Defamation Cases Against Local Activist To Go To Trial

On Tuesday, July 27, 2021 the Queen Anne’s County Circuit Court in Centreville, Maryland denied Defendant’s Motion to dismiss claims against Mary Ella Jourdak for defamation and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

According to allegations in the Complaint filed in this case, the Defendant, Mary Ella Jourdak, in July and August 2020 defamed the Plaintiff, Gordana Schifanelli, a parent, local attorney and an adjunct professor at the United States Naval Academy by contacting numerous departments within the Naval Academy, institutions and organizations where Plaintiff works and belongs, accusing her of racism, inciting violence and running a “smear campaign” because of Plaintiff’s opposition to the former Superintendent of schools which her child attends.

According to the filings, Defendant was actively involved in Queen Anne’s County Local Management Board’s “Sunday Supper Committee” where she specifically named Plaintiff to be targeted and encouraged other committee members to contact the USNA and to file complaint against Plaintiff which they did.

This is the second case against the same Defendant in this Court. In March 2021, the Court denied the Defendant’s Motion to Dismiss a Complaint for Defamation and Intentional Interference with contractual rights filed by Dillion Aldridge.

In Aldridge v Mary Ella Jourdak, the Plaintiff, Dillion Aldridge alleged that in August 2020, Mary Ella Jourdak defamed him and intentionally interfered with his employment contract when she contacted his employer because he disagreed with her social media post in her “defunding the police” activism. As a result of her contacting his employer, Plaintiff was laid off and lost his earnings.

The cases Gordana Schifanelli v Mary Ella Jourdak and Dillion Aldridge v Mary Ella Jourdak will proceed to a Jury Trial in the Circuit Court.

Representatives Marjorie Taylor Greene, Matt Gaetz, Louie Gohmert, and Paul Gosar were denied entry into a DC prison facility which is holding some of the protestors arrested after the January 6th protest.

The group was confronting the personnel who will not allow them to see the conditions of the facilities in which the protestors are being housed. This comes after a number of prisoners have sent out HORRIFYING letters detailing brutal conditions.

The Representatives continued to press for information on the treatment of these individuals.

Why are these guards unwilling to show these Congressional members the conditions that the January 6th protestors are being kept in? It seems that they have been caught.

Just like when Congressional Republicans went to the border to expose Joe Biden’s circus show, these Representatives planned to show the entire world just what the government was doing to these protestors.

Joe Biggs, a Proud Boy leader, detailed that he has only been outside THREE times since he was arrested on January 20th. His window is sandblasted, so that nobody can see outside of it.

He describes ‘the hole’, where prisoners are stripped naked and forced into a cold, white room for weeks on end.

The treatment of these prisoners is HORRID to say the least. We need to continue to expose the harsh conditions. These Representatives said that they will continue to return until they are given the information that they seek.

The Representatives were eventually locked out.

This is the kind of naked tyranny that we see in THIRD WORLD COUNTRIES. It is embarrassing. These men are AMERICAN CITIZENS that have CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS.

They cannot be abused the way that it is currently happening. It is a national disgrace.

FLASHBACK: Maricopa County Board of Supervisors’ Member Jack Sellers Has Close Ties To China

Months ago, Launch Liberty reported on the corrupt Maricopa County Board of Supervisors, and their unwillingness to submit subpoenaed evidence.

We are now learning that Jack Sellers, a member of the Board, is connected with China. Sellers was re-elected to the board in 2020. He is currently serving a four year term representing the 1st district on the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors.

The Board has YET to turn over some of the equipment subpoenaed by the Arizona Senate.

You can watch the video above. The older gentleman that steps up to the microphone is Jack Sellers. Now, Sellers is coming under fire for his connections to China.

The Gateway Pundit uncovered a photo of Sellers meeting with the CCP in Dujiangyan, China back in 2019.

This evidence is damning, but it can go further. Sellers met with Yan Daixions on March 14th, 2019. Yan Daixions is the Vice Chairman of the CPPCC Municipal Committee. Many recognize the CPPCC as a front for the CCP.

Just a few months later, Sellers and his Maricopa Board approved a $6.1 million contract to DOMINION for ‘improving vote counting’.

Just a few months after meeting with the CCP, Sellers’s Board spent BIG MONEY on the elections. Did this meeting have anything to do with the contract?

Sellers also reportedly has a seat on the International Leadership Council for the Greater Phoenix Economic Council. The Gateway Pundit reports that this seat involves Seller working with the Chinese.

The GPEC ILC has been focused on attracting “investment” specifically from China’s Jiangsu Province and their Z Corridor. The corridor is China’s largest concentration of industries. It includes Shanghai and 10 cities connected by HS-rail. GPEC has made inroads with solar and renewable energy companies. They are now looking to expand into other Chinese capital-intensive industries. Sellers is helping GPEC with their Foreign Direct Investment attraction efforts.

The Arizona Senate has sent MORE subpoenas to the corrupt Maricopa County Board of Supervisors in order to obtain documents necessary to the conclusion of the full forensic audit.

The Senate should IMMEDIATELY launch an investigation into Sellers and his connection to China. The Arizona police should move to confiscate the subpoenaed material.

CDC Director Dr. Rochelle Walensky has now issued a statement saying that ‘breakthrough’ COVID cases in vaccinated individuals can spread the virus AS MUCH virus as unvaccinated individuals.

Walensky was picked by Joe Biden to run the CDC.

The statement reads…

In rare occasions, some vaccinated people infected with a delta variant after vaccination may be contagious and spread the virus to others,

This new science is worrisome, and unfortunately warrants an update to our recommendation

So the vaccinated can spread COVID? Interesting.

If the CDC is being honest, why would any single American get this vaccine? If it does not protect you, or even stop you from spreading the virus?

Democrat Donor Ed Buck was convicted on Tuesday following the 2019 death of two gay escorts in his West Hollywood apartment.

The deaths were almost 2 years apart. Gemmel Moore died in 2017, and Timothy Dean died in 2019. Both at the hands of Ed Buck.

Buck has donated over $500,000 to Democrats since the year 2000. He is a prominent friend of Hillary Clinton. Now he faces 9 charges, two of which carry 20 year MINIMUMS.

The mother of one of the men who overdosed claimed that Ed Buck liked to inject young gay prostitutes with METH. She described it as a fetish for Buck.

Warren’s campaign denied it.

Wisconsin Representative Janel Brandtjen issued a statement today on a full forensic audit of the 2020 Election.

Voters have made it clear that they want a thorough cyber-forensic examination of tabulators, ballot marking devices, and other election equipment, which I will be helping facilitate on behalf of the committee as chair… IP addresses, chain of custody on ballots, and audit trail logs must be thoroughly inspected by cyber-audit technicians… While WI is in the process of an election audit, I will be working to ensure that it is augmented with expertise and resources to ensure a comprehensive, forensic examination.

Wisconsin is the next swing state in a long line of others that has chosen to pursue a full forensic audit. Arizona started it, Georgia, and Pennsylvania continued it. Now Wisconsin is joining in.

Joe Biden only ‘won’ the state of Wisconsin by a total of 20,517 votes. This audit is part of an ongoing effort across our nation to ensure that we have secure elections.

An article appeared in Politico yesterday detailing the Democrat PANIC surrounding the GOP led effort to ensure election integrity across our country.

Republican Legislators have moved to pass Voter ID, absentee ballot requirements, and restrictions on ballot harvesting in 18 states.

Nse Ufot, CEO of ‘New Georgia Project’, a group started by Georgia Democrat Stacey Abrams made a statement about these measures saying…

If there isn’t a way for us to repeat what happened in November 2020, we’re fu**ed,

The entire time that the bills were being passed, we were told by people like Stacey Abrams that these laws were ‘Jim Crow 2.0’.

Now we are getting a closer look into why exactly they pinned voter integrity with such a blatant, idiotic lie like ‘Jim Crow 2.0’.

The Attorney General of Georgia has stated publicly that Stacey Abrams and her friends did actual poll testing on the term ‘Jim Crow’.

He stated that he has no idea how 74 million people voted for such a ‘racist, vile man’ like Trump. Schumer just cannot realize that 74 million people voted for Trump because he IS NOT ‘racist’.

Schumer’s entire political narrative is based on a lie.

Chuck has a history of spewing rhetoric like this. In early 2020, he appeared at a rally outside of the Supreme Court to threaten multiple sitting Supreme Court Justices.

This man should be condemned for his hateful, divisive rhetoric. 74 million Trump Supporters will surely never forget the evil words that he spewed.

Chuck Schumer represents the complacent political class that has allowed for America to be sold down the river. His policies exist to further the agenda of Paris, rather than Pittsburgh.

His Democrat allies wish to destroy all political opposition. That is why he attempts to paint all of Trump supporters as people who would support a ‘racist, vile man’.
