WATCH: Fauci Openly Admits Biden Mask Mandate Is About Preserving “Authority”

Appearing on Fox News Wednesday, Anthony Fauci appeared to admit that the Biden administration’s efforts to reinstate mask mandates on planes and trains is about preserving “authority” over public health decisions, not about keeping people safe.

Earlier in the week, the Justice Department asked an appeals court to overturn a federal judge’s order that mask mandates were unlawful.

As we noted in April, Joe Biden’s CDC extended mask mandates for Americans on planes and public transport, while the administration sought to simultaneously end all COVID restrictions for migrants crossing illegally into the United States.

Fauci said at the time that more time was needed and that mask mandates should be kept in place. Now he admits it’s not about health concerns, but purely about maintaining power.

Speaking with Fox host Neil Cavuto, Fauci said “One of the issues, Neil, that I have articulated in the past and I will in the future – it’s less about mandates on the plane than it is about who has the right and the authority and the capability of making public health decisions.”

He continued, “I believe that the Department of Justice is operating on the principle that decisions that are public health decisions belong with the public health agency, in this case, the CDC.”

“So it’s more of a matter of principle of where the authority lies than it is about whether or not there’s gonna be a mandate on a plane or not,” Fauci declared.

When Cavuto further asked Fauci if he believes masks on planes are still necessary, Fauci responded “I do, I mean the CDC continues to recommend that when people fly, that they wear masks,” adding “The mandate has been pulled back on the decision of the court, but that does not change the recommendation of the CDC, Neil, or my own personal preference.”

These tyrants never give back freedoms once they seize power.

BUSTED: Nancy Pelosi’s Husband ARRESTED For DUI After Crashing Porsche Near Napa Valley

Nancy Pelosi‘s husband has been arrested in Napa on suspicion of driving under the influence after he was involved in a crash on Saturday.  

Paul Pelosi, 82, was booked on two counts for the incident in Napa, California, shortly before midnight while attempting to cross State Route-29 in his 2021 Porsche.

DailyMail.com understands he was arrested by members of California Highway Patrol at 11.44pm. He was booked in Napa County Jail at 4.13am on Sunday morning. 

The two misdemeanor charges are driving under the influence and driving with a blood alcohol content level of 0.08 or higher. 

He is believed to have been released after posting $5,000 in bail.

Nancy has not yet commented on his arrested. 

She made no mention of it while giving a commencement speech to graduating students at Brown University in Rhode Island on Sunday.

The couple own a vineyard in Napa, in addition to a home in nearby San Francisco, but she does not drink, according to previous statements given by her representatives. 

The sprawling estate is one of many the couple owns. 

Neighbors were unaware of Paul’s arrest. 

One vineyard owner who lives nearby told DailyMail.com the couple often block the road with their convoy of blacked-out SUVs when they come to town, but that they didn’t seen anything this weekend. 

Some suggested that Paul might have been attending the Bottle Rocks festival which Snoop Dogg was playing at this weekend. 

‘It probably tracks more with the younger Paul,’ the neighbor said, referring to the couple’s 53-year-old son, Paul Pelosi Jr. 

‘I wouldn’t be going to the kinds of fundraisers and parties they go to. I don’t like them very much or find them very interesting,’ the vineyard owner said. 

The property on Zinfandel Lane sits on the banks of the Napa River and features a tennis court. 

Neighboring vineyards have told in the past how the couple throws lavish parties for Silicon Valley executives. 

He has raked in millions through investments in tech companies like Alphabet, Google’s parent company, and Disney. 

The couple’s vineyard is not open to the public but they made wine from it which they sell. 

California Highway Patrol has not issued any public information about Pelosi’s arrest.  

Pelosi previously faced criticism over her husband’s profiteering on tech stocks at a time when their security was being debated by the House. 

He bet millions on the future of Alphabet and Apple. 

On May 21 last year, Paul also bought 20 call options for Amazon, with a strike price of $3,000, as well as 50 call options of Apple stock, with a strike price of $100. 

Both expire in June 2022. Pelosi’s arrest was first reported by TMZ.  

The couple have been married since 1963.

DISGUSTING: Trump BANS Proud Boys and Qanon Supporters From Rallies (VIDEO)

In an unreal clip circulating on Twitter, security at the Trump Speech in Wyoming asked a member of the crowd wearing a ‘Proud Boys’ shirt to either turn the shirt inside-out, or to leave the rally entirely.

Watch the video below:

Security informs the gentleman that any individual wearing any clothing related to ‘Proud Boys or Qanon’ are to be removed from the rally. Security even asks him to turn his shirt inside-out.

Proud Boys are a group that was formed by Conservative Commentator Gavin Mcinnes back in the 2016 Election cycle to defend Conservative speakers from ANTIFA attacks that were becoming more prevalent at Conservative events.

Conservative speakers would often have to move through police lines surrounded by ANTIFA to simply have their voices heard. Proud Boys would escort them into the events, and out, ensuring total safety.

Most importantly, this is a MEN’S CLUB. 99.9% of the group activities consist of drinking in a bar with fellow Conservatives.

So much for free speech at Trump rallies!

This news is just the latest story that will raise the eyebrows of Trump supporters everywhere. Proud Boys are the people. They were created when Government failed to do its job… to protect the citizens.

When government failed, the Proud Boys stepped up. For that sacrifice, these men have been persecuted and destroyed at even a greater level than our Former President.

While President Trump golfs at his Florida resort, Proud Boys like Ethan Nordean and Joe Biggs sit in solitary confinement, having had their rights stripped away completely, awaiting a Kangaroo trial that may never come.

It does not matter what you wear, but what you support. If there are Trump supporters within the Qanon movement, why would you kick them out?

Why would you censor their right to free speech?

Like the vaccines, Trump has showed a willingness to ‘play ball’ with the political establishment. Trump may be the best President of our lifetimes, but this behavior is simply unacceptable.

This needs to stop… NOW.

We need people that are going to unify our movement, not divide it. The Proud Boys are a great organization of American Patriots who are willing to sacrifice everything in defense of our freedoms.

Qanon, though I am not a fan, includes millions of Americans who have a thirst to protect the innocent from perverted elites. Is that really the worst thing in the world?

Has President Trump banned members of the LGBTQ community? What about people with Black Lives Matter shirts? Are they still allowed?

This is capitulation. It is unacceptable.

UKRAINE FIRST: Biden Announces He Will Send Advanced Rocket Systems to Ukraine

President Joe Biden announced in an op-ed Tuesday evening that he has decided to send advanced rocket systems to Ukraine, marking an increased capacity for Ukrainian forces to hit Russian targets as well as deeper U.S. support in the war.

He argued that the war will end with negotiations and Ukraine should be in the “strongest possible position” at the negotiating table. He said, “I’ve decided that we will provide the Ukrainians with more advanced rocket systems and munitions that will enable them to more precisely strike key targets on the battlefield in Ukraine.”

The systems reportedly include the wheeled High Mobility Artillery Rocket Systems (HIMARS), which would enable Ukraine to strike Russian forces from a farther distance than anything Ukraine has in its arsenal, at 48 miles. The systems will be included in a $700 million package the administration is expected to announce on Wednesday.

Biden denied that his administration wanted to see war between NATO and Russia, or Russian President Vladimir Putin’s ouster, or U.S. forces directly involved in the conflict.

He added, “We are not encouraging or enabling Ukraine to strike beyond its borders.”

Prior to Biden’s announcement, his administration had equivocated for weeks on whether it would send the advanced rocket systems, reportedly out of concern that Ukrainian forces could use them to strike targets inside Russia and broaden the war and NATO’s involvement in it.

n fact, Biden on Memorial Day suggested the U.S. would not be sending the systems, which could be used to hit targets inside Russia.

But the administration reportedly secured an assurance from Kyiv that the systems will not be used to strike targets on Russian soil, officials said in a background briefing before Biden’s announcement.

The support comes at a critical time in the war, as Russian forces are regrouping and focusing on gaining territory in eastern Ukraine. Pentagon assessments of the war have turned less optimistic since the beginning of the war on February 24, when Ukrainian forces fended off the seizure of Kyiv.

During an interview aired on Tuesday’s broadcast of CNN’s “Situation Room,” Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen admitted that she “was wrong” about inflation and that while “unanticipated and large shocks to the economy” are a part of the reason, she also “didn’t fully understand” supply bottlenecks that have hurt the economy.

Yellen reacted to clips of her downplaying the inflation threat in 2021 by stating, “I think I was wrong then about the path that inflation would take. As I mentioned, there have been unanticipated and large shocks to the economy that have boosted energy and food prices, and supply bottlenecks that have affected our economy badly that I didn’t — at the time, didn’t fully understand. But we recognize that now the Federal Reserve is taking the steps that it needs to take.

It’s up to them to decide what to do. And for our part, President Biden is focused on supplementing what the Fed does with actions we can take to lower the cost that Americans face for important expenditures they have in their budgets. Prescription drugs is one example, healthcare costs…utility bills, if Congress is willing to pass some of the proposals to boost the use of nonrenewables, I think that can serve to bring down an important cost that households face. He realizes, we all realize what an important and huge burden inflation is placing on American households.”

While Americans suffer with rising prices, we must remember how the Biden Administration really feels about Americans. They LAUGH while we suffer.

FIXED?: Hillary Clinton Lawyer Michael Sussmann ACQUITTED Of Lying To FBI In ‘Russia Hoax’

Michael Sussmann, a lawyer representing Hillary Clinton’s 2016 campaign, has been found not guilty of a single count of lying to the FBI when he said he was not working on behalf of any client when he alleged a covert communications channel between the Trump Organization and Russia’s Alfa Bank.

Sussmann was charged under 18 U.S.C. 1001 with lying to the FBI during a meeting with then-FBI general counsel James Baker when he came forward with what he claimed was evidence of possible covert communications between the Trump organization and Alfa, a Russian bank. Sussmann allegedly concealed that he was representing the Clinton campaign, which he billed for his efforts.

The verdict comes after a two week trial led to more than a day of deliberations… by this jury:

Baker, who now works for Twitter, said that he likely would not have have met with Michael Sussmann if he knew Sussmann was acting on behalf of the Clinton campaign.

I don’t think I would have,” Baker said on the stand in federal court in Washington, as noted by the Epoch Times.

Knowing Trump’s opponent was behind the allegations “would have raised very serious questions, certainly, about the credibility of the source” and the “veracity of the information,” Baker said. It would also have heightened “a substantial concern in my mind about whether we were going to be played.”

The testimony bolsters a key piece of special counsel John Durham’s case against Sussmann—that knowing the sources propelling Sussmann to meet with Baker would have altered how the FBI analyzed the information, which the bureau ultimately found did not substantiate the claims of a secret backchannel between the Trump Organization and Alfa Bank.

“Absent Sussmann’s false statement, the FBI might have taken additional or more incremental steps before opening and/or closing an investigation,” prosecutors said in Sussmann’s indictment, which charged him with lying to the FBI.

Here’s why many thought Sussmann would be found guilty:

Why Sussman is guilty as charged.

The popular leftist narrative goes “who cares what Sussman told Baker? Everyone knew he was working for the Clinton campaign.” It’s flawed because it’s asking the wrong question.

The right question is “would Baker have passed on Sussman’s data to investigators had Sussman informed him he was there representing the Clinton campaign?” The answer is no. In fact Baker said he wouldn’t have even taken the meeting.

“Baker insisted he had a clear memory that, at the 2016 meeting, Sussmann claimed he was not bringing the allegations to the FBI on behalf of any client.
“I’m 100 percent confident that he said that in the meeting,” he said.  

The key point overlooked by most: Sussman didn’t lie just to give himself cover. He lied so BAKER would have cover to hand the data over to Cyber Division. In fact the lie was necessary BECAUSE “everyone knew” Sussman was working for the Clinton campaign. Including Sussman.

Sussmann was found not guilty. Many of us viewed the evidence was overwhelming. Yet, the jury either believed he did not lie or that the lie was not material. https://t.co/A20o2GPhQi

Trump read the names of those who lost their lives in the tragic Uvalde shooting.

There has never been a time where the Second Amendment mattered more to our Nation. With a completely out of control federal government, along with this recent tragedy, there has never been a time where Americans needed to take more control of their self defense.

Our country was founded on the ability to keep and bear arms.

This speech took place while a rabid group of protestors gathered outside of the doors, demanding that guns be banned because of a failure of law enforcement in Uvalde.

“IT WAS THE WRONG DECISION”: Officers Waited To Engage Ulvade Texas Elementary School Shooter Because ‘They Could Have Been Shot’

 In a very emotional and defensive press conference this morning, Texas DPS Director Steven McCraw admitted said the decision of officers to wait to enter the building was the “wrong” one.

“In retrospect, from where I am sitting from right now, clearly there were kids in the room. It’s important for live saving proposes to immediately get there and render aid,” McCraw said.

“Of course it was not the right decision, it was the wrong decision.”

Officials acknowledged many flaws in the response to the Uvalde school shooting saying police officers should have gone in rather than waiting, and that delay cost lives of children.

“It was the wrong decision, very wrong. There’s no excuse for that. … When there’s an active shooter, the rules change. There is no longer a barricaded subject. You don’t have time,” he said.

McCraw added that “if I thought it would help, I would apologize.”

As The Epoch Times’ Caden Pearsen detailed earlier,a Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) official has said officers “could have been shot” if they engaged the gunman holed up with his victims in a classroom at Robb Elementary School before a specialist tactical team arrived.

Authorities on Thursday sketched out a timeline of events from when 18-year-old Salvador Ramos crashed his vehicle to when he entered the Texas school at around 11.40 a.m. and slaughtered 19 students and two teachers.

But it wasn’t until almost 1 p.m. that Ramos had been killed and the siege was over, around 90 minutes later.

Questions have been raised amid mounting public anger and scrutiny about the response of law enforcement as more details emerge about the timeline of events.

Texas DPS spokesman Lt. Chris Olivarez said the first priority for officers in an active shooter situation is to stop the killing and preserve life.

“But also one thing that, of course, the American people need to understand, is that officers are making entry into this building. They do not know where the gunman is,” Oliverez told CNN.

“They are hearing gunshots. They are receiving gunshots. At that point, if they proceeded any further not knowing where the suspect was at, they could’ve been shot, they could’ve been killed, and at that point, that gunman would have had an opportunity to kill other people inside that school.”

Oliverez said their response meant the shooter was contained in the classroom and unable to get to “any other portions of the school to commit any other killings.”

While around three officers who had entered the school through the same door as the gunman were taking fire and calling for backup, around four others who had entered from another part of the school were evacuating students and teachers, Oliverez said.

Once the tactical team from U.S. Border Patrol arrived, he said they used a ballistic shield for cover as they entered the classroom and killed the shooter.

Authorities on Thursday largely ignored questions during a contentious briefing about why officers had not been able to stop the shooter sooner.

Victor Escalon, regional director for the Texas Department of Public Safety, told reporters he had “taken all those questions into consideration” and would offer updates later.

One point Escalon clarified based on the information he had at the time was that there were no armed officers at the school at the time Ramos entered “unobstructed.”

“No, no, there was not an officer readily available, armed. No,” the Texas DPS official said in response to a reporter’s question on Thursday afternoon.

This contradicted earlier information from authorities.

HYSTERIA: Leftist Protestors SCREAM AND CRY Outside of NRA Convention with Beto O’Rourke (VIDEO)

Leftist protestors gathered outside of the NRA Convention today in Houston, Texas to scream and cry about guns in America. Following the tragic shooting in Ulvade, Texas, calls for gun control have ramped up significantly.

There are many protestors gathered outside of the convention center, where gubernatorial candidate Beto O’Rourke is gathering a crowd.

This is despite the fact that this shooting has revealed to be, once again, an issue of law enforcement not doing what they were supposed to do. Authorities allowed Ramos to massacre children for up to 40 minutes without entering the classroom he was barricaded in.

Joe Biden has already claimed that the ‘Second Amendment is not absolute‘ during a press conference just a few days ago. Barack Obama even conflated the tragic deaths of small children in Ulvalde to the death of drug-addict criminal George Floyd.

Beto O’Rourke, the man gathering protestors outside of the convention center in Houston, actually interrupted a press conference being held by Governor Greg Abbot on the Ulvade shooting.

He was correctly put in his place by law enforcement officers, the Mayor of Ulvade, and the Lieutenant Governor of Texas Dan Patrick.

Before withdrawing his considerations, Chuck Schumer had actually planned a massive gun control bill to be brought immediately to the Senate floor, but settled for rejecting the GOP School Safety Bill instead.

The politicization of this tragedy is completely out of control.

The Left sees this tragedy as an opportunity to grab more control over the American people. More importantly, these criminals are plotting to take away a Constitutional right that has already been watered down.

As Americans, we have the right to bear arms. Government shall make NO LAW which restricts the right of the people to keep and bear arms.

President Donald Trump plans to speak at this convention later this weekend, it will be interesting to see how the protest will affect those plans.
