BREAKING: Head Of Oxford Vaccine Group Says No Herd Immunity For Delta… Is He INSANE?

I’ll get straight to the point: Sir Andrew Pollard, head of the Oxford Vaccine Group, is either a liar or a complete dingbat. Sir Andrew claims achieving herd immunity with the Delta Variant™ is “mythical,” and that “herd immunity is not a possibility because [Delta] still infects vaccinated individuals.”

Hey, Sir Andrew! Get a load of this!

1-(1/R0).

That’s the herd immunity threshold formula. Herd immunity is the mathematical output of R0, the base reproduction ratio. R0 is the number of people one infected person can infect. Multiply the output by 100 and you get the threshold stated as a percentage of the population.

The formula is very clear on two things, Sir Andrew:

One, if a infectious virus can spread through a population, then there is a herd immunity threshold. R0 for COVID is about 2.5.

This means…

1-(1/2.5) DOES NOT EQUAL 100%! IT EQUALS 60%!

Two, there is no variable in that formula that says “vaccine.” Therefore…

HERD IMMUNITY MAY BE ACHIEVED INDEPENDENT OF A VACCINE.

Duh.

I’m typing in caps, Sir Andrew, to try to get the point across to you. You’re in charge of the Oxford Vaccine Group and this SHOULD BE SOMETHING YOU KNOW. And I apologize if “Sir” is not your personal pronoun.

Oh… so you’re saying the Delta Variant™ is “highly infectious,” and R0 is at 8 and therefore the herd immunity threshold is higher at 87.5%?

One, that just means you’re still lying about herd immunity not being achievable without a vaccine; and

Two, that also means the Delta Variant™ peaked last month and is dying out. I don’t need to tell a man of your achievements that the more infectious a virus is, the faster it spreads… right? Eh, I probably should remind you of that, actually…

The more infectious it is, the faster it (is suppose to) spreads (unless you’re a dingbat or a liar).

Now why would you say these things, Sir Andrew, when you certainly know better?

It probably has something to do with how a year ago, when I had only 2,600 followers on my (now perma-banned) Facebook policy page, I received this message after being “fact checked” by seven(!) sites including PolitiFact, Reuters, AP, and Agence France Presse. I can’t even remember the other three. They pulled in Johns Hopkins, UT Irvine, UT Austin, Penn State, and several others that again I can’t remember.

(Funny enough, all but two of the “fact checks” seem to have been disappeared from the internet. But anyway…)

So what did I do to warrant so much attention from such heavy hitters despite having next to no following?

I pointed out that the persistent decrease in the positivity rate indicated we reached herd immunity in May 2020. Being Matt McBride, I of course went point-by-point in all of these “fact checks” and discredited all of their assertions.

Of course, now we know that the positivity rate, the case fatality rate, and both the predicted and observed herd immunity threshold dates all align to May 2020. It’s just simple math, really.

But soon after being “fact checked,” I received this message:

“Hi Matthew, I’m a researcher at the University of Oxford, and I am interviewing people whose COVID-19 posts have been fact checked, labelled, and/or removed. One of your posts was identified and flagged by politifact before being labelled by FB. I’d like to ask you a few questions to hear about your story and experience with this. Please let me know if you would be willing to chat and I can share a bit more information about the project. Thank you!”

Wow! An Oxford researcher cared so much about a guy with almost no social media following that he personally wanted to make sure I was okay!

So having been taught to look both ways before I cross the street, I dug a little and found the guy was at the time a postdoctoral research fellow at the Reuters Institute for the Study of Journalism. He specializes in part in health misinformation, disinformation, and political communication.

RISJ is funded by Facebook, Google, the BBC, multiple world class universities, and other major national media agencies. RISJ’s governance includes executives from Facebook, Washington Post, and The Atlantic. RISJ is essentially the media’s core political propaganda factory. Their research always starts with the assumption that the media message was The Truth. Even their URL has “politics” in it.

Oxford is just a part of the RISJ propaganda machine, another cog in the machine using its academic reputation to spread propaganda. Of course, this Oxford researcher wasn’t interested in my experience being fact checked. Remember, I worked with these types: He wanted some quotes that he could twist to use against me. I never responded.

So, Sir Andrew, we know you’re out to sell a vaccine, although for what specific reason I remain unsure. You sure have made a ton of money already off the fear you’ve pushed, so I don’t know why you still want to stick everybody on the planet with your concoction.

We are from two different worlds, Sir Andrew, but in my world no amount of money is worth sinking one’s own reputation.

Democrats in America seem to embrace the idea of totalitarian government control. As we look around our country today, we see Democrat controlled states pushing for complete medical tyranny.

Many Americans support these tyrannical measures. A recent poll found that over 50% of Americans support vaccine requirements for things like air travel.

This is even in the face of established medical science that shows that vaccinated individuals can, and have transmitted and contracted COVID-19 after being ‘fully vaccinated’. In fact, the vaccine does nothing to slow the spread. It merely serves as a potential ‘symptom’ weakener.

Despite this data, Americans are still supporting tyrannical measures that would allow government to MANDATE medical treatments.

How the Educational System in America Compares to Other Countries

Unfortunately, these Americans have been LIED TO in our public education system. For nearly 60 years, the American education system has taught that our government can do no wrong.

Students are taught to blindly trust the state, or serve severe punishment. Logic is tossed aside in favor of a rabid political ideology dead set on destroying our nation.

Students are taught that taxation is a social justice victory. They are taught that business owners and those who provide jobs and services to our economy are responsible for economic disparities.

They teach our children that equality of outcome is necessary to the establishment of social equality. There could not be a more cancerous ideology to spread throughout our schools.

Unfortunately for some, this ideology has already taken foot in some parts of the world, most notably, North Korea.

North Korea is a TOTALITARIAN DICTATORSHIP where government is the ONLY entity with control. The level of control currently in the hands of the North Korean Government is one that the Democrats push us towards every single day.

PATHETIC: Biden Begs OPEC To Produce More Oil After Cancelling Keystone XL Pipeline

Joe Biden and his Administration are now BEGGING OPEC to produce more oil in order to bring down fuel costs for Americans.

One of the first moves that President Joe Biden made was to halt construction on the Keystone XL pipeline. 11,000 jobs were immediately lost, along with a viable transportation system to transport oil to the United States.

A cornerstone of President Trump’s energy policy was taking power away from the corrupt OPEC, or Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries.

OPEC is an organization of some of the world’s largest oil producers. The countries in OPEC are Iran, Iraq, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, and Venezuela.

Since Joe Biden and the Democrats have decided to wage war against the United States’ oil industry, the U.S. is moving back towards a system where Americans are reliant on OPEC for oil.

OPEC has a history of overcharging and manipulating world oil supplies in order to maximize profits. President Trump ended OPEC’s control over the average American when America became the NUMBER ONE oil producer in the world during his term.

We began construction on the Keystone XL Pipeline. Fuel prices were lower than many remember during the Trump administration.

Immediately upon coming into office, Joe Biden has allowed OPEC to regain control of the price that Americans pay at the pump. Biden has attacked tax credits for oil producers.

His administration makes it extremely clear. They want our energy industry to die.

Instead of strengthening our own oil production in order to create a larger supply of oil, Biden is now begging OPEC to produce more oil.

This issue is a perfect example of the failures of RINO Republicans and Democrats. Instead of providing good, high paying jobs to Americans to produce their own energy, Americans are being embarrassed by an Administration dead set on taking power away from the people.

There is no justification for this level of incompetence. There is no reason. These people simply want to see the American people suffer.

Americans will continue to pay higher and higher prices at the pump, as the Administration continues to grovel and beg OPEC while perfectly good oil sits beneath our feet.

BREAKING: State Of Oregon No Longer Requires Proficiency In Reading, Writing, Or Math Prior To Graduation

Today we learned that the State of Oregon has dropped the requirements for high school students to demonstrate proficiency in reading writing and math. The New York Post offered the following;

Gov. Kate Brown, the Oregon Democrat, signed a bill last month with little fanfare that drops the requirement that high school students prove proficiency in reading, writing or math before graduation, a report said.

So…. No more “reading, writing and rithmatic” as the old song goes. Just a side note — The Chinese are going to kick our butts — but I digress. What does this mean for the future of our country if we continue to allow jurisdictions such as this to continually dumb down our youth. We can expect that these same high school students will be taught the socialist party line — for those who remember their Orwell “Animal Farm” its pained on the barn wall “All Animals are Equal” but as time passes as it will for these graduates they will look up and realize the words on that barn wall say, “All Animals are Equal, but Some Animals are MORE Equal Than Others”.

Their government handouts will never increase above the subsistence level… They will never be able to afford one of those new Green Electric Cars — those are for our leaders – you may ride the electric bus if its going your way! You will by necessity live in a government housing project and what was once available in the way of upward mobility for those willing to work hard – well Orwell told us about that as well — you will die without the expected reward.

So where does this leave us — if there is no math how are we going to grow construction works to do all of the magnificent project promised by the New Green Deal — if you can’t use a tape measure or hammer you are useless. I suspect that most cannot use a screwdriver let alone change a tire on one of those new EV’s.

No electricians to wire up the high speed internet — electricians have to read a wiring diagram but teaching reading is out so — I expect that we will see our MIT grads taking positions as electricians or not. So…. no internet for you. Not to mention that someone has to bring all that solar and wind power to the place where it can be used but alas and alack no electricians because we did not train any. Has anyone seen a recent high school graduate with a plunger — Not a clue! So when the toilet in your newly refurbished green house backs up or refuses to flush — well I guess there is always YouTube.

So with all of this as an introduction what are we as a society to do — we rely more and more on the advanced technologies that shape our lives and ignore the very things that make us civilized and comfortable. The shower and toilet in our homes (Plumber), The flip of a switch or even a voice command to get light, television or internet (Electrician)…

The Different Types of Plumbers

Air Conditioning and Heat (HVAC Tech) and the list goes on; Diesel engine mechanic, automobile mechanic (how complex can those new EV’s really be). I suppose that one could argue that the continuing growth of Artificial Intelligence (AI) will provide solutions for all of these thing sooner or later – more likely later then sooner. So what do we do in the meantime.

How about a return to teaching reading, writing and arithmetic in school. Then — and this is really radical … stop trying to have every student take college prep courses because not all students are going to go to college. Make more VoTech available across the education system. How about ½ of the day in the classroom learning how to read and do basic math, learn how to measure a piece of lumber or how to read the schematic on a washing machine.

Then for the other ½ of the day – working as an apprentice learning, with hands on, how to assess the remaining life an EV’s battery, or replacing a shower faucet, cutting a 2X4 to the proper length or repairing the control panel at the solar power collection station.

You do not need to attend MIT or the Applied Physics Lab at Johns Hopkins University to make a success of a life. But you do need to know how to add, subtract, and divide … you do need to know how to read and understand technical drawing, schematics and basic instructions to repair and replace things. And at some point you will need to take pen in hand and actually write a message to someone or make notes on a job because you failed to charge your phone the night before —

The message could not be any clearer — Infrastructure, bridges, roads, trains, wind power, solar panels, electric cars, internet and all of the other promised improvements — all require the skill and labor of trained people who can read and do math and write. The consequences of not having such people to accomplish this work — well I for one would not want to cross that bridge — literally — if the guys assembling it did not poses the basic skills I have discussed.

The high school education system, school boards ad educators across the country need to heed the signs — there can be no infrastructure without the skilled labor to build it and maintain it. We need to see a sharp increase in the ability of the education system to provide America with the skills needed to ensure our continued development as the worlds leader. Anything less — well I guess we could move to Oregon!

COVID Pandemic to End in 2948, Path of Virus Decided by Courts in Meantime

If you didn’t see the news the other day, the media informed us that the planet just surpassed 200 million COVID-19 cases worldwide. That’s right, the “most highly infectious virus ever” is sweeping through the population at maybe 1.5% a year.

“Excellent!” you may think. “In a scant 67 years, my great-grandchildren will be able to attend college mask-free!”

But we have a big problem, folks.

Our human population of 7.8 billion people is growing by 1.1% a year.

That’s right, humanity is growing barely slower than the COVID infection that’s wrecking our planet… and our economies… and our liberal democratic republics… and our personal physical and mental health.

But there’s hope on the horizon! By my (very rough) estimates, in only about 926 years the spread of COVID will exceed the human population! We’ll be mask-free by 2948, maybe even by 2947 if we all get vaxxed and mask up!

Are you excited to be mask-free?!? I sure am!!!

Now to be serious.

If there’s one thing I’ve learned in this pandemic-turned-freedom fight, it’s that only one side knows how to do math. I’m glad I’m on that side.

If there’s a second thing I’ve learned, it’s how terrifying it is to know that so many people are willing to toss critical thinking out the window in the name of The Cause. Many people will believe two completely contradicting pieces of information, as long as they don’t have to admit they’re wrong.

“You should take this vaccine that’s 95% effective but doesn’t prevent the disease, because herd immunity has never been achieved without a vaccine and getting to herd immunity naturally will result in so many millions of people dying from the 99.9% survivable virus that’s highly infectious and barely spreading at the same time, because the hospitals are overflowing while they’re reducing their bed counts, and you don’t have to wear a mask if you’re vaxxed but if you are vaxxed you still have to wear the mask that works one way and is more effective than a vaccine and works one way again and works both ways and all the health leaders who said in the first place that masks never work for viruses are being taken out of context.”

People believe this. Without questioning it. And then they get angry when you point out it doesn’t make sense. I will never understand them.

Seriously, what kind of “deadly and highly infectious virus” requires public health decisions to be made in the courtroom? I guarantee you, if this were Ebola running through the country, you wouldn’t need lotteries, scholarships, and other incentives to get people (me included) to take an experimental vaccine.

When I was a kid my parents, who were kids themselves during World War II, would occassionally ask in disbelief how the most technically, scientifically, and culturally advanced nation on the planet at the time – the Germans – could so quickly toss out all they knew to be rational, round up their neighbors, and exterminate them.

I’ll keep fighting to ensure my grandchildren never ask the same thing to me.

BREAKING: Senate Narrowly Passes Bill Banning Critical Race Theory From Public Schools

The Senate narrowly passed a bill that would prevent public funding from going to K-12 schools that teach Critical Race Theory. The bill passed 50-49 with Joe Manchin being the only Democrat to vote for the bill.

Senator Tom Cotton of Arkansas, the bill’s sponsor, tweeted this video after the Senate successfully passed the measure.

This bill is a necessary step into ensuring that American tax dollars are not being used to teach American children to hate each other.

Critical Race Theory is a disgusting idea that allows for political idealogues to judge others based on the color of their skin. It is a radical, divisive ideology that has been embraced by the Democrats.

49 Democrat Senators voted in favor of continuing to teach this disgusting rhetoric to our children. That means that the Democrats believe that you are OBLIGATED to pay for the brainwashing of your children.

Hospitals Claim Delta Variant Overwhelming Them… While They Decrease Capacity

Hey, kids! Are you ready for the Lie Of The Day?

The Delta Variant™ is overwhelming the nation’s ICUs!

Just read the headlines, because if it’s in the media and it’s about COVID-19, it’s gotta be true, right? Just look at the death and destruction here, here, and here!

There’s just one problem: It’s not actually happening. It’s a complete, total lie.

I’ll tell you what’s happening, but I need to include a Trigger Warning™ first: this is going to seriously tick you off.

Hospitals are reducing their beds while simultaneously admitting more “COVID patients.”

Here’s the proof, both in Maryland and Texas. You can see the number of “COVID patients” increasing while (1) the number of beds in Maryland and (2) the ICU occupancy in Texas both decrease. (Texas “reassigns” beds, Maryland “reduces” beds.)

In Maryland hospital beds were reduced almost 5% from August 4th to 9th. As you may recall, we here in the “Free State” (hahaha™!) are located at the intersection of I-70 and I-95, at the southern end of the Northeast Megalopolis and bookended by two of the world’s most important international cities, DC and New York. Any outbreak in the US will be reflected in Maryland’s hospital occupancy rates.

And now Texas Medical Center in Houston, home to the largest hospital infrastructure in the United States, where ICU occupancy decreased 2% in the four days from August 5th to 9th.

There you go. That’s how you get your “overwhelmed” and “packed” ICUs. You reduce the beds or just diagnose more patients as COVID, and you get your magic COVID surge.

Likewise, this is why hospitals are not experiencing the necessary surge event of patients seeking hospital-level care you’d see during a pandemic. No surge event means no pandemic and no problem.

In a real pandemic, hospitals would be increasing capacity, not decreasing it.

So why do these hospitals have to resort to things like reducing beds to make it appear as if things are worse?

Because if you read my article a few days back, you know that the Delta Variant™ actually fits the profile of an average flu strain. It’s not a very infectious strain, either. As deaths go down in the summer, hospitalizations follow suit, and not as many patients need ICU care. Hospitals don’t make as much money.

But if the hospitals still want to get the additional 20% payment from Medicare, they keep diagnosing as many patients as they can with COVID, even while they’re reducing their capacity. And the feds and states are more than happy to pay them if it means they get more time to frighten people into handing them power.

This is why hospitals are not experiencing the surge event that is the primary indicator of a novel pandemic virus moving through the population. Because it’s not happening, and no surge event means no problem.

For the hospitals, COVID is about money. For the federal and state governments, COVID is about power. This is why the scam continues.

The only COVID problem we have moving through the population is the lie.

BREAKING: Andrew Cuomo RESIGNS From Office After Being EXPOSED In Sexual Harassment Investigation

Andrew Cuomo has announced during a live press conference that he will be LEAVING OFFICE in two weeks following the findings of an investigation by his Attorney General.

Democrat Kathy Hochul, current Lieutenant Governor of New York, will take over and become the first female Governor in New York’s history.

Andrew Cuomo was exposed to be a serial sexual harasser during the investigation. The Attorney General found that Cuomo harassed 11 women while he was Governor.

This was in violation of Federal and State law.

The announcement comes after President Joe Biden called for Cuomo to resign last week during. Cuomo used the press conference to cry and moan about the triumph of New York.

Cuomo obviously is ignoring the fact that lots of New Yorkers are fleeing due to his horrible handling of the pandemic. New York ranks as one of the least free states in the country. Andrew Cuomo had a lot to do with that.

Cuomo sent the sick into New York nursing homes early on in the pandemic, costing thousands of people their lives. He should have been removed on this fact alone.

It seems that this is the end for the Emmy award winning Governor. Let us not forget the Hollywood WEIRDOS who allowed him to get away with his behavior.

If you didn’t know it, Vogue revealed that Jen Psaki is actually the coolest person that has ever existed. Vogue reported on Psaki’s vast experience on her swim team, even going as far as to say “She’s an under-the-radar leader”.

Vogue wants you to know that Psaki WAS the President of her sorority, but had no interest in being the ‘center of attention’.

A college friend of Psaki confirmed that Psaki was “crazy athletic” in College, but also that “she knows how to relax and laugh, and she likes a dance party”.

The last cover of Vogue Magazine featured First Lady Jill Biden. They wanted their readers to know that Jill was ‘A First Lady For All of Us’.

Vogue celebrated Jill Biden as a literal goddess, much like they have recently done with Jen Psaki. This is literally North Korean level propaganda. The stuff that you see in China.

Kamala Harris also appeared on the magazine earlier this year. She was celebrated as well.

Vogue isn’t even supposed to be a political magazine.

This ‘in your face’ level of propaganda prompted me to look into the publisher of Vogue Magazine. I found that Vogue is published by a company called ‘Condé Nast’

‘Condé Nast’ has business in China. There is even a Chinese version of Vogue called ‘Vogue China’.

If you aren’t familiar with what happens to media companies when they enter China, let me explain. When a media company agrees to do business in China, they must allow their content to be managed directly by the CCP.

If the publisher posts or says anything that goes against the CCP’s narrative, the business will be forced to apologize or abandon business in China.

We have seen many examples of this. Most recently, WWE star John Cena was forced to apologize by his production company after he ‘acknowledged the existence of Taiwan as a sovereign state’.

Houston Rockets General Manager Daryl Morey tweeted in support of the Hong Kong protests in 2019. The Rocket’s Owner immediately spoke out against Morey’s statement. Tencent, a major partner to the NBA in China, said that they would no longer show Houston Rocket’s games.

James Harden, Houston’s star player, made this statement after the incident..

We apologize. You know, we love China, we love playing there. For both of us individually, we go there once or twice a year. They show us the most important love. We appreciate them as a fan base. We love everything there about them and we appreciate the support that they give us individually and as organization.

As you can see, China does not allow for criticism of the CCP. They do not even allow certain areas of the world to be spoken of. If Vogue were to say anything remotely negative about China, their Chinese business would be cut off immediately.

Doesn’t that mean China is in control of Vogue? All of these media companies that have large footholds in China seem to be completely controlled by the CCP.

Most notably Bloomberg News was exposed for meeting with CCP officials a few years ago.

We KNOW that Vogue has changed their content before to fit censorship in China. We also know that Vogue refused to show Melania Trump on the cover for the entire time that her husband was President.

Is it a coincidence that a company that may be controlled by China blocked Melania Trump from ever appearing in a positive light, while simultaneously celebrating unelected officials in the Biden administration as ‘goddesses’?

I don’t think so.

China is the modern day Soviet Union. They massacre and enslave their own people. Estimates show that up to 3.5 Million people are currently enslvaed in China.

These are the people celebrating Jen Psaki and Jill Biden. Monsters!
