The killer of Air Force Veteran Ashli Babbitt has finally been identified. On Tucker Carlson’s show last night, the attorney for the husband of the fallen patriot appeared to discuss the ongoing government effort to conceal the identity of her killer.
Terrell Roberts confirmed that he believed that it was the same Capitol Police member that had left his Glock 22 in the bathroom of the Capitol, unattended, just a few years ago that killed Babbitt.
The Capitol Policeman responsible for leaving his weapon unattended in a restroom of the Capitol building was Capitol Police Lieutenant Michael Byrd.
He is also believed to be the man who shot and killed Ashli Babbit on January 6th.
Rollcall reported on the instance of Byrd leaving his firearm in the bathroom. That was all the way back in February of 2019.

Reportedly, the name and identity of Byrd is being concealed from Babbitt’s husband’s attorney. Of course, the government has no problem covering for themselves.
The same man, Lieutenant Michael Byrd, can be seen in this next picture exhibting some of the worst trigger discipline that you have ever seen. Irrepsosibily, Byrd dangerously has his hand on the trigger while pointing his gun at his fellow policemen.
Trigger discipline is quite literally the most important part of gun safety. It is the most effective measure in preventing needless death.
Did this dangerous lack of trigger discipline have a part in the death of Ashli Babbitt?

Ladies and gentlemen, we have our killer.
Why does the government want to conceal this information so badly? The people deserve to know who shot the unarmed woman inside of the Capitol.
Now we know that the man who pulled the trigger had subpar training and extremely poor trigger discipline.
Why does this man get a free pass to kill? The Government has already cleared Byrd of any wrongdoing…
Why does our government feel that it has a right to treat these individuals with greater means of devastation than the law permits?
Many of the individuals who peacefully entered the Capitol are still sitting in solitary confinement to this day. Why is their right to due process trampled?
Unequal treatment under the law in inherently wrong. It is a violation of the Constitution of the United States of America. No man should be treated unequally.
Yet, these prisoners are being confined for 23 hours a day. Even Russian President Vladimir Putin has spoken about the unfair and unjust treatment of these individuals.
Putin views these people as political prisoners. Maybe an outsider’s perspective can say a lot.
One thing is for certain, January 6th is a day that will be studied for many years to come. FBI involvement is coming out more and more every single day.
We have to wonder how a bunch of unarmed individuals were able to penetrate the Capitol building. Videos show us that trained, armed National Guardsmen were able to clear out the protestors in minutes.

We know that President Trump’s request for an extra 10,000 National Guardsmen was denied on January 5th.
Why is that?
The forces were clearly more equipped and ready to handle the size an dscope of the crowd. It took them 4 hours to arrive on the scene, yet they were stationed a mere 20 minutes away.
The truth will be revealed about January 6th. One day and one story at a time. Identifying the killer of Ashli Babbitt is a huge step in the right direction.
Next is proving that the largest crime occurred when Congress knowingly and willingly certified fraudulent voting results.

It is entirely ironic that the liberal and progressive left who espouse abortion, not as infanticide as a women’s right to choose what is correct for her body, will use the same mouth to say that vaccine’s must be forced upon everyone. It is based on pseudo-science that suggests that a “herd” mythology exists as it relates to immunity.
Herd immunity as a concept was originated in the 1930’s where the author of the study theorized that once natural immunity in a community had developed above 68%, then the “herd” as a whole would thereby be protected.
Thus, when someone in the media says herd immunity is “threatened” by less than 10% of the population NOT being vaccinated – they are actually misquoting the theory AND misapplying its basis. Herd immunity as a theoretical concept was about the protection of the ”unvaccinated,” or “naturally un-infected,” minority.
If anyone tells you that a refusal to vaccinate threatens “the herd,” ask them if they actually read the 1930 study, or if they are just too intellectually lazy to understand how ridiculously uninformed their statement is. Then ask them if they know what “shedding” is as it relates to vaccinations. 
Connie Inman, writing an opinion piece for The Hutchison News in Kansas, 22 September 2016, wrote: “Vaccines are not run through the same rigorous trials as drugs.
A ‘vaccinated vs. unvaccinated’ study has never been conducted. No one has ever done a double-blind placebo-controlled study on multiple-dose vaccines given multiple times.” This was in response to the Supreme Court’s ruling that vaccines are “unavoidably unsafe.”
Democrats don’t believe “choice” is important any more than they believe controlling “big business” is important. They are absolutely in on the scheme to drive corporate profits for big corporate sponsors.
That’s why they are anti-choice on vaccines (Big Pharma) “danger Will Robinson – danger!” And then hypocritically flip-flop on the issue of “my body my choice” to support their anti-life stance on abortion (Planned Parenthood).
It’s all about power, control and money. And anyone who thinks it anything other than that is either naïve, lying to themselves or both.
Solution: Repeal the National Vaccine Act of 1986. End the corporate-legislative partnership between Big Pharma, Planned Parenthood and our legislative agenda and national medical requirements. Re-instate the corporate liability that Big Pharma should have to do proper safe, science-based testing like every other drug on the market today. Remove the CDC’s ability to investigate and govern itself.
Why it’s unlikely to happen: The amount of money at stake in vaccines is based on pseudo-scientific hype draped on the shoulders of our most vulnerable – our children. And the liberal state Education machine, couple with the unholy alliance of Big Pharma with policy, is driving our public health policies today. God help our littlest and most vulnerable ones.
