachers.

The “only way” to tackle rampant inflation in America is to raise taxes on the middle class and eliminate tax cuts enacted by former President Donald Trump, according to Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D).
“If you wanna get rid of inflation, the only way to do it is to undo a lot of the Trump Tax Cuts and raise rates,” Schumer said during a press conference at the Capitol building on Tuesday.
“No Republican is ever going to do that, so the only way to get rid of inflation is through reconciliation,” he added, referring to a procedure whereby Democrats would force through legislation with their narrow simple majority in the Senate.
Schumer’s explanation is ignorant at best and dishonest at worst, as there are several ways to reduce inflation.
Schumer conveniently omitted that reducing the federal government’s excessive entitlement spending facilitated by the Federal Reserve’s money-printing policy known as “quantitative easing” would more efficiently reduce inflation.
In fact, only raising taxes on Americans would not actually tackle the inflation problem at all due to the sheer size of the national debt and its accompanying interest.
As economist Milton Friedman noted: “Inflation is always and everywhere a monetary phenomenon in the sense that it is and can be produced only by a more rapid increase in the quantity of money than in output.”
The Federal Reserve could raise borrowing interest rates to the current official inflation rate – 8.5% as of March – to encourage savings and reduce economic demand, but that would likely push the economy into a recession.
The Fed could also shrink its balance sheet – a process known as quantitative tightening – to reduce the money supply, which would ease inflationary pressure.
“There’s one source of inflation. The actual definition of inflation is an expansion of the money supply,” economist and EuroPacific Capital CEO Peter Schiff told Fox News host Tucker Carlson last month, adding that inflation is effectively a hidden tax imposed upon the American people because the dollar’s spending power is diminished over time.
“It’s the Federal Reserve that’s been expanding the money supply,” Schiff continued. “They’ve called it ‘quantitative easing’, but they keep creating dollars, and it’s the U.S. government that spends those dollars into circulation. And as it does that, the value of each dollar goes down. And so the price of everything you buy with dollars goes up.”
“The middle class is going to feel the inflation tax the hardest. Their wages are not going to go up nearly as much as the cost of living,” he added.
So Schumer’s proposal is to add on even more economic pain upon the middle class by hiking their taxes even more in an inflationary environment while doing nothing to address the out-of-control government spending that caused the inflation to begin with.
Hunter Biden’s business partner Eric Schwerin visited the White House eight more times in 2016 to visit then-Vice President Joe Biden’s chief of staff Steve Ricchetti, according to White House visitor logs obtained by Fox News.
Ricchetti currently serves as President Biden’s White House counsel and was the president of the investment firm Schwerin and Hunter Biden managed, Rosemont Seneca Partners. Ricchetti also was Biden’s chief of staff from 2013 to 2017.
The eight additional meetings at the White House are in addition to 19 visits the New York Postreported Saturday. In total, Schwerin visited the White House 27 times between 2009 and 2016. Biden has reportedly met with Schwerin at least one time in the West Wing.
The meetings are significant because Joe Biden has claimed no knowledge of Hunter Biden’s family business scheme. The contact between Joe Biden and Schwerin directly contradicts Joe Biden’s repeated claims. The Post and Fox News’s reporting adds a twelfth time that Joe Biden has allegedly been involved in the family’s business scheme.

On Tuesday, White House press secretary Jen Psaki dismissed Schwerin’s visits to the White House as “visits from more than ten years ago.”
“I really don’t have more detail or information on them,” she added.
Despite Biden’s claims of no involvement, public opinion suggests otherwise. Fifty-eight percent believe Joe Biden has played a role in his family’s business. Sixty percent say Hunter Biden sold “influence and access” to Joe Biden. The poll also found that 67 percent believe Joe Biden should be impeached if he “secretly participated and facilitated” in the family’s business.

It must be noted that the only qualification that Hunter Biden had to be doing these business deals is his father was the Vice President.
Hunter was kicked out of the Military for cocaine use. He shacked up with his brother’s widow.
He somehow managed to get in, and graduate from Georgetown and Yale University. I would say that there should be an investigation into how Hunter Biden exactly got into these schools…
What strings did then-Senator Joe Biden pull for his egghead son to be pushed through these Universities? Is it similar to California celebrities who were revealed to be directly paying for grades and admission into California universities?
It should also be noted that John Kerry’s step son, Secretary of State during the second term of the Obama Administration, was involved with Hunter Biden’s businesses.
Each of these businesses being closely related to foreign nationals, with an office less than 5 miles away from the White House. How perfect.

The vice president’s press secretary Kirsten Allen said in a statement Tuesday that Harris tested positive for Covid-19 on both rapid and PCR tests.
‘She has not been a recent contact to the President or First Lady due to recent travel schedules,’ Allen said.
The vice president has received both Covid vaccines and took her second booster shot early this month. She is not currently experiencing symptoms.
Her husband Doug Emhoff contracted the virus in mid-March.
Harris took a week-long trip to her home state of California and returned Monday night. The last time she was at a public event with Biden was at the White House Easter Egg Roll on April 18.

As an unvaccinated man, I have had COVID a grand total of ZERO times. Yet, vaccinated officials who tell us that vaccines are so safe and so effective that it should be a crime to question them seem to catch COVID pretty often.
While it seems like our public officials keep catching COVID on every level, the media is quick to throw water on any assertion that the COVID vaccines are not a miracle.
These vaccinated public officials catching COVID over and over again serve as a real threat to our lives. In New York City, Mayor Adams was under COVID quarantine protocol when a gunman went on a shooting spree in a Brooklyn subway car.
When the city needed their leader the most, he was quarantining for catching a virus that he was supposedly vaccinated against. There was no leader. The city chased the killer for days before apprehending him.

Illegal aliens continue pouring across the Rio Grande following the tragic death of a National Guard soldier who drowned during a rescue in the river last week.
Authorities and reporters are observing “constant illegal crossings” of the border river as migrants from around the world force their way into the United States.
In many cases, illegal aliens are hurling themselves into the dangerous currents with little regard for their own safety or that of others whom they may endanger by their actions.
Fox News correspondent Bill Melugin has posted a stunning collection of footage from the Texas-Mexico border in recent days.
“Mexican authorities are on the opposite shoreline trying to physically stop migrants from entering the river today. This woman slipped by them. Moments before this, they pulled up in an unmarked white car and tried to stop another group. All are crossing into TX now,” Melugin reported after one such incident on Monday.

“Right in front of Mexican police, a group of migrants w/ children just came running down to the riverbank and jumped into the Rio Grande & are crossing illegally into Eagle Pass, TX. Some began yelling. Mexican police were able to stop the other part of the group,” Melugin reported on Sunday.
“Two U.S. Border Patrol boats had to come rescue part of the group who couldn’t make it across. Agents were yelling at the migrants to give them the children, but they kept refusing. THIS is what sucks up BP resources. While this is happening, that’s two boats tied up.”

Others are also documenting chaos on the river, including Rep. Chip Roy (R-TX), who joined Customs and Border Protection officers patrolling the Rio Grande on Monday.

On Friday, a Texas National Guard member went missing while attempting to rescue migrants who “appeared to be drowning while crossing the river from Mexico into the U.S.” near Eagle Pass, the Texas Military Department said in a statement.
However, the American soldier lost his life during the heroic act.
The body of 22-year-old Texas Army National Guard Specialist Bishop E. Evans was reportedly recovered near Eagle Pass on Monday following an extensive search.

On April 21st 2022, Former President Barack Obama gave a speech at Stanford University in California detailing his thoughts on the current social media climate in the United States.
During the speech, Obama called for many regulations on social media companies. ‘Regulation HAS to be part of the answer’ said Obama.
The main topic of this speech, social media, became a fixation towards the end of the speech.
“The Product Has Some Design Flaws… We Can Make It Better” said Obama
He then went on to claim that censorship on the internet would always be a ‘value judgement’, and that some things are just ‘inherently more true’ than others.
Obama claims that decisions by social media companies need to subject to government oversight, which he calls ‘public oversight’, and regulation. He even wants to control who can advertise on platforms.
The speech began with the usual Democrat talking points. The former President referred to Vladimir Putin, and other ‘strawmen’ around the world who are ‘subverting democracy’.
Obama then began to criticize Republicans for attempting strengthen our voting system with ID requirements.
These laws, to Obama and the Democrats, are ‘restricting the vote’. Polls have shown that voters largely support these measures. These same polls also show that 1/3 of American voters are skeptical about the 2020 Election, something Obama hammers on during this speech.
Obama went on to claim that Donald Trump and the Republican party are using ‘racism and bigotry’ to appeal to voters.
In the strangest part of the speech, Obama says that ‘virtues like tolerance, and respect for democratic processes’ can be put aside in the ‘rush to protect US from THEM’.
This part of the speech, in particular, highlights an underlying current of anger that Obama used during his entire presidency.
This man has stoked the fires of American rage far more than any other American politician alive today. His contributions to the lawless criminal chaos that ensues in our streets today are immeasurable.
The stoking of racial anxiety was a calling card of the Obama Administration. Racial tensions reached a near fevered pitch by the end of his presidency. Race riots reemerged under President Obama.
Michael Brown, and the riots that followed his death in Ferguson, Missouri were allowed to take place while law enforcement sat and watched from afar. The rioters did an estimated $4.6 million in damages.
Freddie Gray, and the devastating Baltimore riots of 2015 occurred during Obama’s presidency. Rioters and looters were given space by then Democrat Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake to do an estimated $9 Million worth of damage.
Lawless behavior became the norm under President Obama. Now, with a drooling vegetable Joe Biden in office, Obama is mounting his campaign again.
What kind of statement is “virtues like tolerance, and respect for democratic processes” can be put aside “in the rush to protect US FROM THEM”?
What kind of person makes that statement? What does it say about the true, underlying feelings of the Left?
It shows a rabid intent. The blatant hypocrisy is scary.
Obama, almost in the same breathe, tells us that questioning the results of the 2020 Election is unacceptable. It is the work of Russian trolls, HOWEVER, Obama also says that Russians STOLE the 2016 Election.
Which is it, sir? Are our Elections safe, and secure? Or, are they corrupt and penetrable by foreign infiltrators?
Obama claims that the audit found ‘more votes’ for Joe Biden after its conclusion. This is a complete falsehood. The vote totals, including ballots discovered to be fraudulent, were included in that count.
The count was part of an initial leak brought to the air by a frothing Rachel Maddow and MSNBC as part of a ‘partial leak’ of CyberNinja CEO Doug Logan’s Senate presentation.
The actual totals found THOUSANDS of ballots that were duplicated. Over 17k individuals submitted a total of 34k ballot in Maricopa County alone. In some cases, ballots had been duplicated up to 4 times.
There is no doubt… The 2020 Election was far from legitimate. The results of this fraudulent Election have allowed for puppets of our Former President, Barack Obama, to again take the reigns of power.
Now that entrepreneur Elon Musk has taken over Twitter, with this speech being made just days after he made his initial offer, it seems that our government is salivation to get involved.
It is important to note that Obama voiced support for changing, and maybe even repealing Section 230. Section 230 is the statute that allows social media platforms to not be held legally accountable for what is posted on their platforms.
This is a talking point that has been used by many people on the Right for many years. Does Obama’s support signal a trap door?
Could the revocation of Section 230 pave the way for government intervention? Possibly.
It is no concidence that just after this speech was made, Jen Psaki echoed the sentiments of Obama in her daily press briefing after learning of Elon Musk’s purchase of Twitter being made official.
Lockstep. Does anybody actually think Dementia Joe is running things? It seems pretty clear that this White House is following the lead of the former President, not the current one.
One thing is for certain. This government is dead set on grabbing power. They will do it any way they can.
