This appears to be the first case in which a mask mandate has been ruled unconstitutional, perhaps setting a precedent for the rest of the country.
The First District of Florida contains the city of Gainesville, which includes the University of Florida. College Campuses have been a hotbed for tyranny, so it will be interesting to see how they respond.
Attorney Jeff Childers was arguing on behalf of his client Jeff Green. Green owns a plant nursery, and was harassed by Alachua County Health officials forcing himself and his customers to wear masks.
This is a huge victory for freedom. This ruling will protect future Floidians from tyranny. We need a Supreme Court ruling to shoot down the entire idea of mask mandates.
The mask mandates are a clear violation of the fourth amendment.
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
You have the right to be secure in your own persons. You have the right to set the rules within your own home, or your own business. Government officials do not get to barge in and dictate to you the nature of your business.
That is against the basis of the founding of our country.
The Fauci emails proved exactly what was going on the entire time. Our leaders thought that we were dumb. That they could tell us to do virtually anything.

With 192 people hospitalized in the entirety of the State, that means that .000032% of the state population is hospitalized due to COVID-19. This constitutes a renewal of the State of Emergency?
What is really going on here?
Maryland currently ranks 8th in the nation in total vaccination rate. “Our World In Data” estimates that 52% of Maryland residents are fully vaccinated.
No restrictions, half of the population vaccinated, .000032% hospitalized due to COVID-19. YET, the State of Emergency was renewed.

Another day, and another suicide involved with the Clinton’s public life.
Alabama News Anchor Christopher Sign, who broke the infamous story of the Bill Clinton-Loretta Lynch tarmac meeting in the midst of the Clinton email investigation and 2016 Election, was found dead in his home Saturday of an apparent suicide. Sign was 45 years old.
In the midst of the 2016 Presidential Race, Hillary Clinton was being investigated by the Justice Department for deleting a reported 33,000 Congressionally subpoenaed emails.
It was a story throughout the entire 2016 campaign. Trump even confronted Clinton about her deleted emails in the debates.
The tarmac meeting was in late June of 2016. Loretta Lynch and Bill Clinton had reportedly found out that they were on the same airport tarmac, and decided to have a meeting about ‘their grandkids’.
Lynch said this about the meeting in an interview with Jake Tapper.
I do regret sitting down and having a conversation with him, because it did give people concern. And as I said, my greatest concern has always been making sure that people understand that the Department of Justice works in a way that is independent and looks at everybody equally,” Lynch said.
“And when you do something that gives people a reason to think differently, that’s a problem. It was a problem for me. It was painful for me, and so I felt it was important to clarify it as quickly and as clearly and as cleanly as possible
The really strange part was what occurred just days later. On July 5th, 2016, then-FBI Director James Comey held a press conference in which he announced that he would ‘not recommend charges’ in the case of the Clinton emails.
This is quite literally just DAYS after the supposed tarmac meeting.
The FBI is not a prosecuting entity. They are simply enforcers. FBI directors do not get to determine whether somebody is guilty or innocent. They are simply collectors of supposedly unbiased information.
The prosecuting would have been left to the Justice Department, whose leader subsequently was busy meeting with Bill Clinton on a tarmac just DAYS before the FBI announces, illegitimately, that they do not recommend charges. What a coincidence.
Christopher Sign was the reporter who broke that story. He lived in Alabama. He had multiple children. He was found dead of an apparent suicide in his home on Saturday morning.
Just 45 years old with multiple children, a successful career. What an absolute tragedy.
For the Clintons, this is no abnormality. A TON of people connected with Clintons have committed suicide, or been suddenly and abruptly silenced.
Seth Rich, a former DNC staffer who was said to be responsible for the 2016 DNC email leak. Just 5 days after James Comey announced no charges for the Clintons, Seth Rich was shot twice in the back outside of his Washington D.C. residents at 4:20am.
Police still have no leads as to who killed Rich, or why.
Sign is just another individual who seems to have caused problems for the Clintons, only to find himself dead of a mysterious, sudden death at a young age.
May he rest in peace. I would like to ask my audience to please pray for Chris’s family. He was a father, a husband, and a patriot. God rest his soul.

Aside from the obvious Second Amendment attacks here, there are aspects of this law that also can be construed as an attack on our Fourth, Fifth, Eighth and Ninth Amendment rights. In his book, Influence: The Psychology of Persuasion, Dr. Robert Cialdini and Malcom Gladwell in his book, Tipping Point, both discuss the concepts of social proof and suicide.
The fact that once something is done, it creates social awareness and perhaps at some level reduces the societal prohibitions against the taboo of suicide. One would argue that it seems unlikely, because it seems almost everyone had their mother ask them “if your friends jumped off a bridge, would you do it too?”
The fact is, that while there have been incidents of violence throughout American history where our collective conscience has been seared. None have been more calamitous or disturbing than the pointless and abject violence of the Columbine and Sandy Hook massacres.
There are other examples of mass shootings such as the Las Vegas massacre 1 October 2017. They are pointless assaults on our collective conscience that forever wreaked death and untold havoc on the victims and their families.
As awful as these incidents, and others have been, the progressive liberal left has used this to engage in an all out assault on gun ownership. The assault on gun ownership is unconstitutional and historically unprecedented in America.
The problem is that the liberal left wants to take the hyper-emotional angst of soul-enveloping grief and use that as the provocation to disarm a vast population and deprive us all of our constitutionally protected right to bear arms.
Hyper emotionalism and the demands that we “do something” distract us from the real issues of mental health driven by the destruction of the American family, and the emasculation of the American male. We are doing our society collective and irreparable harm by suggesting that the manufacturers of firearms should be responsible for the infinitesimal fraction of gun owners who have broken the law with their products.
This is stupidity. Plain and simple. Only someone with an inappropriate political axe to grind thinks that rolling back our Constitutional right to bear arms, secured by our Second Amendment, is a good idea.
The left is waging war starting with the inappropriate, inaccurate application of labels and talking about how a weapon “appears” without understanding the practical nature of their statements. Or perhaps more disturbingly – they do understand it and that’s part of the plan to destroy freedom and replace it with societal controls.
Starting in the 2010s most recently, Class B commercial trucks, sometimes referred to as straight trucks because the cargo area is attached to the cab and does not articulate, have been used by terrorists in Vehicle-Ramming attacks. Does this mean we should restrict the use of commercial delivery vehicles to only the military? It’s not a straight truck anymore – now we need to refer to them as “Assault Delivery Vehicles.” Stupid, right? The label itself is an inaccurate pejorative designed for a political purpose and not for any practical reality.
Or, how about all those knives that have been used to kill people over the years … let’s see they are no longer carving knives, butcher knives, bread knives, letter openers … no – they are “assault knives” which come in varying lengths and can also be used in your kitchen or at the dinner table. Let’s make the entire country like an airport lounge – only plastic knives. Whatever – Face Palm Emoji.
It is not the tool that defines the crime. It is not the location that defines the crime. Apparently the liberal and progressive media & politicians don’t seem to care that most mass shootings have occurred in locations that were supposed to be “gun free zones.” Why is that an important distinction? Because mass shooters bent on creating a name for themselves specifically went for locations that would be soft targets.
The problem is the lawbreakers, not the law abiders. And the simple fact that most liberals seem incapable of grasping is the fact that the only people impacted by laws are those who follow them. Not those who break them. And the reason we should not disarm our population is three-fold: 1) personal protection 2) protection against an over-zealous government and 3) protection against foreign invaders.
Solution: Eliminate this pseudo-label of “assault weapon.” Let’s return to calling weapons by their actual names. Long rifle, shotgun, handgun, pistol, automatic rifle, semi-automatic rifle, target rifle, hunting rifle and self-defense weapons. We need to stop allowing so called social-progressives to define the debate by applying the labels that are unfairly and inaccurately pejorative.
What will happen here:Hunting is fading in popularity, and even rural areas are becoming less rural. The advance of the socio-liberal agenda aggressively pursued by the anti-gun lobby has made its ways into our schools and universities. Unless we get more aggressive in educating kids on why responsible animal conservation includes hunting, and unless we explain why it is important to retain our right to bear arms – we may lose our only bulwark against a government that threatens to become too aggressive and insert itself too far into our personal lives.

Two nonprofit organizations funded by Mark Zuckerberg spent a combined $51 Million on the November 3, 2020 Election, and the January 5th runoff election in Georgia. The groups spent a total of $419 Million on the elections nationwide.
Breitbart reported that the money influenced…
1) Private monies dictated city and county election management contrary to both federal law and state election plans endorsed and developed by state legislatures with authority granted by the United States Constitution.
2)Executive officials in swing states facilitated, through unique and novel contracts, the sharing of private and sensitive information about citizens within those states with private interests, some whom actively promote leftist candidates and agendas.
3)Swing state governors also started issuing emergency executive orders shutting down in-person voting while pouring new state resources into encouraging persons to vote in advance. Polling data revealed this coordinated assault on in-person voting generally favored Democrat Party voters who preferred to vote in advance, while placing Republicans, who preferred to vote in person, at a disadvantage. These actions represent the beginning of the formation of a two-tier election system favoring one demographic while disadvantaging another demographic.
Back on April 27, 2021, Breitbart posted a report about the State of Idaho banning the private funding of Election administration. The bill was aimed at stopping some of the cracks that were exploited by the radical left in 2020.
In the report, the reporter detailed Mark Zuckerberg’s massive investment into the 2020 Election. The report reads…
Private funding of election administration was virtually unknown in the American political system until the 2020 presidential election, when Facebook CEO and founder Mark Zuckerberg and his wife Priscilla Chan donated $350 million to the Center for Technology and Civic Life (CTCL), which provided funding to county and municipal governments around the country for election administration, and $69 million to the Center for Election Innovation and Research (CEIR), which provided funding to 23 state governments, primarily through the Secretary of State’s office, also for the funding of election administration.
Georgia accounts for 3.2% of the U.S. population.
Yet, over 12% of the $419 Million donated by Zuckerberg was spent in the State of Georgia. It’s almost like their efforts were focused on this swing State.
Even more damning, another nonprofit funded by Zuckerberg, The Center for Election Innovation and Research, provided more than $5.5 Million directly to the office of CORRUPT Secretary of State of Georgia, Brad Raffensperger. That is according to their own website, here.
Georgia used CEIR grant funds in both the November general election and January runoff election to encourage voters to apply for a ballot online. This approach sped up the process for both voters and election officials while also making it easier to track application status. Georgia also used the funds to counteract disinformation, issuing public service announcements warning voters of disinformation and encouraging them to report fraud to the Secretary of State hotline.
The Zuckerberg groups spent at least four times as much per citizen in Georgia than any other state. Their intentions were clear.
The margin of victory for Joe Biden was around 12,000 votes in Georgia. Could the blitz of funding by Zuckerberg and co. really be responsible for a Joe Biden presidency?
The questionable behavior of Secretary of State of Georgia Brad Raffensperger makes complete sense. He was being paid, directly, by groups looking to get Democrats elected. No wonder he was trembling and shaking while refusing to honor the findings of his own office. He simply signed off on this fraudulent election. He committed TREASON.
It’s no wonder that Zuckerberg would fund Democrats. Under President Joe Biden, Zuckerberg has become emboldened to ban the Former President of the United States for TWO YEARS. Banning Conservatives left and right. Even attacking this very site.
There is no question which political affiliation is supported by Facebook. They only ban the right. They refuse to ban the Left.
How can Zuckerberg give money to election administrations in such a skewed and biased way? Through the use of nonprofit organizations, Zuckerberg was able to spend $419 Million rigging the system for his candidate of choice. For reference, Donald Trump’s campaign ONLY spent $322 Million in 2016.
Zuckerberg outspent entire campaigns. The personally limit for political donations is $2,900 per election. Zuckerberg spent $419 Million.
How is he not held accountable?
This is not the only thing that Zuckerberg needs to be held accountable for. Throughout this COVID pandemic, he has censored truth. He has continually prevented Launch Liberty from warning the public about the origins of COVID-19 in Wuhan.
Not just Launch Liberty, but many others. They also prevented us from sharing articles about the effectiveness of Hydroxychloroquine and Zinc. A crime against humanity.
How many perished because of Facebook’s censorship? They should be fully held accountable as the Monopoly that they represent.

We have been covering this audit since the very beginning. The counting is about to be completed on the largest forensic election audit in U.S. history. Reportedly, some pallets are missing up to 20% of the ballots that should be there.

Of course, Todd never asks Fauci if he was actually in communication with Mark Zuckerburg. Evidence that damning gets dismissed immediately as ‘conspiracy theory’.
Earlier in the appearance, Fauci goes into a long and uneventful explanation as to why he said we didn’t need masks early on during the pandemic. His response was ‘we didn’t know if there would be a shortage of masks for medical professionals’.
Well, that doesn’t really answer the question! We have Fauci emails from early on in the pandemic. We know that he understood that they didn’t work to protect people from COVID, at all. Here is that email.
Does that sound like a man preventing a ‘shortage’ to you? It sounds like more a man who understands that these masks never worked at all.
This is nowhere close to ‘preposterous’, as Fauci claims. It is real evidence.
Worse is what Dr. Fauci did concerning the drug Hydroxychloroquine. Fauci was able to get all COVID-19 Hydroxychloroquine trials supended by the WHO. We now know that Fauci understood just how effective Hydroxychloroquine was against COVID.
Because of Dr. Fauci’s staunch public anti-Hydroxychloroquine stance, millions may have not have gotten the life saving dose that they needed.
If you remember, the drug was highly touted by President Trump. IF Fauci had allowed the drug to be pushed, how many more lives would have been saved? Fauci committed TREASON against our country when he got these medical trials halted.
Of course, this was never mentioned by Chuck Todd. Just more brown nosing.
Fauci is quick to use the term ‘Science’. He uses it often, and he does it for a reason. The word Science has become synonymous with the word truth. When Democrats scream about the perils of ‘climate change’, they abuse the word ‘science’.

Science is not something that is set in stone. It isn’t even a core set of facts. Scientific evidence is really what they are referring to. Scientific evidence is the result of something called the ‘Scientific Method’.
The core principle, or idea of Science is that many different people will come up with many different answers. The process is designed so that individuals can ascertain different conclusions in some areas, and the same conclusions in other areas.
Science is more of a process than anything. That is why it is so insane to hear somebody like Anthony Fauci using the term like he just did. He knows exactly what he is doing.
Fauci dismisses the contacts that he had with Mark Zuckerburg because he knows that he has his audience bought hook, line, and sinker. He knows that they won’t look it up. Fauci’s whole media persona is based on the idea that he is the ‘ultimate expert’.
Fauci uses the word Science like he does because he knows it will immediately stop half of the population from questioning it. You don’t question SCIENCE.
That is quite literally the point that Fauci is making. Don’t ever question the science.
How could that be when Science quite literally revolves around asking questions? The truth is that people like Fauci aren’t practicing Science. If they did, they wouldn’t lie to you about the effectiveness of PPE based on whether they thought there was a shortage or not.
They would tell you the facts and allow you to come to your own conclusion. Instead, what we see is closer to religion. Blind followers following the dim light of a con man.
I have said this before, and I will say it again. Fauci deserves to spend the rest of his life in a cell. He should never again see the light of day. He did irreperable damage to our country, and made a hell of a lot of money doing it.

We are finally starting to see the effects of endless spending hoisted upon us by the big government politicians. Prices are continuing to soar, and they show no sign of stopping anytime soon.
As our inflation continues to soar, and our normal residents are struggling with the prices of their food bill, the rich just keep getting richer.
Stocks actually traded higher on the news of inflation. These people are making more money than ever before, all while our dollars continue to devalue, and all while our costs go through the roof.
The Socialists Democrats have told us that we should just use government programs to redistribute wealth. That’s largely what we have done. To suggest that the United States has a capitalist system would be wrong. We are a socialist nation.
Look at our top companies… Facebook, Google, Amazon, Twitter, Microsoft, Apple, Walmart. What do they all have in common? Government granted monopolistic control of the market. Facebook, Google, and Twitter, especially, would not be where they are today without their Section 230 status.
Why were they afforded this protection? They were favored. They were our chosen winners.
We are already a Socialist country. We saw the manifestation of this in the last year, where government time and time again has passed stimulus and funding bill after funding bill. Relief bills, rescue plans, all in the name of helping the people.
In reality, the people got scraps. They got pennies on the dollar compared to what the government even takes from them in a single year. It was all a joke. A very expensive joke.
The real winners were the piss poor airline boards, filled with a bunch of rich snobs who got bailed out… again….
Or the bankers who got bailed out… again…
Or the billions of dollars that we paid out to foreign countries… again…
Notice that none of the entities that we were forced to bail out, again, will ever show us a lick of gratitude for what we did. In fact, they’ll bet on our own demise, and make a hell of a lot of money doing it.
What kind of interest rate do they charge you when you want to put a meal for your family on a credit card? 15%? 25%?
Guess how much interest they pay on the taxpayer bailouts? ZERO. In fact, they don’t even pay it back. They just keep it. They needed it anyway!
Now, at the expense of dispensing money like it was infinite, we get to deal with rampant inflation. In other words, we are finding out that you can’t just give out free money. We are learning the hard way.
Prices are going to continue to soar. That’s because government spending continues to soar.
The only way to counteract inflation this historically devastating is to SLASH government spending. We need to stop hemorrhaging money as a nation, and begin to pay off our massive debts.
China, as President Trump has pointed out, should be forced to cancel all of the United States’ debt that it holds for unleashing COVID-19 on the world. That is a great start. However, at the current pace, ten trillion dollars would be spent in about a year. This is not acceptable.

Think of the total assets of Apple. All of the factories, labs, stores, scientists, engineers, lawyers, executives, development teams, artists, commercial, sales, all of it. All of it is worth about $2.11 trillion. Same with Amazon, which is worth $1.68 trillion.
Think of all the things that those companies accomplish with that amount of money, then realize that government spends 3x that figure every single year. Every single year. Yet, we have NOTHING to show for it. Nothing.
The amount of money being spent by government is astronomical, to say the absolute least. It is other-worldly. Unthinkable. An unimaginable amount of cash. Yet, nobody sees a benefit. It all just seemingly disappears.
Now Biden and the Dems actually want to spend MORE. The Green New Deal that they want to throw over our heads is estimated to cost around $51-$93 TRILLION over the next 10 years.
This is what these RADICALS are embracing.
That is what big government does. That is ALWAYS what big government does. Granted, the idea of giving the keys to a bunch of corporations is no good, either. That is exactly what people like Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan did and have done. It is just a tiny bit better than big government.
When you see your prices rising, and don’t understand why, just know that it was the government spending that did it to you. The costs didn’t go up, the dollar in your hand is actually worth less.
Just one of the many pitfalls of big government.
We all get to feel the impact of the insanely idiotic policies that the big government authoritarians in Washington D.C. have casted over our heads.
Prices will continue to soar as long as government spending is altered. Spending more will only accelerate the process.
