The Biden Justice Department is now seeking to create new laws in order to specifically charge domestic terrorists. They claim that the current laws against arson, and other charges are not enough punishment.
Brad Wiegmann, deputy assistant Attorney General for the Department of National Security Division said that the DOJ is looking into a whole new kind of authority to deal with the issue. He said…
“One of the things we’re looking at is would we need new authorities”
Wiegmann went on to say…
“Currently, no U.S. law lets the government designate domestic extremists as terrorists or bring specific charges for domestic terrorism. That contrasts with laws to combat international terrorism, which allow the government to designate groups and bring charges for providing those groups with material support”
Who is the Biden Department of Justice talking about? Not BLM. Not Antifa. They aren’t focusing on the Left wing mobs that go out and cause billions of dollars in damage.
The Biden administration, like a weak bully, is being pushed around by other world leaders. They don’t focus on China because China cleans their clock. They don’t focus on Russia because Russia laughs at them. They are instead focused on Conservatives, or as they call them, ‘white supremacists’. Of course, the Conservatives aren’t the ones pushing racist critical race theory, that would be the institutional Left.
Unfortunately, facts don’t matter to this administration. More importantly, the rule of law doesn’t matter to this administration. Especially to Merrick Garland.
All I can say about Garland is that I’m happy the Republicans in Congress stopped him from becoming a Supreme Court Justice.
Nobody wants white supremacy. However, we all understand how loosely that term is thrown around. The Left calls Donald Trump a white supremacist.
Does that look like a White Supremacist to you?
For a supposed ‘white supremacist’, Trump surely has no problem hanging out with people who aren’t white.
Trump even funded a Jesse Jackson run for President years back.
As you can see, the left calls Trump a ‘white supremacist’ because it is politically convenient for them. It stokes hate, fear, and worry. In that way, the Democrats can swoop in with all of their power grabbing legislation.
It doesn’t matter to them that the charge is a blatant lie. They gain power from the ramifications.
Government will pretend to give you as many answers as you want, as long as they get to expand their power whilst they do it.
The goal of these new laws is not to ‘stop white supremacy’… It is an expansion of power. Another tool for the state to use in order to prosecute anybody who stands up to the bureaucracy.
On its face, the idea of widespread white supremacy is absolutely ludicrous.
Black supremacy is WAY more prevalent. It is promoted. Didn’t Marvel just make a movie called ‘Black Panther‘ a few years ago? Are the creators of that movie going to be charged when the new laws are put in the books? Absolutely not. Its not about stopping racism, it is about persecuting dissent.
Democrat Representative from Pennsylvania, Matt Cartwright, said this on the issu…
“This is a cancer on our country,”
“Right-wing extremist attacks and plots have greatly outnumbered those from all other groups combined and caused more deaths as well.”
When you fail to recognize groups like ANTIFA and Black Lives Matter as extremist, but instead choose to target Trump supporters, you have lost all credibility. Those left wing groups have caused BILLIONS in damages around our country. They are far more dangerous than ANY right wing group that you could name.
It is more of the same partisan law enforcement that we now see every single day in America. Our leaders bury their heads in the sand when left wing extremists burn businesses, loot stores, and kill people. Yet, they spend their days crafting new laws in order to persecute Trump supporting Conservatives. It makes you wonder whose side they are really on.
oConservatives are not, in any way, a white supremacist group. Republicans are not racist. The Republican party was STARTED to defeat slavery. Its roots are on the RIGHT SIDE of history.
The Democrats are the party of Jim Crowe. The Democrats are the party of slave owners. The Democrats are the party of modern authoritarianism. The Democrats did it all, yet now want to persecute the party that ended their reign of terror.
You want to find domestic terrorism, look no further than the IRS, ATF, FBI, CIA, and NSA. Those organizations are more corrupt and out of control than any American citizen could ever dream of being.
These laws are going to be crafted, and used to target Conservatives. Imagine the ramifications of some stinking bureaucrat being able to label you a terrorist because they disagreed with your political opinion. That is where we are.
For many, this is already a reality. Trump supporters who entered the Capitol on January 6th, 2021 still sit in jail, today, without bond. Many of them in solitary confinement. Most of their crimes amount, essentially, to trespassing.
There are people who murder human beings and are treated better.
These folks are political prisoners. While their actions may have been irresponsible and reckless, and criminal in some instances, there is absolutely ZERO justification for this kind of treatment for trespassing. It is a small peak into what this administration believes they are empowered to do.
This country is becoming a total police state tyranny with every passing day. We cannot survive four years of Democrat authoritarianism. WE MUST get America First candidates into office. We must investigate the abuses of power. Most importantly, we must ensure that something like this never happens again in our country.
It isn’t about one race, or one religion. It is about the culture of freedom in America. It is about preserving the rights and liberties that allow us to have such prosperity and independence.
These new laws being crafted by the Biden DOJ are completely partisan. This MADNESS needs to stop!
