FBI Director Chris Wray last November assured the Senate Homeland Security Committee that the bureau wasn’t coordinating with social media companies to censor speech or users, but rather to address threats of “violence.”
The latest Twitter Files batch reveal Wray may have perjured himself.
Ranking member Sen Rand Paul (R-Ky.) had asked Wray whether the FBI colludes with Twitter to censor “political speech.”
“We investigate violence, not speech,” Wray replied.

Several batches of the Twitter Files reveal Wray’s comments were not true.
Internal Twitter communications released by journalist Matt Taibbi over the last month with the blessing of Twitter CEO Elon Musk, revealed numerous intelligence agencies, including the FBI, regularly pressured Twitter to censor and suppress accounts over political speech related to COVID, election integrity, Hunter Biden, and more.
Not only that, but the latest Twitter Files show the FBI volunteered to become the conduit between the intelligence community and Twitter related to censorship demands.
In fact, the Twitter Files suggest investigating violence was near the bottom of the FBI’s priorities.
Wray must be called to testify before Congress once again to explain why his previous remarks contradict the disturbing findings of the FBI’s end-run around the Constitution found in the Twitter Files.

House Republican Leader Kevin McCarthy told reporters Tuesday would be a ‘good day’ after his staff spent Monday morning moving his office furniture into the Speaker’s chambers.
Looking somewhat stressed on Monday afternoon, the California Republican was rushing out of the US Capitol when reporters asked him about the following day’s House-wide vote to elect their chamber’s leader.
McCarthy’s campaign for the gavel has been somewhat bumpy for weeks, but the pressure has ramped up in the final 48 hours with as many as 15 GOP members allegedly ready to vote against him. He can only lose four votes to still clinch victory.
Earlier that day, his staff had been seen moving belongings and wheeling carts into the House Speaker’s office at the US Capitol.

The move is standard protocol, according to CNN, but it means he’ll have to move back out if more than four House Republicans rebel against his cause – which is becoming an increasingly likely scenario.
A group of five Republicans leading the ‘Never Kevin’ movement appear to have inspired more to join their cause. One of them, Rep. Bob Good, told Fox & Friends on Monday that he expected between 10 and 15 people to vote against McCarthy.
He said the Republican leader is ‘part of the problem, not the solution.’
It’s a sentiment that’s been echoed by nine other House Republicans in a New Year’s Day letter.

McCarthy told colleagues on Sunday that he was ready to make certain concessions to win support that he and moderates in the conference had been wary of for weeks. The most controversial among them is a motion to vacate the chair, which under the current proposed rules would allow any five House Republicans to call for a vote for a new Speaker.
But the nine current and incoming House Republicans signed onto a letter calling McCarthy’s announcement ‘almost impossibly late.’
But nevertheless, he told reporters in a video shared by NBC News’ Haley Talbot: ‘I think we will have a good day tomorrow.’
McCarthy needs 218 votes to win Speaker, meaning he can only afford to lose the support of four Republicans.
And in a dire sign for his campaign, even McCarthy’s supporters are re-upping talk of a Plan B.
Nebraska Republican Rep. Don Bacon, a moderate, wrote an op-ed in the Daily Caller on Monday calling McCarthy’s leadership ‘superb’ but reasserting that he was willing to work with Democrats for an alternative should the anti-McCarthy rebellion succeed.
‘Much has been made of me saying I would work with moderate Democrats to elect a more moderate speaker,’ Bacon wrote.
‘But my actual words were that if the five refused to coalesce around what the vast majority of the conference wants, I’m willing to work across the aisle to find an agreeable Republican.’

Launch Liberty recently learned that an event being planned in Southern Florida on January 10th by the America First Patriots Club was canceled by the event planning platform Eventbrite. Just 6 days before the event, Eventbrite pulled the tickets and sent a notice of removal to the owners of the club.
The America First Patriots Club received the note, attached below, from Eventbrite stating that their event had been pulled off of the website for ‘misinformation’ yesterday January 2nd. The note also states that all tickets have been refunded.

Hartz, who founded the company with her husband Kevin in the early 2000s, donated thousands of dollars to Democrat Mark Kelly in this last election cycle.
The Eventbrite CEO also gave a whopping $14k to Hillary Clinton during her Presidential Campaign in 2016, along with $1k for Kamala Harris’ 2016 Senate Campaign.
Along with donating to some of the most notorious Democrats candidates in America, Eventbrite CEO Julia Hartz has also given thousands to large Democrat Committees who fund races across America.
Eventbrite CEO Julia Hartz, who is supposed to be serving her company’s best financial interest (especially since Eventbrite is a publicly traded company) is allowing people to be banned from her platform because she disagrees with their political opinion?
Her donations speak for themselves. The people who run Eventbrite are openly political, and are now cancelling those from their platform who disagree with them. Can’t be too good for business.
As for her husband, Kevin Hartz sold an online payment company that he cofounded in 2001 called ‘Xoom’ in 2015 to Paypal for a sum of $1.1 Billion. Though he did not receive all of the money, you can imagine the kind of wealth we are dealing with.
The ‘Capitol Punishment’ event will still go on, even though Eventbrite attempted to stop it. Tickets will be sold at the door January 10th. I will also be appearing to speak about Launch Liberty, and to meet Chris and company in person.

As we noted last week, US Virgin Islands Attorney General Denise George filed a lawsuit against JPMorgan for allegedly reaping financial benefits from Jeffrey Epstein’s sex-trafficking operation – less than a month after George secured a $105 million settlement with Epstein’s estate, which agreed to liquidate Epstein’s islands and cease all business operations in the region.
Three days later, George is now unemployed, after Governor Albert A. Bryan Jr. fired her for allegedly filing the suit against JPMorgan without his permission.
According to the complaint, for “Over more than a decade, JPMorgan clearly knew it was not complying with federal regulations in regard to Epstein-related accounts as evidenced by its too-little too-late efforts after Epstein was arrested on federal sex trafficking charges and shortly after his death, when JPMorgan belatedly complied with federal law.”

It goes much deeper than just the JPMorgan lawsuit…
The suit against JPMorgan Chase was not the whole scope of George’s pursuit of the remnants of Epstein’s network of conspirators. Although Little St. James (“Pedo Island”) and its adjacent island owned by the Epstein estate went up for salein March 2022, action taken by George kept the premise of any sale from going through.
Acting in her former capacity as US Virgin Island Attorney General, she placed criminal activity liens on the islands from a civil racketeering lawsuit. That lawsuit was filed in 2020 following Epstein’s “death” in August of 2019. The suit alleged that Little St. James Island was used as part of a network of shell companies that Epstein manipulated to conceal the activities of his human trafficking network.
However, that suit was settled between the Epstein estate and George’s office in early December 2022. Under the agreement, Epstein’s estate would pay over $105 million to the Government of the US Virgin Islands as restitution. In addition to that sum, the liens preventing the sale of Epstein’s islands become removed under the condition that half of the proceeds from the sale will also be given to the US Virgin Islands through a trust it has opened to allocate the money to fund government programs to fight sexual abuse on the archipelago.
“This settlement restores the faith of the People of the Virgin Islands that its laws will be enforced, without fear or favor, against those who break them. We are sending a clear message that the Virgin Islands will not serve as a haven for human trafficking,” Attorney General George stated upon the announcement of the settlement in one of her last acts before being fired.
Despite the resolution of the US Virgin Islands’ direct case against the assets held by the Epstein estate, questions still linger about its operations in George’s jurisdiction.
One of the most mysterious and perhaps most vital to examine of those shell companies, Southern Country International, was the first internationally operating bank to be opened in the US Virgin Islands by Epstein in 2014. The bank opened when John Percy de Jongh Jr. served as the governor of the territory.
During his term, de Jongh appointed present-governor Albert A. Bryan Jr. into his administration as Commissioner of the US Virgin Islands Department of Labor. Despite not having much activity on its books, Southern Country International would renew its license with the US Virgin Islands five times before Epstein’s purported demise.
By the time Epstein died, his Virgin Islands based bank had less than $700,000 in assets. However, in December of 2019, months after his purported suicide, Epstein’s estate transferred a whopping $15.5 million into Southern Country International.
In under a month, the bank’s assets diminished to less than $500,000. Mark Epstein, Jeffrey’s brother and executor of his estate, stated that the bank was used to pay existing debts of the assets he had control over. Though the bank was not explicitly referenced in the press release on the December settlement, that announcement does detail the Virgin Islands action against Southern Trust Company, a holding company which points to a larger scale of Epstein owned enterprises connected to Southern Country International. It is unclear how the allegations made in George’s lawsuit against JPMorgan Chase connect to the posthumous activity conducted by Epstein’s Virgin Islands banking operation.
Following her dismissal, Assistant Attorney General Carol Thomas-Jacobs has been named to an interim position to fill George’s vacated seat. She will inherit the office as it joins an on-going list of plaintiffs who have taken action against large scale banks relating to their accounts with Epstein. Just over a month before George’s filing, multiple class action suits were filed against JPMorgan Chase and Deutsche Bank alleging each institution knowingly profited from Epstein’s criminal activity.
Those suits coincided with another filed against Epstein associate Leon Black, the billionaire who previously served as CEO of Apollo Global Management before his relationship with the pedophile thrust him into the spotlight.
The civil suit against Black alleges that the disgraced financier raped the plaintiff in 2002 at a mansion owned by Epstein. A spokesman for Black told Forbes that the claims made against their client were “categorically” false. Their response to Forbes follows one of a similar like from Deutsche Bank who told the publication that the suit filed against them “lacks merit.”
Despite the magnitude of these lawsuits, the gravity of George’s suit against JPMorgan Chase surely made the biggest splash in the once-stagnant waters of the cesspool of the Epstein debacle. However, the firing leaves little hope that the waves caused by her last act as Attorney General will wash any truth to shore.

Biden will be in Kentucky the day after the new GOP-led House majority is sworn in to speak about “how his economic plan is rebuilding our infrastructure, creating good-paying jobs that don’t require a four-year degree, and revitalizing communities left behind,” the White House said.
Specifically, Biden will be touting the $1 trillion infrastructure spending package passed by the Uniparty in 2021.
McConnell is slated to host Biden in his home state for this victory lap event.
Also joining Biden and the Kentucky senator are Sen. Sherrod Brown (D-OH), Kentucky Gov. Andy Beshear (D), and Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine (R), according to a White House official.
McConnell has been facing intense criticism from the Republican base for not just signing onto Biden’s $1 trillion infrastructure legislation, but also recently voting for the $1.7 trillion omnibus spending package that includes $45 billion for Ukraine and billions more for other Democrat-led pet projects and woke initiatives.
McConnell’s decision to host Biden to celebrate his major spending bill is at odds with the Republican Party at large.
87% of the Republican base deeply disapprove of Biden’s performance as president, ranging from issues like guns to inflation and crime, according to a recent Yahoo News/YouGov poll.
McConnell also recently received backlash from his own party after declaring that sending money to Ukraine is the Republican Party’s “number one priority.”
“Providing assistance for Ukrainians to defeat the Russians is the number one priority for the United States right now according to most Republicans,” McConnell said last month. “That’s how we see the challenges confronting the country at the moment.”
McConnell’s turncoat behavior toward the GOP and favorable posture toward the Democrats is well documented.
Earlier this year, McConnell pulled nearly $8 million worth of ad buys in Arizona, effectively kneecapping Republican candidate Blake Masters’ chances in the 2022 midterms.

As I investigated McCarthy researching for this episode, I discovered a video in which McCarthy flat out says that he believes Trump is paid by Vladimir Putin. McCarthy also says that the Russians hacked the DNC on Trump’s behalf. These comments were made in 2016 to then-Speaker Paul Ryan.
It cannot be understated that Paul Ryan is probably the most prominent anti-Trump Republican in existence. It was Ryan, McCarthy, and Adam Kinzinger who assisted the Democrats in peddling the phony Steele Dossier. The same Dossier used to obtain FISA warrants to spy on the Trump campaign and Presidency.
McCarthy, along with his predecessor Paul Ryan, have a storied history of being anti-Trumpers, that is, until they need his support to win elections. Shamelessly they seek Trump’s endorsement while stabbing him in the back.
Ryan and McCarthy even released a book together.
It was McCarthy who claimed that Trump should resign after the events of January 6th, even though Trump has now been cleared through the January 6th Committee investigation. His subpoena has been withdrawn, a fact the mainstream media refused to cover.
These are the same Republicans, in a long line of succession, that stem from John McCain. Let us not forget that it was McCain who killed the Republican attempt to repeal Obamacare in 2017.
We should be under no delusion that Kevin McCarthy, cut from the cloth of Paul Ryan and John McCain, has any intention of serving the will of the American people. His associations tell us everything we need to know about the man.
Also revealed through that Launch Liberty investigation was that Mitch McConnell also took in a considerable amount of money from Singer. Is this why Republicans are so scared to act? Are they bought off?

South Carolina Senator Lindsey Graham also received money from Gates in 2022. It should be noted that Graham is not up for re-election until 2026. Gates has been giving to his PAC since 2012.

During an interview with the biased and ridiculous January 6th Committee, Ray Epps, Arizona Oathkeepers Leader and suspected federal informant, that has been covered at length by Launch Liberty, admitted to orchestrating the events of January 6th.
The admission came through a text message that Epps sent to his nephew. The texts were discussed by the Committee during Epps’ testimony. The exchange between Epps and the Committee can be read below:

While I don’t believe Epps, or anybody else that protested on that day should be charged with a crime, the fact that Epps was admittedly in the front of the pack and was never charged is highly questionable.
Is Ray Epps a federal asset? Who was he working for on this day? Why does he feel he ‘orchestrated’ it?
Epps claims that ‘orchestrating’ only meant that he ‘helped people get there’ in his testimony. Seemingly walking back the claims he was making during the day.
Launch Liberty has reported on Epps’ activities in the days leading up to January 6th, where he repeatedly encouraged people to go IN to the Capitol.
He was even seen the day of January 6th pointing people towards to Capitol, which he said was ‘where our problems are’. Epps was stoking this event for days.
Why does Ray Epps get a free pass? So many great Americans remain in horrid prison conditions because of the events of this day. Unlawfully stripped of their rights, these political prisoners are treated worse than prisoners at Guantanamo Bay.
We don’t know what happened on January 6th. We do know that it has been used by establishment politicians to attack grassroots Americans across the Nation.
We must investigate federal involvement in this day, and the unlawful abuses that have occurred in its aftermath.

Kevin McCarthy has already begun to turn back on his promises to stand for an America First agenda. News outlets like Gateway Pundit are now reporting that McCarthy has pledged to support a lower threshold of votes to oust a sitting Speaker, something he had pledged not to do.
This concession comes as McCarthy comes dangerously close to not having enough votes to become Speaker of the House. In a desperate attempt to secure power, McCarthy is reportedly capitulating to anybody who will listen.
McCarthy has been trying to find a compromise threshold that would appease his critics enough to earn their speaker vote, while still being palatable to the rest of the House GOP, and has been sounding out all corners of the conference in private phone calls this week.
One of the numbers that has come up in recent conversations between McCarthy and GOP lawmakers – and which has not been previously reported – is a five-person threshold, according to two of the Republican sources.
Currently, the majority of the House GOP is required to call for the so-called motion to vacate the speaker’s chair. But some conservative hardliners are pushing for a single member to be able to call for such a vote, which they see as an important mechanism to hold the speaker accountable.
A five-person threshold, however, may be too low for the moderate wing of the party, some of whom have privately suggested they would be willing to agree on a 50-person threshold.
We interviewed California Conservative activist Dr. Christian Vigil, who revealed that McCarthy supported a measure that handed unilateral control of the California State House to the Democrats. McCarthy was a high ranking Republican in the State House before moving onto Congress. Check out that interview below!

Many Republicans have started to vocally criticize McCarthy. One being California Congressman Bill Thomas. Thomas can be quoted as saying…

Let us not forget that Tucker Carlson also exposed Kevin McCarthy for living with Google/Nike lobbyist Frank Luntz back in 2021. Why has this been forgotten so quickly?

The US Virgin Islands is suing JPMorgan Chase for allegedly reaping financial benefits from Jeffrey Epstein’s pedo sex-trafficking operation and failing to report suspicious banking activity.
“Over more than a decade, JPMorgan clearly knew it was not complying with federal regulations in regard to Epstein-related accounts as evidenced by its too-little too-late efforts after Epstein was arrested on federal sex trafficking charges and shortly after his death, when JPMorgan belatedly complied with federal law,” said US Virgin Islands Attorney General Denise George in a Thursday complaint reported by CNN.
The new lawsuit comes less than a month after Epstein’s estate settled with George for over $105 million dollars, along with an agreement that the estate will liquidate Epstein’s islands and cease business operations in the region.
“Human trafficking was the principal business of the accounts Epstein maintained at JPMorgan,” reads the filing.
The lawsuit claims that JPMorgan Chase failed to make proper regulatory filings that could have tipped off the government to Epstein’s alleged sex-trafficking ring of underage girls through private islands he owned in the U.S. Virgin Islands. In particular, the government argues that JPMorgan Chase should have given Epstein closer scrutiny as a client after he entered a guilty plea to soliciting prostitution with a minor in Florida in 2008. -CNN
The bank had no comment as of Wednesday evening.
The lawsuit comes after two anonymous Epstein victims slapped JPMorgan and Deutsche Bank with civil lawsuits which claim that the banks enabled and benefited financially from Epstein’s sex trafficking operation.
According to the civil suit, JPMorgan is accused of having “provided special treatment to the sex-trafficking venture, thereby ensuring its continued operation and sexual abuse and sex-trafficking of young women and girls.”
“Without the financial institution’s participation, Epstein’s sex trafficking scheme could not have existed,” the filing continues.
Epstein was awaiting trial in 2019 on federal charges accusing him of operating a sex trafficking ring between 2002 – 2005 across several properties, when he was found dead of an ‘apparent suicide’ in his prison cell.

When looking at how Epstein and JPMorgan have been treated following the bombshell revelations about Epstein, one must be amazed at the influence of powerful connections.
In the case of the January 6th protestors, Americans were not afforded bail. They were not allowed to have visitation, and were even beaten by guards.
Jeffery Epstein was never treated with even a semblance of anger or abuse. Even though he had allegedly committed some of the worst crimes imaginable, he was treated with lawful respect.
Even Nikolas Cruz, who murdered 17 children in the Stoneman-Douglas 2017 School Shooting in Parkland, Florida, was not beaten by guards.
Even murderers are treated better in this system. Even Jeffery Epstein child-traffickers are treated better.
It is refreshing to see some action take place. Good on the Virgin Islands. Though JPMorgan Chase is assuredly large enough to skirt a legal challenge to their alleged unethical and unlawful practices, at least somebody has the stones to stand up.
Oh, and Epstein definitely DID NOT kill himself. That’s pretty obvious to anybody with a brain and eyeballs.
