Jerry Nadler, Democrat House Representative From New York, is announcing his legislation today to expand the Supreme Court from 9 Justices to 13.
In the Bill, the Democrats would be allowed to appoint the 4 additional justices. This is what so many in the media and Republican party have warned about.
‘Court packing’ was the terminology. We have had 9 Supreme Court Justices since the end of the Civil War in the late 1800s. The process has been largely the same since then.
Biden was asked by reporters about court packing during his campaign, and he refused to answer the question. He said that the voters do not deserve to know his intentions, and that Trump was playing ‘a game’ by asking Biden about court packing.
The reason that Democrats want to expand the Supreme Court is because it is the only branch of Government that they do not explicitly control.
Though Congress ultimately decides who ends up on the Court, they do not control the Justices after they approved.
For instance, Clarence Thomas wrote a very important piece just a few weeks ago about the Supreme Court dealing with Big Tech censorship. Congress hates that Clarence Thomas might actually have a say in the governing process.
One of the largest victories of the Trump administration was the appointment of THREE new Supreme Court justices. Neil Gorsuch, Brett Kavanaugh, and Amy Coney Barrett. You can argue as to the strength of each of those justices, but they are no doubt better than the authoritarian activists that would have been put in by the Democrats.
Trump contibuted to 1/3 of the current Supreme Court. That is why the Democrats want to destroy it.
In the debates, Trump and Chris Wallace pushed Biden over the question of packing the court.
Biden refused to answer, further dismissing the idea. We now know why!
This administration, along with the Democrat Occupying Forces in Congress are in an all-out sprint to dismantle our Constitution, and our National Security.

“The Pentagon on Monday announced a $125 million military aid package for Ukraine, including two armed-patrol boats to help the country defend its territorial waters. Now, let’s put this into perspective … For the past several weeks, Vladimir Putin has been massing tanks and troops on the border with Ukraine … while his purpose is not clear, there is good reason to believe that he is continuing his conquest to bring back the glory days of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, the USSR.

At a minimum, he is testing the resolve of the Biden Administration to support and even defend the sovereign nation of Ukraine. What all the pundits agree upon is that if Putin senses even the slightest weakness in the support to Ukraine, he will send his forces in to see how much land he can regain. That includes any hesitance in the response from other NATO Allies including Turkey and Germany, the two NATO Allies with the most economic ties to Russia.
The US plays a vital role in all of this since we are the nation that leads the NATO Alliance … If the Alliance stands strong, there is little incentive for Putin to try and annex any part of Ukraine.
But there appears to be a “fly in the ointment” — Little Joey Biden!
Congress appropriated $275 million in military aid for Ukraine, but the Biden Administration has chosen to withhold $150 million of it looking for “key defense reforms”! So, the first question we must ask … Is this the time to withhold aid, which the US Congress felt was vital to the defense of Ukraine? This does not send a signal of strength to the potential aggressor … in fact, it does just the opposite.
Biden’s action is reminiscent of the Obama Administration who let Crimea slip away on his watch while sending the Ukraine blankets and Meals Ready to Eat as Putin expropriated the land he coveted. Not until President Trump provided “tank buster” weapons to Ukraine were Putin’s ambitions put on hold.
The American people must call for the immediate and unwavering support for the Ukraine and the IMMEDIATE release of all the funding provided by the Congress! This will provide the Ukrainian military with the resources that they will need to withstand the current threat from Russia.
What we do not want to see from “Jelly Legs Biden” is any commitment of US Forces inside Ukraine! Not one soldier should give his or her life in this fight — not one! And let’s not forget — the Socialist Democrats felt it was important to impeach Donald Trump for withholding such funds from Ukraine, so we are compelled to ask the second question …
This time, it was CNN Technical Director Charlie Chester exposing the network.
Chester boasted about getting Trump out of office. He also admitted to using COVID and the ‘Death Toll Tracker’ to get more ratings.

Project Veritas has hit CNN before. In October of 2019, Project Veritas posted a video exposing CNN President Jeff Zucker’s personal vendetta against President Donald Trump.
This past year we have heard an awful lot about the ‘George Floyd’ Riots. Roving gangs of ‘angry protestors’ burning, looting, and killing in the name of defiance.
On it’s face, it doesn’t really make any sense. The people who are protesting didn’t know George Floyd. They didn’t see the circumstances that led to his death. The protestors didn’t hear anything about the George Floyd case, except for what social media sites and mainstream media told them.
The media told them that Officer Derrick Chauvin murdered George Floyd. They repeated the lie over and over and over again. People put signs in their front yards over this.
Now the case against Derrick Chauvin is underway, and the evidence is starting to come out.
Those lying media fixtures allowed for disinformation to spread like wild fire. All over the country, nearly every person told us that we must mourn the cold blooded murder of Floyd. That the officer that killed him was obviously guilty… That the facts were clear.
In that echo chamber of lies, real people suffered.
In Seattle, Democrat Jenny Durkin allowed ‘Floyd protestors’ the space to set up a ‘Capitol Hill Autonomous Zone’ in the middle of Seattle. A lawless encampment in the middle of a major city.
Florence Lorenzo Anderson, a 19 year old Seattle native, was murdered inside of the ‘CHOP’ zone. His father appeared on Hannity, claiming that authorities had STILL yet to contact him as to the reason for his son’s death. The only thing this man knows is that his son is gone, and nothing more.
Florence Lorenzo Anderson wasn’t a meth head. Florence Lorenzo Anderson was not being detained by police. His life was taken because of a FAILURE TO MAINTAIN LAW AND ORDER.
It isn’t the cops who are at fault, either. The police officers that we see on a daily basis have no control over what they are assigned to do. Liberal Democrat police administration officials are the true culprits.
Like in Baltimore, after the supposed ‘Freddie Gray’ riots, the mayor ORDERED the rioters be given space to riot. The police were powerless to the orders of the governing officials.
George Floyd isn’t the last media-made martyr, either. Just this week, a man named Daunte Wright was killed by Brookyln Center Police in a fatal accident. The officer mistakenly fired her gun instead of her taser, killing Wright. The officer resigned yesterday, along with the Brooklyn Police Chief.
We don’t know much about the incident yet, but we do know that Wright had a history of violence. Wright had a warrant out for his arrest for attempted aggravated assault.
Wright was facing 20 YEARS in prison. That hasn’t stopped social media and mainstream news from turning Wright into the next holy victim.
Wright should not have been killed. If the officer truly meant to fire her taser instead of her gun, she should never have been a police officer in the first place. The news media of today loves to play a game with no context. We must remember that the officer likely knew that Wright had a warrant out.
The truth is, we don’t have the evidence yet. However, the officer has resigned, along with the police chief. The guilty parties have already quit. The officer who shot Wright will undoubtedly be prosecuted.
That has not stopped criminals from looting and rioting in our streets.
Every single day the media covers the George Floyd case with a magnifying glass, in order to perpetuate the idea that if Chauvin is not convicted, then rioting will commence.
They are creating an illusion of circumstances to explain away criminal behavior.
There will be people in the streets legitimately protesting the Floyd case. There will be people in the streets legitimately protesting Daunte Wright’s murder. They must be allowed to peacefully protest. That is a right guaranteed to every single American.
HOWEVER, YOU DO NOT HAVE THE RIGHT TO RIOT.
When protests become violent, they must be dispersed with the upmost speed. We CANNOT allow lawless thugs to run our streets. It cannot happen in America. No matter the media’s justification, rioting is a crime that must be punished, severely.
For reference, I attended the January 6th Protest in Washington D.C.. I peacefully protested with millions of my fellow Americans. I did not break any laws. I didn’t enter the Capitol. I, however, am now identified by the Left as an insurrectionist.
After this event, the process became clear to me.
Good events with good intentions can be used as an opportunity for bad people with bad intentions to commit crimes.
In that way, the Left and Right media can paint millions in the movement as irredeemable, violent people. They use these events to continue the divide that tears our country apart.
There is a simple answer. LET THE PEOPLE DEAL WITH THE RIOTERS. They aren’t activists if they are rioting… THEY ARE VIOLENT CRIMINALS.
If you are a business owner, and a riotous mob breaks your windows and starts stealing, SHOOT THEM. They are stealing your property, and breaking the law.
Of course, top law enforcement officials would cringe at that idea. They always cringe at the idea of the people handling the situation. There is no better judge than the person being harmed. They are the ones who truly understand the attack.
This issue calls for reform on the part of everybody.
1) Rioters must be turned in, hunted down, and stopped from hurting people.
2) Police administration and local politicians must remove the legal barriers that prevent law abiding citizens from protecting their homes and businesses.
3)Media needs to stop framing entire movements based on the actions of a few criminals.
4) Law Enforcement must be treated with respect, dignity, and maturity.
The bottom line is that we must not allow our authorities to let rioting go unpunished. We must not allow them to dismiss rioting as a ‘result of pent up aggression’. Rioting is an ACT OF CRIMINAL BEHAVIOR. A serious one at that. If we allow it to go unpunished, the only people we are hurting are law abiding Americans.
Hold criminals accountable. That’s how you can start to fix this mess!

The Maryland Legislature has announced it has passed the first of its kind bill in the country to eliminate the “Police Officer’s Bill of Rights.” POLITICO followed the announcement with their report:
“Maryland’s Democrat-controlled legislature on Saturday moved to pass a sweeping police reform package that repealed the state’s police bill of rights, becoming the first state in the nation to do so and overriding Republican Gov. Larry Hogan’s vetoes in the process.”
This has been hailed by the far-left Socialist Democrats as a great social justice victory. That said, I believe that Governor Hogan hit the nail on the head when he responded to the veto override with these words:
“These bills would undermine the goal that I believe we share of building transparent, accountable, and effective law enforcement institutions and instead further erode police morale, community relationships, and public confidence,” Hogan said in a statement. “They will result in great damage to police recruitment and retention, posing significant risks to public safety throughout our state.”
Now, consider this — perhaps, we have been going about this policing thing incorrectly … we are eliminating safeguards for those who we want to protect us and serve us at the same time we know that crime is increasing across our major metropolitan areas. Everyone agrees that improvements in the training of our law enforcement personnel will give us a “better social outcome” … especially when the issue of race is involved.
If training achieves a better outcome, then let’s take a look at some other jurisdictions around the world and see how they do their police training.
Let us start with Germany…
A place I lived for nine years as part of the United States Military and where I had the opportunity to personally interact with the police from time to time. In Germany, most police recruits spend about two and a half years in the regular police academy training. (Mittlerer Polizeivollzugsdienst)
The auxiliary police forces, with fewer powers and often not equipped with a duty-weapon, are trained in just 12 weeks.
Now, Canada
One must first complete a 6-month training course for cadets at the Royal Canadian Mounted Police Academy. After completing the course, the candidate must complete another 6-month course, but this one is in the field under the guidance of a mentor. Aspiring police officers need to be of at least 18-21 years of age to apply for the post of a police officer.
They also need to have a minimum of 2 years of college education. Thus, a diploma or an associate degree is mandatory. Jobs at a federal level will need require one to have a Bachelor’s degree.
Now, France
To work as a police officer for the French National Police or Gendarmerie, a candidate must … hold as a minimum, the French Baccalaureate and a clean criminal record. Successful candidates enter National Police School where they have “student police officer” status. These students alternate work experience and classes during one year of study. After a student completes formal study, they are categorized as a “gardien de la paix,” or trainee peace guardian, for one year. On-the-job training lasts one year and can be extended by periods of three months to a year.
Finland
Basic police training requires three years of study and is considered a Bachelor’s degree.
Vietnam
The Vietnam People’s Police Academy is one of the leading schools of the Vietnam People’s Public Security, training officers with university degrees and postgraduate degrees. The People’s Police Academy is a training center under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Public Security.

The trend could not be clearer … across the world, the requirements to be a police officer far exceed those in the United States.
On average, across the US, we require a high school diploma, or equivalent. A clean record — mostly, and 6 months of police academy training, along with a short period of on-the-job training.
Clearly, the latest move by the Maryland legislature will damage recruitment and retention, thereby forcing local departments to lower their standards at a time when they should consider increasing them.
So, let us stop exposing our law enforcement professionals to additional liabilities … as achieved by Maryland’s passage of legislation to eliminate the “Police Officers Bill of Rights” … and start increasing the educational threshold and standards that equip people to be the professional law enforcement cadre we expect in this country.
Eric Swalwell is a Democrat House Representative from California. He holds an important position on the House Intelligence Committee, and has held that position since 2015. He was elected in 2014.
Fang helped raise funds for Swalwell’s 2014 campaign. She attended many of his political events, and can be seen pictured with Swalwell multiple times.
Fang had an intern hired with Swalwell. Fang was reportedly a ‘bundler’ for the campaign, convincing large donors to write large checks.
Fang unexpectedly left the United States mid-2015, and after Swalwell learned of her ties to the CCP, he apparently severed ties with her.
This guy was serving on the House Intel committee, while having a sexual and professional relationship with a Chinese spy.
Congress was briefed about apparent Chinese spy influences in 2015.
Kevin McCarthy and Nancy Pelosi were briefed, just this last year, about the relationship between Fang and Swalwell. This story barely got any mainstream media coverage.
Swalwell still holds his position on the House Intel Committee.
Now lets take a look at the allegations against Matt Gaetz, a story that has gotten wall to wall media coverage.
Gaetz is currently under Federal investigation, just like Swalwell was.
The charges alleged by the New York Times are very serious… Child trafficking.
Only difference is that Congressional leaders have not been briefed on the Gaetz issue, at all. There is still very much a question to the validity of the charges made against Gaetz in the media. The facts are still unknown.
Unlike the Swalwell case, the story originally came about because the New York Times did a deep investigative dive. They dug through sources and material to find something to use against Matt Gaetz.
They were able to find some shady individuals involved with Gaetz. People who had been arrested for sex trafficking.
While the allegations are absolutely serious, and should be investigated, there is absolutely zero evidence that any of it accurate. Yet the media pounced, especially the New York Times.
Did the New York Times even COVER the Eric Swalwell story?
No.
To this day, they have yet to even mention the fact that it happened.
This is a prime example of why we must dismantle the idea that ‘unbiased journalism’ exists. It doesn’t. In fact, the more ‘objective’ a source prides itself to be, often reveals the most biased of reporting.
I am biased. I don’t hide it. Everyone who is giving you their summation of news, or covering news in any way is doing so with bias. It is inherent to the profession!
We don’t know the outcome of the Matt Gaetz investigation. In this country, you have the benefit of being innocent until proven guilty.
We have viable proof that Eric Swalwell had a sexual and professional relationship with a Chinese spy, and yet he still sits on the House Intel Committee. Swalwell isn’t bashed in the New York Times, hell, he isn’t even mentioned.
NBC ran this headline after Gaetz refused to resign for media allegations.
Of course, the other lapdog media outlets jumped on to accuse Gaetz of all kind of things. That is what they do, but their nonsense has credibility in the eyes of millions because the people have been lied to about the objectivity of the source.
The New York Times is as political, if not more so, than Tucker Carlson Tonight. The New York Times is just as political, if not more so, than Hannity. Same with NBC, CBS, CNN, ABC, Fox, and so on.
The only difference is that the liberal media dishonestly hides behind a cloak of false objectivity.
Democrats call for Matt Gaetz to resign before the investigation is concluded, yet allow Eric Swalwell to continue to sit on the House Intel Committee after having a verifiable relationship with a Chinese Spy?
A California teacher named Alissa Piro was caught on camera over a zoom call berating her students over race exclusive clubs in the school. The call took place during one of her classes.
She can later be seen threatening the parents of her students, urging them to ‘come at her’ over the reopening effort. What a fine example she sets for our children.
It appears that she has forgotten that the TAXPAYING PARENTS pay her SALARY!

A student made the following comment in the call…
“Singling out a single type of person for a club is racist. We should have an individual club for all races or no clubs for any races at all”
The student is obviously 100% correct. Race specific clubs are the absolute definition of racism.
Racism is defined as “prejudice, discrimination, or antagonism directed against a person or people on the basis of their membership in a particular racial or ethnic group, typically one that is a minority or marginalized.”
Race specific clubs fit that description perfectly. It doesn’t matter what color they are ‘supporting’.
Alissa Piro then begins to berate the student, saying…
“They are forced to bring awareness to the situation that they are in because other people put them in that situation”
How insulting. Has this woman ever heard of the ‘bigotry of low expectations’? I guess not.
The student then says on the microphone…
“My question is, in that case, where is the white student union? We need all races to have equality…”
Alissa Piro then INTERRUPTS him, SCREAMING like a banshee saying…
“YOU DON’t need a white student union, Jace, YOU GET EVERYTHING!”
Alissa Piro should be FIRED for what she said. Our leaders wouldn’t dare accept a white teacher yelling this at a black student. It would be considered vile, disgusting, hateful, and wrong.

Assuming that somebody is ‘well off’, or ‘has no problems’, or is ‘getting everything’ based on their race is inherently wrong. It is the very definition of racism. Screaming in the child’s face is taking it to another level.
The San Marcos School district had a meeting on 3/3/2021. A big part of that meeting was the President of the Board introducing a resolution for anti-racism.
If the San Marcos School District is intent on promoting anti-racism, they can start by FIRING Alissa Piro.
