BREAKING: Justice Clarence Thomas Details How To Defeat BIG TECH CENSORSHIP

The Supreme Court rejected the opportunity to hear a case involving former President Donald Trump and Twitter. The case was to hear whether the President has the ability to block people from seeing his Twitter feed.

In concurrence with the decision to not hear the case, Clarence Thomas issued a 12 page letter about Social Media Platform regulation, and effective means that government could use to ensure the free speech of every American is protected.

Thomas even mentioned Tech Overlords of Facebook and Google.

“Although both companies are public, one person controls Facebook (Mark Zuckerberg), and just two control Google (Larry Page and Sergey Brin)”

Thomas argues in his letter…

“The disparity between Twitter’s control and Mr. Trump’s control is stark, to say the least. Mr. Trump blocked several people from interacting with his messages. Twitter barred Mr. Trump not only from interacting with a few users, but removed him from the entire platform, thus barring all Twitter users from interacting with his messages.”

Thomas went on to suggest that regulating tech companies as ‘Common Carriers‘ could be an avenue to ensure freedom of speech. The argument being that these companies are so vital to communication that we must regulate them to ensure equal, fair, and legal treatment of individuals.

Thomas went on to say…

“If part of the problem is private, concentrated control over online content and platforms available to the public, then part of the solution may be found in doctrines that limit the right of a private company to exclude. Historically, at least two legal doctrines limited a company’s right to exclude.”

First, our legal system and its British predecessor have long subjected certain businesses, known as common carriers, to special regulations, including a general requirement to serve all comers. Candeub, Bargaining for Free Speech: Common Carriage, Network Neutrality, and Section 230, 22 Yale J. L. & Tech. 391, 398–403 (2020) (Candeub) see also Burdick, The Origin of the Peculiar Duties of Public Service Companies, Pt. 1, 11 Colum. L. Rev. 514 (1911).

Justifications for these regulations have varied. Some scholars have argued that common-carrier regulations are justified only when a carrier possesses substantial market power. Candeub 404. Others have said that no substantial market power is needed so long as the company holds itself out as open to the public. Ibid.; see also Ingate v. Christie, 3 Car. & K. 61, 63, 175 Eng. Rep. 463, 464 (N. P. 1850) (“[A] person [who] holds himself out to carry goods for everyone as a business . . . is a common carrier”).

And this Court long ago suggested that regulations like those placed on common carriers may be justified, even for industries not historically recognized as common carriers, when “a business, by circumstances and its nature, . . . rise[s] from private to be of public concern.” See German Alliance Ins. Co. v. Lewis, 233 U. S. 389, 411 (1914) (affirming state regulation of fire insurance rates). At that point, a company’s “property is but its instrument, the means of rendering the service which has become of public interest.” Id., at 408.”

Thomas continued…

“This latter definition of course is hardly helpful, for most things can be described as “of public interest.” But whatever may be said of other industries, there is clear historical precedent for regulating transportation and communications networks in a similar manner as traditional common carriers. Candeub 398–405. Telegraphs, for example, because they “resemble[d] railroad companies and other common carriers,” were “bound to serve all customers alike, without discrimination.” Primrose v. Western Union Telegraph Co., 154 U. S. 1, 14 (1894).

In exchange for regulating transportation and communication industries, governments—both State and Federal—
have sometimes given common carriers special government favors. Candeub 402–407. For example, governments have
tied restrictions on a carrier’s ability to reject clients to “immunity from certain types of suits”3 or to regulations that
make it more difficult for other companies to compete with the carrier (such as franchise licenses). Ibid. By giving these companies special privileges, governments place them into a category distinct from other companies and closer to some functions, like the postal service, that the State has traditionally undertaken.

Second, governments have limited a company’s right to exclude when that company is a public accommodation.
This concept—related to common-carrier law—applies to companies that hold themselves out to the public but do not
“carry” freight, passengers, or communications. See, e.g., Civil Rights Cases, 109 U. S. 3, 41–43 (1883) (Harlan, J.,
dissenting) (discussing places of public amusement). It also applies regardless of the company’s market power. See,
e.g., 78 Stat. 243, 42 U. S. C. §2000a(a).”

Thomas also said

“The similarities between some digital platforms and common carriers or places of public accommodation may give legislators strong arguments for similarly regulating digital platforms

The Second Circuit feared that then-President Trump cut off speech by using the features that Twitter made available to him,” wrote Thomas. “But if the aim is to ensure that speech is not smothered, then the more glaring concern must perforce be the dominant digital platforms themselves. As Twitter made clear, the right to cut off speech lies most powerfully in the hands of private digital platforms.”

Thomas most importantly said

We will soon have no choice but to address how our legal doctrines apply to highly concentrated, privately owned information infrastructure such as digital platforms

Twitter has permanently banned President Trump for ‘inciting violence’. Social media companies like Facebook and Twitter have been censoring people for political speech for a very long time.

I’ve dealt with it, and deal with it still every single day.

The importance and reach of these platforms make them the modern town square. Millions have been taken out of the public discourse for years. I fear any regulation from government will be too little too late.

Millions have tuned out because of censorship. However, it is still a necessary step to ensure equality of opportunity for every American. I applaud Justice Thomas for having the courage to outline the corruption of these companies.

Congress needs to act to, at least, remove the section 230 clause that allows for special legal protections. Social media companies that censor their users should not receive ‘platform’ privileges. They are acting as publishers when they censor.

Removing Section 230 MUST be the first step in curbing social media censorship. Once that has been done, further evaluation of the situation should take place in order to determine whether to pursue an answer a drastic as Thomas outlines. We should always treat the expansion of government control with this kind of scrutiny.

He was also a local chapter leader of the KKK. Byrd described his involvement in the KKK in this Washington Post article. Byrd describes the KKK as the avenue he used to ‘launch his political career’.

He goes into detail about interactions he had with the ‘grand wizard’ of the KKK, even admitting that it was the former ‘grand dragon’, Joel L. Baskin, that convinced him to enter politics.

It was Nancy Pelosi who SLAMMED Trump supporters as choosing ‘whiteness over democracy’.

Hey Nancy, last time I checked it was YOU who eulogized a KKK recruiter, not Trump supporters!

Just 10 years ago, Democrats were running around with former KKK leaders. These are the people claiming to fighting for ‘social and racial’ justice?

Vice President Kamala Harris appeared on the ‘Kids Choice Awards’ earlier this month. On March 13, Harris appeared to accept the ‘Generation Change Award’.

The strange thing is that it doesn’t seem that the kids actually vote for the recipient of the ‘Generation Change Award’.

The ‘Generation Change Initiative’ was something started by Viacom, the parent company of Nickelodeon. Viacom also owns BET, CMT, Comedy Central, MTV, Paramount, TV-Land, and VH-1.

They have brought out the ‘Generation Change Presentation’ before, including at prior ‘Kids Choice Award’ ceremonies, and ‘MTV award’ ceremonies.

Lebron James was the presenter at last years ‘Kid Choice Awards’

It isn’t unusual for Vice President Harris to accept something she didn’t win. Of course, she went for it. She used her platform to give a strange, fearmongering speech in which she encouraged kids to listen to everything government tells them to do.

The clip is just strange. Harris is as fake as they come, but her propaganda just becomes flat out eerie when you add the fake crowd noise and strange graphics. It feels like something cheap. Something that happens in a place like North Korea, where communist dictators expect to get away with bold faced lying.

She mentions President Biden, who of course, was nowhere to be seen. Joe doesn’t make many appearances anymore. The White House staff like to keep him locked away.

She then goes on to LIE right to the kid’s faces, telling them that ‘we’re doing everything we can to make sure all of our students and our young leaders can get back to school’. Of course, government is the only reason that kids are not back in school.

She then goes on to tell the kids that if government does everything right, then maybe the kids will be able to see their friends and loved ones again. The level of control is sickening. I have a hard time believing that even children would fall for this nonsense.

In the March edition of “ARMY Magazine,” there was published an article entitled “Research Office Fuels Groundbreaking Discoveries.”

The article talked about how…

“… through the efforts of the Army Research Office and other DoD research entities, we are spending money in the furtherance of improving the operational capabilities of the force.”

This raised a “Red Flag”. After reading the entire article, I felt compelled to address this “Red Flag” matter to the Editor of ARMY Magazine for him to share with the wider military community.

My concerns as provided in my letter:

“…one thing caught my eye that I believe bears mentioning given the current political situation we find ourselves in with the government of China. In every case offered in the article, there is a mention of work that is being performed at several of our major universities. Harnessing the brain power and advanced thinking of the best and brightest of our universities is a worthy effort… but, it begs the question “Who are these Professors and their students and where is the knowledge on what they develop and learn really going“?

We cannot bury our collective heads in the sand and pretend that there is not an orchestrated effort, on the part of the Chinese Government, to acquire as much technical data and information in all areas of our defense work. A glance at their most advanced stealth fighter tells you almost all you need to know. The DoD has promulgated new requirements for securing IT networks that are costing industry hundreds of millions to increase security and reduce, if not eliminate, cyber theft of critical defense information. So, at the risk of being labeled a Sinophobe, we must ask — who is watching the universities and the students that are working on all of these “groundbreaking discoveries?”

We know for a fact that the effort to acquire U.S. technologies is real. According to Department of Justice court documents, since 2008, Dr. Lieber who has served as the Principal Investigator of the Lieber Research Group at Harvard University, which specialized in the area of nanoscience, has received more than $15,000,000 in grant funding from the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and Department of Defense (DOD). These grants require the disclosure of significant foreign financial conflicts of interest, including financial support from foreign governments or foreign entities. Unbeknownst to Harvard University, beginning in 2011, Lieber became a “Strategic Scientist” at Wuhan University of Technology (WUT) in China and was a contractual participant in China’s Thousand Talents Plan from about 2012 to 2017. China’s Thousand Talents Plan is one of the most prominent Chinese Talent recruit plans that are designed to attract, recruit, and cultivate high-level scientific talent in furtherance of China’s scientific development, economic prosperity and national security. These talent programs seek to lure Chinese overseas talent and foreign experts to bring their knowledge and experience to China and reward individuals for stealing proprietary information.

In 2020, there were some 372,000 Chinese Nationals registered to attend classes at our universities. Upon graduation, some might stay in America to enjoy the opportunities that are offered by our nation. But. many will return to China, with the information they have acquired in their respective engineering and math departments, where they will be expected to share what they have learned … some of it funded by our own Defense Department.

The letter was submitted to the Editor in Chief in late March. On March 22d, I received the following from the Managing Editor of ARMY Magazine: “Hello LTC King, Thank you very much for your Letter to the Editor of ARMY magazine. We would like to use your Letter in an upcoming issue; however, it is very long at about 850 words. We were wondering if you would be willing to trim the Letter down to about 400 words and send it back? That would be most appreciated. My boss also advises against reusing the paragraph about the 372,000 Chinese students.”

This last request was the first clue as to what was to follow. But I did as requested and shortened my letter to just 432 words and resubmitted it for publication. Today, I received another email from the Managing Editor of ARMY Magazine that said:

“Thank you very much for reworking your Letter to the Editor of ARMY magazine. I’m afraid our Editor in Chief has turned it down for publication. He did not give me a reason.”

The reason is obvious — no one, not even the Editor in Chief of ARMY Magazine is going to do anything, say anything or publish anything that might run contrary to the Administration’s line regarding China.

The Chinese have been stealing our technology and advanced research for years and no one gives a hoot to call it out! The Engineering Departments of our most prestigious universities are full of Chinese Nationals “just getting an education.” But we know when they return home, as many of them do, they will be required to turn over everything they learned — especially when what they learned was paid for by our own Department of Defense.

I know this is a real problem because I have experienced it myself while still the President of a company that manufactured body armor for the DoD. I’ll close with my own experience as I characterized it in my Letter to the Editor:

“I know from my own personal experience what all of this means. As the president of the largest body armor manufacturer, an ITAR controlled item, while supplying body armor to the DoD in the mid to late 2000s, we were asked to assist the Engineering Department of the University of Southern California (USC) with the development of a sensor that would tell a soldier if their body armor was serviceable or not. The program was developing nicely until a group of four Chinese Nationals, students in the Engineering Department of USC, showed up to witness the testing on the solution that they had helped develop. They had been given complete access to an ITAR controlled item and were expecting to be allowed to enter an ITAR controlled facility because their funding had been provided by PM Soldier … the DoD’s guardians of body armor technology.”

The outcome of my personal encounter made me aware that no matter how much I was harassed by the government about my ITAR procedures, protecting body armor information, ensuring all my employees were US Citizens or Green Card Holders — that information, technology and data were being handed over to foreign nations in the name of science and technology.”

If we do not pull our collective heads out of the sand, the Communist Chinese Party IS going to eat our lunch and we will not even see it disappear!

WATCH: Michelle Malkin EXPOSES Critical Race Theory and the Woke Left

Michelle Malkin, a notable Conservative pundit appeared on Newsmax to SEAR the left over their ‘critical race theory’. She exposed the ‘war on whites’ that is currently taking place in our education system.

Hating whites is the most virtuous thing you can do as a leftist. Malkin points that out by saying that the lefties are ‘hurling themselves under the bus to prove their virtue’.

Malkin shows us a play that was cancelled for being ‘too white’ and a 2020 Presidential candidate Marianne Williamson leading her white followers in an ‘apology to black people’.

Even Cartoon Network was caught pushing woke leftist theory to children, as Malkin plays a clip from the network talking about ‘prioritizing white accomplishment’.

Malkin correctly points out that EVERYTHING is racist to the left.

The most troubling video that Malkin shows is one of a child being berated into identifying race. The teacher from Virginia forces the student to identify a person based on race, refusing to actually do it himself. Credit to the student, he does not give in.

People like this teacher should be fired. We must ensure that leftist lunatics do not have access to our children.

They are instilling some INSANE ideologies in our public schools.

It is up to us as Americans to stand up to these woke leftists, and let them know that you will not indoctrinate our children. The Teacher’s Union should be disbanded. At the very least.

This kind of hatred and racism is poison to our society. Lefties will tell you that conservatives are the problem, but they aren’t. Conservatives are just Americans who want to see people have a shred of respect for their country. Not tear it down in the name of woke leftist bullshit.

Skin color does not matter. It never has, and it never will. Anybody telling you otherwise is LYING. We know that.

If we instill this fact into our children, and our society, then the woke mob will have ZERO power over us.

Noah Green, a Nation of Islam follower and Indiana native rammed his vehicle into a security checkpoint of the Capitol on Friday. It occurred on the northern end of the Capitol border wall.

An 18 year veteran of the Capitol Police, William F. Evans, was struck and injured. He was transported to a hospital and later died from his injuries. May he rest in peace.

After crashing, Green then exited the vehicle wielding a knife, and was then subsequently shot by Capitol Police. Green died of his wounds.

In the now deleted Facebook profile of Noah Green, we find out that he was a Louis Farrakhan supporter. Green posted this just DAYS ago.

This attack marks the second notable Islamist attack in the last two weeks. The Colorado shooter was identified as a radical Muslim after he killed 10 people in a supermarket.

Breaking: GOP Will Introduce Bill To Remove ‘WOKE’ MLB’s Anti-Trust Protection After All-Star Game Removed From Georgia

Yesterday, Major League Baseball announced that it was moving the All Star Game from Georgia in 2021 after Georgia lawmakers passed a voting reform bill. The bill includes expanding early voting on weekends, and requiring ID in requesting and submitting an absentee ballot.

Former President Donald Trump issued this statement condemning the reaction, saying that he supports a boycott of the MLB. He also went on to slam other ‘woke’ companies, like Coke and Delta.

GOP Congressmen are responding with legislation to remove the anti-trust protection given to Major League Baseball. The exemption allows for the MLB to block franchise relocations, and allows them to be exempt from all federal commerce law. This is a unique status that Major League Baseball has enjoyed since 1922. Nearly 100 years.

Baseball has not had a relocation, the likes of which we see regularly in the NFL, for 30 years.

The protections that have allowed for this level of control are now coming under fire, as several GOP Congressmen have announced their plans to support legislation removing the anti-trust status. This is a fantastic counter punch. Let us ENSURE and INSIST that the Congressmen follow through.

Let it be known that we are DONE with the woke mob. We are no longer cowering in fear to their demands. Instead, we counter-punch… politically. We beat them at their own game.

A majority of Americans SUPPORT Voter I.D. What Major League Baseball did to its fans and the city of Atlanta over a leftist outcry is reprehensible. Their organization deserves to fail. I will NEVER watch, or attend another game. I hope you will join my boycott.

Americans are stronger than they have ever been. It just takes a realization of who is in control. If we make it clear that our rights are not to be trifled with, we will win in the end. Removing this protection will open the MLB up to a bevy of new lawsuits and expenses. It is a HUGE blow to their corporate suits. A PERFECT counter.

Major League Baseball has announced that they will be moving the 2021 All Star Game from Georgia after the state passed an Election Integrity bill. The new law will expand early voting, and install ID requirements for absentee ballots.

The bill does not involve race. It does not cite race. It was not passed with any kind of racial undertones. It was passed to ensure the integrity of Georgian elections. Yet, the bill is being relentlessly called ‘racist’.

Georgia ALREADY had a voter I.D. requirement for in person voting. Did you hear companies like Coca-Cola denouncing the state then? They didn’t care. They only care now that the DEMOCRATS won’t be able to steal elections, as they did in 2020.

If you are a normal human being, your first question is probably one of two…

Why is Voter I.D. considered racist?

How is voter I.D racist?

It isn’t.

In fact, what does the left’s stance tell you about their REAL feelings towards minorities? Their premise is that minorities in the state of Georgia don’t have the capability to obtain an I.D. That is their argument. Could their be a more racist thought process?

Minorities are just as capable of obtaining I.D. as anybody else.

Voter I.D. is FREE in Georgia. No race is prevented from getting the ID. In fact, it is literally given away for free. Now that we know that the actual bill had NOTHING to do with race, lets look at the real reason that the left is calling the law ‘racist’.

Fear.

The Left is notorious for using race to get what they want. Ask any black community. The politicians come around every few years to stoke the fires, to promise this and that, but they never come through. They never deliver. They use minorities as their political pets. Look at Baltimore and Chicago. Almost 100 YEARS of Democrat control has left those cities looking like war zones. Nobody supports that. Nobody wants that, ESPECIALLY THE PEOPLE LIVING IN IT.

The Left couldn’t care less about minorities. Their policy implications demonstrate that. The politicians like Nancy Pelosi, who pretend and pander to minorities, most often implement the policies that cause the initial devastation, destruction, and harm.

Look at the crime bill passed by Joe Biden in the Senate with mandatory minimums. Hillary Clinton referring to blacks as ‘super predators’.

These people don’t care. What they care about is CONTROL. That is ALL they care about. Republicans have passed several voting reform bills across our country mandating Voter I.D. This is a problem for democrats. They won’t be able to fraudulently STEAL elections anymore.

That is why the bill is attacked as racist.

Don’t believe me? Go ahead and look at how the media treats black conservatives. Look at the way they dragged Clarence Thomas, a man who came from NOTHING. Why did they do that? He represented a threat to their control. Clarence Thomas grew up black, and didn’t become a devout leftist. That was his true crime.

ANYBODY, White, Black, Asian, Hispanic, will be attacked if they disagree with the left. Sure, they have different tactics for different people, but the overall strategy stays the same. Ben Carson can be called a dopey idiot, Obama cannot. Clarence Thomas can be called a pervert creep, Bill Clinton cannot. It has nothing to do with race, and everything to do with political leaning.

The same thing takes place in the abortion debate, where pro-life women are dismissed as ‘idiots’. Their opinion, their SELF, isn’t worthy because their ideology does not align with the left.

All of this stems from a man named ‘Saul Alinsky’. Alinsky was a communist loser who wrote the rule book for the modern left. His book, ‘Rules for Radicals’ was the subject of Hillary Clinton’s ‘senior thesis’ in college.

Clinton’s thesis was entitled ‘There Is Only The Fight’.

Obama was cut from the Alinsky cloth as well, as the term ‘community organizer’ is straight out of the Alinsky playbook. Obama coined himself a ‘community organizer’ for years in Chicago, working for ACORN, or Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now.

Acorn was shut down during the Obama years for being exposed by James O’Keefe. The Project Veritas founder exposed ACORN’s willingness to help a fake ‘prostitution ring’ for ‘underage girls’ in MANY offices. ACORN assisted them in every way, even helping the actors to dodge their taxes.

Why is this important? The tactics. The left seems to be made of ‘Teflon’ because they are playing a MUCH different game than the right. The left plays the Alinsky politics game. They follow the rules for radicals. One of those rules being…

The idea of foregoing an actual debate in pursuit of political smear tactics is very foreign to the normal people of America. That is why we lose. That is why we fall in the trap.

If we dismiss this bullshit as exactly what it is… Bullshit, then it will have ZERO power. They call you racist because they have already lost the battle of ideas. Communism doesn’t work. We know that. Why does it seem popular? It is the only idea that some kids every hear! Fear has pushed the right into a subdued state of anti-confrontation.

People who believe in freedom, truth, and common sense don’t want to spend their days fighting political battles. They want to enjoy their lives, however, when one side is playing dirty, it requires FULL ATTENTION to defeat.

The people using these tactics are evil. The playbook is used in media, politics, and even everyday life. The left will ALWAYS be content with calling you a racist because it ends the conversation. It prevents us from getting to the POINT of the entire political conversation, which is VIABLE ANSWERS.

We don’t get viable solutions when half of the room is operating on a sick, evil, demented power trip. We get chaos.

Our Constitution and Bill of Rights are the antidote to Alinsky-style chaos. Embracing the ideas of freedom and liberty will guarantee our success. At the end of the day, it is not the Left that we are battling, but failure, pain, and suffering.

We know the fruits of communism and socialism are as poisonous as they come.

Georgia won’t be stolen again. That is what we must remember. Even as the left cries and moans, the bill has been passed. The racism charge did not work. This is PROGRESS. We will continue to pass reforms all over our great country to ensure that the left is NEVER able to steal an election again.

It is up to us to CALL OUT THE BULLSHIT, STAND FIRM, AND CONTINUE TO DO WHAT IS RIGHT, EVEN IN THE SNARLING FACE OF EVIL ALINSKY TACTICS. If we do that, America will never fail.

BREAKING: San Diego Teachers Provide IN PERSON Learning For Illegal Immigrants While THEIR OWN Schools Are CLOSED

The San Diego Board of Education has been caught offering a ‘volunteer service’ to allow their teachers to teach migrant children in person at the overrun border facilities.

This is while the schools that the teachers are supposed to be working at are CLOSED due to COVID 19. SDUSD is only providing online classes to its own students, while offering in person education to illegal immigrants.

In person schooling for the citizens isn’t supposed to resume until MID APRIL. It is hybrid as well, so it won’t be the full in person schooling that the illegals receive.

When asked about the plan, the board responded to Fox News with the following statement…

“The San Diego County Office of Education (SDCOE) is providing the educational program for the unaccompanied migrant children who will be staying at the San Diego Convention Center through July. All children in California, regardless of immigration status, have a constitutional right to education. We also have a moral obligation to ensure a bright future for our children,”

Who is paying the bills, exactly? It isn’t the illegal immigrants. It is the PARENTS of the 130k kids who attend San Diego Schools. The taxpayers who followed the rules, paid their share, and did their duty. They get ZERO respect from the liberal establishment. In fact, they get treated worse because of their competence.

The students of San Diego didn’t have a special program for in person learning. A special place to help further themselves. They were locked out of the building.

It shows where the San Diego Education system has its priorities. The pompous Board of Education has obviously forgotten who pays the bills.

Every single person who signed off on this lunacy should be fired, immediately. The people of that community should demand nothing less.

As for the teachers, they are absolutely disgusting. For this entire year we have seen teacher association after teacher association preventing in person learning. Fears of COVID and a “need for a vaccine” have clearly taken precedent over OUR children.

But wait a minute.

The COVID positivity rate for the illegals is about 9%, or 82/700 children.

The COVID positivity rate for the city of San Diego? .0018%.

The facts are clear. These teachers don’t have a fear of COVID, but a disdain for the people who pay their bills, and fill their schools. What is on display here is a HATRED of the American people. Liberal HATRED.

White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki was asked about the question and dismissed it completely. She refused to acknowledge the fact that the illegals were offered in person education BEFORE the children of the taxpayers.

Psaki, what exactly do the parents of San Diego owe the illegal immigrants? The reasoning behind the BS is irrelevant. The illegal immigrants were offered in person education BEFORE THE STUDENTS. Why do illegals have any precedent at all? They shouldn’t even be here in the first place!

I believe that the education system in this country deserves to fail. It has corrupted itself into a state of perpetual negativity. I wish I could call it useless, but it is far too destructive. The education system, and the educators of this country have revealed the truth…

They HATE You. They always have.

Pull your kids out of these schools. Stop giving them your money. They are an embarrassment to our country, and a slap in the face to our citizens. Want education reform? Outlaw the Teacher’s Unions and abolish the Department of Education.

AMERICA LAST: Biden Plans MASSIVE Business Tax Rate Increase To Cover MASSIVE $2 Trillion ‘Green’ Infrastructure Plan

The Biden administration is pushing a business tax increase to pay for their radical, incompetent ‘Green New Deal’. Their plan is to use the word ‘infrastructure’ to mislabel a bill that is absolutely identical to the ‘Green New Deal’.

One of the biggest successes of the Trump administration was lowering the monstrous corporate tax rate of 35% to 21%. Still a high rate, but with exemptions, most companies end up paying much less than that. The freed income allowed our economy to soar to new heights.

Before the ‘COVID pandemic’, consumer confidence was at an all time high. Companies like Apple, Ford, and AT&T announced huge investments on American soil. For the first time in a long time, America was again open for business. It wasn’t being built up by huge burdening government programs, it was done through private sector deals and tax breaks. At ZERO cost to the taxpayer.

The Biden administration couldn’t handle that much success. They are proposing raising the tax rate back up to 28% in order to pay for their HUGE spending plans…

They are set to announce a sweeping new ‘Green’ infrastructure plan today in Pittsburgh. The plan will include up to $4 Trillion dollars in ‘infrastructure spending’.

The plan would include

-$174 Billion in tax subsidies for electric car owners

-$115 BILLION to modernize 20,000 miles of highways, roads and main streets

-More than $300 BILLION for broadband internet access

-$300 BILLION on updating schools and expanding government housing

-$580 BILLION into Job training

-$400 BILLION into elderly care facilities

Now, of course I support updating the infrastructure in this country. It is a huge issue for every American. We see the state of our country.

We also know how much the government already takes from us. They already take $3 TRILLION PER YEAR. They SPEND 7.3 TRILLION per year. We have ZERO results. No matter how high the taxes go, we see NO results. That is because GOVERNMENT is the problem… Not a lack of taxation.

Businesses are already fleeing, as Ford has announced it is scrapping it’s US investment for a plant in Mexico. The rest of our industries will follow. High taxes create an indisputably hostile environment for business owners. In a modern world with travel as convenient as it is, the wealthy will LEAVE.

We see something exactly of this manner in California, as high taxes and government regulation have created a MASS exodus. The American South is now crawling with California migrants.

The government doesn’t make a dollar that it doesn’t take. We must hammer that point home. We can say that it is ‘loving’ and ‘great’ for Biden to pass such a sweeping plan, but the reality is that he is stealing our money to do it. Not only is he stealing our money to do it, he and his government already steals TRILLIONS from us every single year. They are robbing us blind.

The money that they spend isn’t money that comes from us. It is borrowed. The money that they get from us goes right to the debt. Every penny that they spend is borrowed at interests rates unknown to the public. The real national debt is said to be in the HUNDREDS OF TRILLIONS of dollars.

We must end the idea that government can fix our problems, and realize that it is government that CREATES the problem… not government that solves it.

A true American approach would be to take AWAY the business tax. Take AWAY the income tax. Stop taking such massive amounts of money from the people, only for them to see no return. Incentivize and pay private companies based on merit and result. ENCOURAGE COMMERCE.

Government robs us. Not only of our present, but of our future by continuing to spend in such a reckless manner. Not to mention the $1.9 TRILLION plan they JUST passed.

They will spend indefinitely if we allow them, because it is their friends who are getting the handouts and goodies. You can be sure that companies that are friendly with Congress will be seeing a majority of this supposed ‘infrastructure plan’… and the people will foot the bill, once again.
