Back in September, White House chief medical adviser Anthony Fauci threatened that the Biden regime was going to “mandate” everyone take Big Pharma’s experimental shots if the “recalcitrant group” of unvaxxed Americans were not “persuaded” to submit.
“We have a pretty hardcore group of people that we’re trying to persuade them — or mandate them if they’re not persuaded — to get vaccinated,” Fauci said.
Fauci issued similar threats during an interview with MSNBC on Wednesday.
“I would prefer, and we all would prefer that people would be voluntarily getting vaccinated, but if they’re not gonna do that, sometimes you’ve got to do things that are unpopular, but that clearly supersede individual choices and are directed predominantly at the communal good,” Fauci said.

Last year, Fauci brushed off the notion of mandatory vaccines and said the government “would never mandate” them “for any element of the general public.”

On Wednesday, Fauci told CNN that changing the definition of “fully vaccinated” to include three (or more) shots is going to be a matter of “when, not if.”

The U.S. Senate voted 52-48 in favor of repealing President Joe Biden’s federal vaccine mandate for private businesses in what amounts to a symbolic blow to his administration.
Keeping true to their word, moderate Sens. Joe Manchin (D-WV) and Jon Tester (D-MT) sided with Republicans to repeal the mandate under the “Congressional Review Act,” which would allow Congress to review executive orders. Sen. Mike Braun (R-IN), who sponsored the bill, said the Biden policy had “Main Street scared.
“It’s got Main Street America scared,” Braun said. “They’re worried about, well, what does this mean on other issues? Anybody who thinks this is a good idea, imagine the next time it happens when you’re on the wrong side on whatever the merits of the case would be.”
Earlier this week, Jon Tester, who hails from a state that heavily favored President Trump, indicated that he will vote along with Republicans to nullify Biden’s mandate,
“I’m not crazy about mandates,” Tester told NBC News on Tuesday.
Sen. Joe Manchin (D-WV) announced last week that he does “not support any government vaccine mandate on private businesses.”
“I do not support any government vaccine mandate on private businesses. That’s why I have cosponsored and will strongly support a bill to overturn the federal government vaccine mandate for private businesses,” Manchin said.
Prior to the vote, Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) compared Republican opposition to vaccine mandates with flat-earthers.
“Some of the anti-vaxxers here in this chamber remind me of what happened 400 years ago when people were clinging to the fact that the sun revolved around the Earth. They just didn’t believe science. Or 500 years ago when they were sure the Earth was flat,” Schumer said.
The Biden administration suffered yet another legal blow on Tuesday when a federal judge issued an injunction striking down the vaccine mandate for federal contractors, arguing that the plaintiffs are “likely [to] succeed in their claim that the President exceeded the authorization given to him by Congress.”
Despite the Senate repeal on Wednesday, the bill will likely die in the House, where Democrats control a thin majority. However, moderate Democrats have increasingly expressed skepticism about vaccine mandates in recent days. Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer (D), for instance, expressed concern that vaccine mandates like the one proposed by Biden could lead to a dearth of government employees at the state level.
Whitmer told Daily News in Greenville:
We’re an employer too, the state of Michigan is. I know if that mandate happens, we’re going to lose state employees. That’s why I haven’t proposed a mandate at the state level. Some states have. We have not. We’re waiting to see what happens in court.
Judge Stan Baker wrote:
The Court acknowledges the tragic toll that the COVID-19 pandemic has wrought throughout the nation and the globe. However, even in time of crisis this Court must preserve the rule of law and ensure that all branches of government act within the bounds of their constitutionally granted authorities.
Last week, another federal judge issued a preliminary injunction against Biden’s national vaccine mandate for healthcare workers.

The US Food and Drug Administration has elongated the timespan it will take to make public clinical data about Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine.
The FDA now says it will take 75 years to release the information.
After processing 12,000 pages about the approval process for the vaccine in the space of two months, the agency now says it will only be able to release 500 pages a month going forward.
Having already asserted that it will take 55 years to release the full data, that estimation has now been extended by two decades.
Lawyers representing a group of doctors calling themselves Public Health and Medical Professionals have demanded to know why it took the FDA just 108 days to study Pfizer’s documents but it will take 20,000 days to make the same documents public.
The FDA claims it doesn’t have enough resources to accelerate the process and that devoting more time to the issue would take away from other FOIA requests.
Lawyer Aaron Siri described the agency’s behavior as “dystopian,” questioning how the government could fund Pfizer to the tune of billions, shield them from lawsuits and then deny the American public 451,000 documents about a shot that the Biden administration is trying to make mandatory.
Given that Pfizer is already working on new vaccines and endless booster shots to fight the next variant and then the next pandemic, the totality of the data probably won’t be available before the Sun blows up and wipes out planet Earth, which is expected to happen in about 10 billion years.

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene and Rep. Louie Gohmert held a press conference yesterday describing the horrid treatment of the January 6th defendants in the D.C. jail.
This site has documented some of the letters that have been released detailing gruesome treatment of individuals within the jail. These include beatings, and rape.
These men are Nathan Degrave, Peter Schwartz, Johnathan Mellis, Joe Biggs, and many others.
There is no excuse to violate the Constitutional Rights of these men. Even if they committed crimes, they have a right to due process.
The actions of the Biden DOJ are horrific to say the least. The Biden DOJ has showed America just how political the federal authorities are willing to get.
These institutions are no longer fearing public perception, but basking in the idea of being labeled as all-powerful.
The treatment of these individuals is a national embarrassment, and stands to set a precedent for political prisoners no different than that of the Soviet Union in America.
It is profoundly idiotic, genocidal, and cannot be tolerated.
We must DEMAND adherence to the Constitution from our governing officials. We must demand JUSTICE FOR ALL!

Failed presidential candidate Hillary Clinton took a melancholic trip down memory lane by reading part of the speech she would have given if she was elected president in 2016.
“In this lesson, I’m going to face one of my most public defeats head-on by sharing with you the speech I had hoped to deliver if I had won the 2016 election,” Clinton says in the video released by NBC.
“I’ve never shared this with anybody. I’ve never read this out loud. But it helps to encapsulate who I am, what I believe in, and what my hopes were for the kind of country that I want for my grandchildren, and that I want for the world, that I believe in that is America at its best.”
Clinton actually broke down in tears at one point during her bizarre speech.

Republican turncoat Rep. Liz Cheney recently announced that weeks of January 6th hearings are coming, as the establishment attempts to milk the events of that grim day to protect and embellish their power as the 2022 midterms approach.

A mother in California has claimed that her son was given a COVID vaccination at school without her consent or knowledge after the boy was bribed by someone offering free pizza.
Yes really.
The incident occurred at the Barack Obama Global Prep Academy in South Los Angeles, according to Maribel Duarte who told NBC News “The lady that gave him the shot and signed the paper told my son, ‘Please don’t say anything. I don’t want to get in trouble.’”
“It hurt to know he got a shot without my permission, without knowing and without signing any papers for him to get the shot,” Duarte added.
The mother noted that she is not even against the vaccinations, but had opted not to get her son the shot as he suffers from allergies and asthma.

It is not clear who the person that enticed the boy was and in what capacity they were acting. However, the school has imposed a vaccine mandate in its district requiring students ages 12 and up to be vaccinated by January 10th.
Attorney Jennifer Kennedy told NBC that the school doesn’t have the authority to impose a vaccination mandate for children in the State of California, let alone without parents’ consent.
“You couldn’t do it if you were a podunk school district and you can’t do it if you’re the LAUSD, the second-largest district in the nation. You don’t have the legal authority,” Kennedy stated.
The school has not commented on the incident.

President Joe Biden warned Russian President Vladimir Putin that he would be tougher than former President Barack Obama on the issue of Ukraine, as the two leaders spoke on a video call on Tuesday.
After the meeting, Biden’s national security advisor Jake Sullivan said the president warned Putin not to repeat his incursion into Ukrainian territory after he annexed Crimea in 2014 when Obama was president and Biden was vice president.
“I will look you in the eye and tell you, as President Biden looked President Putin in the eye and told him today, that things we did not do in 2014 we are prepared to do now,” Sullivan told reporters at the daily press briefing.
Sullivan said Biden would deploy “clear and decisive” actions, including economic sanctions to punish Russia if they invaded Ukraine.
“The measures we have put on the table are designed to show the Russian government that should it choose to engage in such an invasion, there will be those consequences,” he said.
Biden’s staff did not permit journalists to witness the beginning of the video call between the two leaders or take pictures of the event, but they issued a readout afterward.
“President Biden reiterated his support for Ukraine’s sovereignty and territorial integrity and called for de-escalation and a return to diplomacy,” the White House said after the call.
The Kremlin released a photo of the meeting via Sputnik, which showed Putin sitting in front of a video monitor screen with Biden waving at him.
Biden sought out the call as intelligence showed that Putin was escalating the build-up of military forces on the Russia/Ukraine border.
The White House said Biden “voiced the deep concerns of the United States and our European Allies about Russia’s escalation of forces surrounding Ukraine” during the call.
Putin continues demanding that Ukraine not be allowed to join the NATO alliance, an assertion considered a non-starter by United States.
Biden warned Putin the United States and its allies would respond with “strong economic and other measures” if he escalated a military conflict with Ukraine.
The White House also said Biden discussed ransomware and the issue of Iran pursuing a nuclear weapon.
“The two presidents tasked their teams to follow up, and the U.S. will do so in close coordination with allies and partners,” the readout concluded.
