On Tuesday, opening statements in the trial of Kyle Rittenhouse, an 18-year-old aspiring police officer accused of fatally shooting two men and wounding a third on the night of Aug. 25, 2020, as BLM riots raged in the streets of Kenosha in response to a white-on-black police shooting.
While prosecutors have slapped the teen with two counts of homicide and one count of attempted homicide, Rittenhouse has pleaded not guilty to all charges, claiming self-defense.
Now, new footage has emerged which bolsters his case.
Before the shooting began, Rittenhouse, 17 at the time, was had arrived in Kenosha in order to help keep order and protect businesses from looting and arson.

Now, Human Events’ Jack Posobiec reveals that the FBI sat on potentially exonerating evidence in the Rittenhouse case, where threats against Kyle can clearly be heard before he opened fire, as well as what appear to be muzzle flashes from people shooting at the teen. The Democrat Mainstream Media held out as long as they could, but they are now being forced to declare that Glenn Youngkin won the Gubernational race in Virginia last night.
Youngkin far outperformed expectations, turning Virginia from almost solid blue, to solid red in one night. Youngkin was not the only Republican to win last night. Republicans won the Lieutenant Governor spot, and Attorney General position.
Newsmax and RSBN were among the first networks to call the race for Youngkin.
The Mainstream Media was eager to contest the race. AP announced that Youngkin won around 1am EST.
Republicans took back Virginia last night. In a statement heard around the world, Virginia rejected Biden Globalism in favor of America First Populism. Here is the victory speech.
Just North of Virginia, New Jersey was also holding an Election for Governor. With 88% reporting, the Republican Jack Ciattarelli is currently leading.
The Democrats should be extremely worried. There are more voters than they can cheat against.

The public education system has become increasingly questionable over the years. With increasing focus on the abstract like Critical Race Theory and LGBTQ ideology, we are to question whether school education actually prepares students to be proper working members of society or if it’s just some big social farm uniformly raising an entire generation on a liberal narrative that caters to the few.
Back in early October, the school system dropped to a new low when parents discovered that school libraries the country were distributing illicit (gay) pornography to students. Gender Queer: A Memoir by Maia Kobabe is one such example found in the bookshelves of school libraries. This book not only contains context far too graphic for a teenage student but is also supplemented with images. Yes, images, illustrations depicting two naked men having sex and sucking each other’s penises.
Do you want your kids to see something like that? Is it acceptable for schools to show porn to students?
If for whatever reason your answer is “no”, let’s have a look at what the laws say.
Those who have stumbled onto porn sites will many times notice the site will confirm you are over the age of 18 before continuing onto the “material”. This is a formality that porn distributors do because there can be legal consequences for showing porn to a minor. The Children’s Internet Protection Act (CIPA) requires that E-rate program seeking schools must adopt an internet policy that regulates access to inappropriate matter on the internet. If funding to schools is restricted for schools that don’t have a policy in place to prevent students from seeing porn online, the same should be said for punishing schools that can’t prevent students from seeing porn in a physical copy. Clearly the Feds don’t care about any of that.
As they should be, parents were outraged upon discovering school libraries were displaying pornographic material. Stacy Langton, a mother in Fairfax county, attended a school board meeting several weeks ago to speak up against the obscene and inappropriate content found in the libraries of her county’s schools. In response, crooked Garland and his Fed goons took it upon themselves by dispatching police vehicles, unmarked vehicles, and even a helicopter to the board meeting to intimidate the rightfully outraged parents.
This is the position of the government. They are in full support of the demoralization of our students, and they don’t like it one bit that parents want to do something about it.
On October 4, Garland issued a memorandum directing the FBI to work with school districts and attorneys in stopping the “disturbing spike in harassment, intimidation, and threats of violence against school administrators, board members, teachers, and staff who participate in the vital work of running our nation’s public schools.”
There’s a lot to unpack in this memorandum, and of course like what the government does best, the memorandum is vague in defining what counts as harassment, intimidation, or threats of violence. The vague language ensures that just about anything can count as harassment, intimidation, or threats of violence. Even just showing up to your school board meeting to express your disgust at porn in the school libraries may count as harassment or intimidation, and that might be the case as Stacy Langton had shown us.

The October 4, 2021 Memorandum by Garland
It’s frustrating how one-sided this memorandum is, as if the schools are guiltless angels who are being unjustly harassed by the evil parents. How dare these parents get mad that we are showing their kids gay porn?!
Working alongside Garland are other members and stakeholders of Biden’s immoral administration. America First Legal’s (AFL) letter to Inspector General Michael E. Horowitz discusses some of their actions on the matter, based upon insider information.
Some excerpts from the letter:
“Parents nationwide have protested public school policies and practices associated with, inter alia, the teaching or indoctrination of K-12 students in certain principles of Critical Race Theory and gender-related ideology”
“Key Biden Administration stakeholders, including the National Education Association, the American Federation of Teachers, and others, have combined to oppress, threaten, and intimidate parents to chill and prevent them from exercising the rights or privileges secured by the Constitution”
“In early September, Biden Administration stakeholders held discussions regarding avenues for potential federal action against parents with a key Biden Domestic Policy Council official (Jane Doe #1) and White House staff (John Doe #1). Stakeholders also held discussions with senior department officials, including at least one political appointee in the department’s Civil Rights Division (Jane Doe #2). Jane Doe #1, John Doe #1, and others in the White House separately expressed concern regarding the potential partisan political impact of parent mobilization and organization around school issues in the upcoming midterm elections”
“On or about September 29, citing legal authorities including the Patriot Act, the ‘National School Boards Association’ made public a letter demanding federal action against parents citing authorities including the Patriot Act. The justification for federal action included, inter alia, parents were ‘posting watchlists against school boards and spreading misinformation (sic) that boards are adopting critical race theory curriculum and working to maintain online learning by haphazardly attributing it to COVID-19.’ It is not yet clear whether and to what extent drafts of this letter were shared with Biden Administration officials, including Jane Doe #1 and Jane Doe #2, and whether changes were suggested or made by them, prior to the ostensible public release date”
Biden’s administration and teachers’ unions are working to prevent people from protesting the implementation of Critical Race Theory (CRT) and gender-related ideology in the school curriculum as well as calling for the removal of porn in school libraries. They even went as far as to consider using the US Patriot Act to aid in their efforts at stopping these protests. The Patriot Act, formally known as Uniting and Strengthening America by Providing Appropriate Tools Required to Intercept and Obstruct Terrorism (USA PATRIOT) Act of 2001, is as you can tell from the full name aimed at preventing terrorism. Yes, people protesting CRT or demanding the removal of porn in school libraries are on the same level as terrorists who piloted a plane into a skyscraper or the perpetrators of the 2001 Anthrax attacks.
Ultimately, what this whole debacle shows us is that the people have a voice, and they have used that voice to change a system that they, as taxpayers, deserve to have a say in. However, the government is throwing that all out the window and basically telling us, “listen to what we say or you’re a terrorist!”
We live in a corrupt state that goes against what this country once stood for. If you don’t obey them and abide by their narrative, you’re considered an enemy of the state. They won’t back down from their tyrannical and soulless control of the country, so neither should you from resisting them.
I commend those parents for standing up for what is right, for standing up in the face of crooks who abuse their power to control what we do and what we say, as well as indoctrinating our children to their “woke” agenda and shamelessly calling it a “proper education”. Continue to fight the good fight, and the results of your hard work and convictions will eventually come into fruition.

Over the weekend, Joe Biden went to the G20 conference. It did not go as his staffers planned. Biden could not even keep his eyes open while sitting in the audience.
As you can see in the video, Biden actually had to be woken up by his own staffer.

During his own speech, Biden referred to the ‘great meetings’ he had been in all weekend long. “I know them, they know me. We work together”.
Americans are told that the world now has ‘respect’ for our leader. That the world did not ‘respect’ Trump. I don’t remember President Trump falling asleep on camera.
The truth is that the world has gone back to business as usual, also known as taking advantage of the United States in every way possible.
The rest of the world does not ‘respect’ our new ‘leaders’, they can just take advantage of our country in a much easier way with an IDIOT in control.

I have sorrowful news for all of the readers here at launchliberty.com… Our dear friend Jen Psaki has tested positive for COVID. Even though Psaki is fully vaccinated, she still has COVID-19.
In other words, the vaccine and mask didn’t help little red riding hood in any way at all. That didn’t stop Psaki from relentlessly praising the vaccine in her public statement.

On Wednesday, in coordination with senior leadership at the White House and the medical team, I made the decision not to travel on the foreign trip with the President due to a family emergency, which was members of my household testing positive for COVID-19. Since then, I have quarantined and tested negative (via PCR) for COVID on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. However, today, I tested positive for COVID. While I have not had close contact in person with the President or senior members of the White House staff since Wednesday — and tested negative for four days after that last contact — I am disclosing today’s positive test out of an abundance of transparency. I last saw the President on Tuesday, when we sat outside more than six-feet apart, and wore masks.
Thanks to the vaccine, I have only experienced mild symptoms which has enabled me to continue working from home. I will plan to return to work in person at the conclusion of the ten day quarantine following a negative rapid test, which is an additional White House requirement, beyond CDC guidance, taken out of an abundance of caution.
As we see more individuals that are vaccinated contract COVID-19 across the country, you can’t help but notice the cult-like nature of their initial response.
They almost always begin praising the vaccine, even though they have contracted the very virus the vaccine was supposed to protect them against.
The shot does not work. Family members of mine who are vaccinated recently contracted COVID in a worse case than any of my unvaccinated family had this entire year.
Let us sincerely hope that Jen Psaki gets well, and that her family does to. Jen, I hope you now understand why forcing useless masking, and fake vaccines onto people under threat of firing is insane.
Your precautions, that as you point out were far above the CDC’s guidelines, did not protect you in the slightest from contracting this disease. You say that the vaccine was the reason for you mild symptoms, while studies have found that nearly 40% of people who contract COVID-19 have no symptoms at all.
The truth is that you and the Biden Administration are pushing these restrictions not for the safety of the public, but for the profit of those who fund your campaigns. The same people who harass this site with ridiculous vaccine propaganda.
These pharmaceutical companies are attempting to destroy America in search of never-ending, unthinkable profit. We cannot let it happen.

This is absolutely insane. Former Assistant FBI Director Frank Figliuzzi appeared on Meet The Press back in June to espouse some of the most anti-American rhetoric that I have ever seen.
He actually argued for the attack and arrest of sitting members of Congress who support President Trump.
With news now breaking about possible FBI involvement in the January 6th Capitol protest, it is important to remember the ramblings of this very powerful individual.
This man was the Assistant FBI Director. He wasn’t a janitor. This man was close to running the entire agency.
He views political differences as ground to attack. Pure insanity. He also argued for the political prosecution of his opponents on National Television.
This interview shows the severity of what we are dealing with. The people who run these agencies are completely corrupt, insane, and out of control.
New York City has scrapped its testing option for public employees. All New York City employees are being forced to get fully vaccinated before November 1st.
They are facing losing their jobs during a time of surging inflation. This move will not only impact the responders themselves, but the people they serve.
As pointed out by this gentleman, 70% of the first responders in New York City have herd immunity. Unfortunately, New York City isn’t interested in REAL SCIENCE. They instead push the vaccine at all costs.
30-40% of New York City firefighters are currently unvaccinated, and set to lose their jobs on November 1st. The numbers look about the same for the New York City Police Department, which is set to lose about a third of their officers overnight.
This is pure insanity. These people were just being lauded as heroic ‘front-line workers’ just a few months ago. Now because they reject the most deadly vaccine ever produced, they are treated like trash?
This is wrong. New York City is endangering the citizens that they collect taxes to protect. They are destroying what is left of their infrastructure with tyranny.

Current CIA Director William Burns once served as President of the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace. The National Pulseis now reporting that during his stint as President, Burns worked with Communist Chinese Party influence groups, including the China-United States Exchange Foundation.
CUSEF, or the China-United States Exchange Foundation, is a part of the Chinese Communist Party’s United Front Work Department. It is a Chinese state run agency that looks to squelch any opposition to the CCP.
When Burns testified in front of Congress during his confirmation hearings, he claimed that he had simply ‘inherited’ the ties to the CCP when he became President of the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace. He then claimed that shortly after becoming President, he cut all ties to CCP related organizations.
Even though this document released on April 8th, 2021 by the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace shows the Shanghai Institute for International Studies as a main contributor. It even goes on to say “with inputs and review provided by American and Chinese technical and military experts.”
Burns was confirmed a the CIA Director on March 18, 2021.
The Carnegie Endowment for International Peace is still HEAVILY involved with China.
Yet, Burns was still confirmed by the Senate.
There seems to be out in the open evidence that William Burns NEVER ended his ties to the CCP. Why did the Senate confirm him?
More importantly, why is William Burns allowed to lie under oath? He clearly did JUST THAT. He lied in his testimony, under oath, about his ties to a hostile foreign power. He now sits at the helm of possibly the most powerful law enforcement agency on the planet.
His corrupt ties are RIGHT OUT IN THE OPEN for EVERYBODY to see. We have to wonder why Congress didn’t look.
If that wasn’t enough, a member of the board of trustees of the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace is Zhang Yichen. Zhang Yichen runs a Chinese state owned bank. Yichen had reportedly paid the Carnegie Endowment a sum of over $2 million.
This is UNACCEPTABLE. William Burns needs to be REMOVED as the Director of the CIA. We cannot allow somebody with such explicit ties to a hostile foreign power run our intelligence agencies.
Burns should be prosecuted for lying under oath to Congress. If he had been honest about his blatant ties to China, he most assuredly would not be the CIA director today.
We must deal with the corruption, lies, and deceit surrounding the current CIA director. We cannot have foreign operatives running our intelligence agencies.
This is further proof that the scale and size of these organizations like the CIA must be curtailed. We cannot have politicized goon squads running around persecuting citizens and taking money from Chinese Nationals.
For those who are not familiar with US House of Representative Ilhan Omar, she represents the 5th Congressional District in Minneapolis — you know … the one who said about the 9/11 Attack on America – “Some people did something” …
Well, here is some background: Ilhan Abdullahi Omar was born in Somalia, rescued from a refugee camp in Kenya, and is now an American politician serving as the U.S. Representative for Minnesota’s 5th Congressional District since 2019. She is a member of the Democratic–Farmer–Labor Party and is a member of the “Squad” – a left wing radical group that supports left wing progressive policies in Congress and is anti-Israel and anti-Semitic.
Her constituents in the 5th Congressional District are majority Somali emigrants transplanted there during the Obama Administration.
Omar is mired in so many legal and ethical issues that it boggles the mind – you know, small stuff like did she marry her brother to circumvent US immigration law. She has little regard for the country that rescued her and she has little to no regard for the laws and customs of the United States – choosing instead to bring to America her Muslim based ideology. And therein lies the issue that I want to discuss today.
Since the death of George Floyd in Minneapolis, the Minneapolis Progressive City Council has pushed to defund the Minneapolis Police Department. And, so they did – that is, until crime started to rise and the citizens started to complain to the Council. Enough complaints that after some time passed, the Council started to reconsider their earlier decision and began to reverse their stand on defunding the police and instead started to refund the police.
But that did not sit well with Omar! We see her ire reflected in a Fox News Headline dated October 25th:
“Ilhan Omar Blames ‘Dysfunctional’ Police For Minneapolis Violent Crime Spike”
Seriously, you cannot make this stuff up. Take away the police department’s money, resources and people and then turn around and announce that crime is spiking because the department is dysfunctional!?? To understand the irony, one needs to understand that Omar has a plan —
“Omar’s approach to crime includes backing a Nov. 2 ballot measure to replace the entire Minneapolis police department with a “Department of Public Safety.” The measure would remove the requirement that the city have a minimum number of officers based on the city’s population.”
It is important to note that Omar has the support of Minnesota’s Attorney General Keith Ellison, a practicing Muslim, who told the AP in an interview on October 3rd of this year that:
“… amendment supporters simply want “more tools to guarantee public safety, more than just a police-only model. They want other people who have expertise in mental health, housing, violence reduction and intervention” who are better trained to handle situations that armed police now face alone.” One must ask the question: Is that really the agenda here?
As always, we have to watch very closely when the Progressive wing of the Democrat Parry is on the move as they are in Minnesota. With Omar leading the charge and Ellison in agreement and providing support, I believe that the ballot proposal being considered is simply a Trojan Horse …
A means to move the police out of the way and over time, replace today’s policing in Minneapolis with Sharia Law. Sounds impossible in America – right? Wrong!! There are movements underway in other parts of the country where the population has clearly stated that Sharia Law supersedes the Constitution and they would prefer to see it that way. Don’t think so? Checkout Hamtramck, Michigan.
Once a Polish Immigrant population with a church on almost every corner — today, the entire City Council is Muslim, the churches have almost uniformly disappeared and been replaced by mosques and a population that openly expresses its desire to have Sharia Law.
Dearborn, Michigan is not far behind. For now, none of them have actually pulled the trigger on making the break. But Omar’s ballot proposal will do just that. Her ballot initiative is the Trojan Horse at the gate — If the City of Minneapolis votes for this ballot initiative, it will open the door to every jurisdiction in the United States that has a majority‑minority Muslim population.
America needs to watch very carefully what happens in Minneapolis, Minnesota next Tuesday. If the ballot initiative passes, you can be sure the Biden Administration will do nothing to push back on it — In fact, it might very well embrace it. And if that happens, it won’t be long before your local police are replaced with the “Mutawa!”
Who are the Mutawa?:
Formed in 1940, the Mutawa is tasked with enforcing Islamic religious law – Sharia – in public places. This includes rules forbidding unrelated males and females to socialize in public, as well as a dress code that encourages women to wear a veil covering all but their eyes.
I suspect some may read this and denounce me as Islamophobic – so be it! Others might see a conspiracy theory here — maybe … but what I see is a very well-crafted plan to take America where she might not otherwise want to go.

The Gateway Pundit recently posted an article detailing the actions of Arizona ‘Oath Keeper’ Ray Epps on January 5th and 6th. In the article, it is revealed that Epps has not been arrested following the protest.
Epps was initially placed in the photographs of wanted individuals surrounding the protests. He was featured as picture #16, as you can see below. This post was made by the FBI on January 8th.

What was Epps doing at the protest? We have many videos that show that he was one of the main individuals telling people to go to, and enter the Capitol.
Here is Ray Epps on the night of January 5th telling an interviewer that Americans need to ‘go into the Capitol tomorrow’.

Epps obviously had plans to encourage people to enter the Capitol. That is exactly what he did. Here is a video of Epps on January 6th telling protestors to “Go to the Capitol, where our problems are”…

Epps did not stop with words. There is video evidence suggesting that he may have provoked the first incident of violence at the Capitol.
As protestors approach the first police barricade, protestor Ryan Samsel begins to get violent with police. He is then stopped by Epps. Epps then whispers something to Samsel, followed by a push from Samsel and the rest of the crowd.

So far, Epps has openly espoused that Americans should enter the Capitol, and colluded with Ryan Samsel to overtake the police. Samsel himself is still in jail to this day, Epps is free.
Next, Epps made his way to the Capitol steps where he can be seen pushing a Trump sign over the police.

Why is Ray Epps getting special treatment while people that were right next to him are sitting in solitary confinement? One may speculate that he was working with the Feds.
As mentioned earlier, Epps is a member of the ‘Oath Keepers’. Here he is with ‘Oath Keepers’ leader Stewart Rhodes.
Stewart Rhodes has ALSO not been arrested following the events of January 6th. Members of ‘Beer Politics’ tracked down Epps to his home and questioned why he is still a free man.
Epps obviously had nothing to say.
