The investigation, which centers around the activities of 3rd Vice Chairman of the MDGOP Gary Collins and his failure to render services he was paid for, revealed that Collins attacked Michael Peroutka.
Collins called Peroutka, a founder of the Institute of the Constitution and the Republican Nominee for Attorney General, a ‘racist’ and an ‘anti-semite’.
Peroutka responds to these claims in the video below:
Collins claimed that he had ‘spoken to’ Mr. Peroutka about his ‘anti-semitism’. Tonight on the Troy Smith Show, Mr. Peroutka debunked that claim, stating that he and Collins had only spoken just once. Never about anti-semitism or racism.
Peroutka stated that the lack of support from the MDGOP was indicative of the allegiance of the Maryland Republican Party. Indicative that they support the Democrats.
When asked what we could take away from this campaign, Mr. Peroutka explained that it is extremely important to educate the public on the Constitution, and announced plans to hold Constitution courses through his ‘Institute on the Constitution’.
The claims made against Michael Peroutka by 3rd Vice Chairman of the MDGOP Gary Collins highlight the opposition that Republican nominees in the State of Maryland faced from their own Party.
The party is bound, by their own laws, to support their nominees to the fullest extent of their capabilities. Launch Liberty has confirmed through our reporting that they did not in fact support their candidates at all.

We exposed Bill Gates for funding Republican RINOs during the 2022 Election. This article recorded over 250k hits on Launch Liberty alone. We even followed up afterwards to show the results, confirming that nearly all of the Gates-funded Republicans secured victories.
Launch Liberty was the only outlet to expose Paul Singer, the top Paul Ryan donor, for buying of the 2022 Republican ticket. Singer runs a group of wealthy Republican donors called the ‘American Opportunity Alliance.’ This group dumped $2.5 Million into the 2016 Marco Rubio for President Campaign.
Singer also was the top funder of Rudy Giuliani’s 2007 Presidential bid, even loaning his personal jet to Rudy. Was this a possible reason that the Trump 2020 Election lawsuits did not succeed?
When Singer failed to stop Trump with his funding of the Washington Free Beacon, which provided research to Fusion GPS for the Steele Dossier. That same dossier was used to grant FISA warrants to the FBI to spy on candidate/President Trump.

We also published an article picked up by Gateway Pundit revealing that Biden Attorney General Merrick Garland’s son-in-law donates to a PAC that has funded ‘the Squad’ since their inception.

The Mangum connection got our attention. We began to dig into the Maryland State Campaign finance report. The result was the following investigation, which revealed that many Maryland Republicans share the exact same donors as their Democrat ‘opponents’.

Collins claims to serve as the ‘Communications Director’ to the Ambrose campaign in this official campaign statement. Why was the Ambrose Campaign directing money to a company owned by their own ‘Communications Director’?
Public record shows that Red Tsunami was created on June 2nd, 2022. One must ask themselves how the Ambrose campaign has a recorded transaction to ‘Red Tsunami’ and Collins on May, 20th, 2022… weeks before the business was ever created.
Is this self-enrichment?

President Joe Biden’s “wide open” United States-Mexico border is expected to see 2.6 million border crossers and illegal aliens apprehended next year, a new analysis projects.
For 2021, Steven Kopits with Princeton Policy Advisors accurately projected that about two million border crossers and illegal aliens would be apprehended. By this year’s end, Kopits projects about 2.3 million will have been apprehended. These estimates do not include the hundreds of thousands, potentially millions, who will successfully cross the southern border.
Now, Kopits projects that Biden’s policies will see 2.6 million border crossers and illegal aliens apprehended along the border in 2023 — another record-shattering annual level of illegal immigration.
If the projections pan out, some 6.9 million border crossers and illegal aliens will have been apprehended at the border since 2021 to 2023 under Biden. This is a foreign population just two million short of New York City’s resident population.
“… based on the last two months, 2023 should set yet another record for illegal border crossing — and by a substantial margin over 2022,” Kopits writes. “This coming March, April and May in particular could post some spectacularly ugly numbers.”
Kopits writes that until Republicans win critical House and Senate seats, along with the presidency in 2024, “Democrats will set the political agenda, and the border is likely to remain wide open.”
In just days, the Centersfor Disease Control and Prevention’s (CDC) Title 42 public health authority will end after the Biden administration refused to appeal a ruling that struck down use of the order. Title 42 has been used at the border since early 2020, allowing Border Patrol agents to quickly remove millions of illegal aliens from the U.S.
As Biden officials reportedly worry that an open borders narrative across the world will drive a record-breaking level of illegal immigration, those officials now estimate that about 9,000 to 14,000 border crossers and illegal aliens will arrive daily at the border when Title 42 ends.
Breitbart News recently reported that thousands of migrants are waiting in Mexico to rush the U.S. border when Title 42 ends in weeks. As part of the plan to deal with a record level of illegal immigration, El Paso, Texas, officials have asked Biden to open Fort Bliss as a migration intake center.
Biden’s existing plan will use American taxpayer money to fund additional non-governmental organizations (NGOs) to more quickly release border crossers and illegal aliens into American communities away from the southern border.
Previously, Biden officials admitted that up to half a million border crossers and illegal aliens — the equivalent of the population of Atlanta, Georgia — could arrive at the border every month.

Launch Liberty recently received a tip from a local Maryland Republican candidate who won her race for County Commissioner in Worcester County, Caryn Abbott. Despite the bloodbath that took place in the 2022 midterms for Maryland Republicans, Abbott was able to steer her campaign to a victory.
This victory was in no way facilitated by the MDGOP, or their leadership. Commissioner-Elect Abbott has provided detailed evidence that 3rd Vice Chair of the MDGOP, Gary Michael Collins, took money from her campaign for a mailer service that he never provided.
Collins serves as the 3rd Vice Chair, a powerful position within the MDGOP. It has been verified by Launch Liberty that Collins repeatedly referred to himself as a Vice Chair of the MDGOP throughout his communications with Caryn Abbott. Is Collins representing himself, or the MDGOP?
I had Commissioner-Elect Abbott on my show today to discuss the events in detail, and have embedded the communications and screenshots within the video. That can be viewed directly below.
There were two separate transactions recorded to the Maryland State Campaign Finance reporting system, each submitted by the Abbott campaign. The first payment was for a mailer that Abbott can confirm the existence of. It is pictured below.
Launch Liberty confirmed through the Maryland Campaign Finance system that this transaction occurred on September 30th, 2022. A second occurred on October 14th, 2022.
Caryn Abbott confirmed on my show that not a single constituent she was in contact with received the 2nd, or 3rd mailer that was paid for by the second payment of $3500.
We have obtained an official receipt showing that this money was sent to Gary Collins under a company called ‘Red Tsunami Strategies’, a company registered in Delaware to a shell corporation.
Below is the text message confirming that Collins was directing Abbott to pay this money to his company ‘Red Tsunami Strategies’, the account numbers have been blurred for privacy.
Why would a Maryland Republican Leader be getting candidates to wire him money to a shell corporation based in Delaware for a campaign expenditure? One can only imagine.
Once the money was wired to Red Tsunami, and Mrs. Abbott was able to confirm the fact that nobody had received her 2nd or 3rd mailers, Mrs. Abbott reached out to Collins requesting a refund for her second payment of $3500. Collins became enraged.
In an email obtained by Launch Liberty, Collins openly states that he ‘took money from his own pocket’ in order to facilitate these printing deals on behalf of the Caryn Abbott campaign.
That is an in-kind contribution. Multiple times in the email attached directly below, Collins makes the statement that he spent money on the Abbott campaign. Why does Collins claim to have spent his own money when Caryn Abbott had already prepaid for the services?
It is against the law to not report in-kind contributions.
As you can see, directly below his statement, he adds his signature “Gary M. Collins, 3rd Vice Chairman, Maryland Republican Party”. Is he using his position to facilitate business for himself?
In a time of desperation, then-nominee Caryn Abbott turned to the 3rd Vice Chairman of her own party for help. He promised help, and did not deliver. He took the money and ran.
Not only did he take the money and failed to deliver the mailers, but after Abbott secured her victory, Collins began to claim on Facebook that he was solely responsible for the win.
The nerve of these people.
Remember, Collins serves as the 3rd Vice Chair of the MDGOP. His job is to support the nominees of his own party. Does this appear to be an act of ‘helping nominees’ to you?
“The Party shall have as its principle obligation to provide the successful Republican candidates of the primary election with a party organization of such depth and capability to ensure the maximum effort on behalf of the Republican candidates in the general election”

Launch Liberty received communications between Collins and Abbott that show how Collins truly felt about 2022 Republican nominees Michael Anthony Peroutka and Dan Cox.
Collins slammed Gubernatorial Nominee Dan Cox as a “piece of shit”, and even went as far as to say that Larry Hogan ‘might as well be on the winning side’ by supporting Democrat gubernatorial nominee Wes Moore.
How could somebody who is so openly hostile to his own party’s Republican nominees be expected to support those nominees in any way? It is central to what Launch Liberty has been reporting for months.
These text messages, emails, and the personal actions of 3rd Vice Chairman of the MDGOP Gary Collins, highlight a systemic problem within the Maryland Republican Party.
It shows the contempt that the elitists who control our Party truly feels towards their own voters. It is beyond disgusting.

The Central Intelligence Agency is seeking to tap Russians as potential spies who are “disgusted” with Putin’s war in Ukraine, The Wall Street Journal reported this week, as part of a new push to bolster its ranks of Russian assets.
The CIA’s deputy director of intelligence David Marlowe, who has been in the post since June 2021, said in a rare speech at George Mason University’s Hayden Center that the CIA is “looking around the world” for Russian who are unhappy with the invasion of Ukraine. It was Marlowe’s first public appearance while at post as deputy director.
This is “because we’re open for business,” he underscored. The attempt to gain dependable assets is said to include military officers and even oligarchs who are angry at being impacted by Russia’s extreme economic and political isolation on the world stage.
Offering his assessment on how the war is going for the Russians, Marlowe described, “Putin was at his best moment the day before he invaded.” Speaking of the potential for the Russian leader to put pressure on neighboring Ukraine and NATO before the decision to invade, Marlowe added: “He squandered every single bit of that.”
At that point before the February 24 incursion, President Putin had “all the power that he is ever going to have,” according to the CIA #2 official.
Some international publications dubbed Marlowe’s speech, which happened last week but was first revealed on Tuesday, a “recruitment pitch”.
“And so, for the director of operations, we’re looking around the world for Russians who are as disgusted with that as we are because we’re open for business,” Marlowe spelled out.
Despite wondering aloud if Marlowe’s comments were just an example of “CIA bravado,” The Wall Street Journal noted that the continuing war in Ukraine had unleashed an “intensified spy war” in Europe.
Starting months ago it was widely reported that the CIA had set up a portal on the dark web for disgruntled Russians with government information or access wishing to make contact.

“We are providing Russian-language instructions on how to safely contact CIA — via our Dark Web site or a reputable VPN — for those who feel compelled to reach us because of the Russian government’s unjust war,” a CIA official told CBS News back in May.
At the time the CIA in the rare public disclosure indicated it is hoping that Russians, including soldiers and civilian officials, would utilize the encrypted methods to submit sensitive information to the US.

Anderson Lee Aldrich, the suspect who allegedly shot and killed five people and wounded at least 18 others over the weekend at an LGBTQ nightclub in Colorado, identifies as non-binary and uses “they/them” pronouns, according to a court filing on Tuesday night.
Aldrich, 22, is facing multiple murder and hate crime charges stemming from last weekend’s shooting.
However, Aldrich’s public defender revealed that Aldrich is “nonbinary” and uses “they/them pronouns,” the New York Timesreported. In addition to the pronouns, Aldrich is referred to as “Mx. Aldrich” in the court filings.
“Anderson Aldrich is nonbinary,” a footnote in the filing states. “They use they/them pronouns, and for the purposes of all formal filings, will be addressed as Mx. Aldrich.”

The news about Aldrich’s gender identity came after Democrats and members of the corporate press politicized the shooting and blamed Republicans for the tragedy.
For example, NBC’s Ben Collins claimed that “Republican politicians” and the “internet’s far-right machine” targeted LGBTQ+ individuals in the months leading up to the nightclub shooting
“But I think we have to have a come-to-Jesus moment here as reporters,” Collins told MSNBC. “Are we more afraid of being on Breitbart for saying that trans people deserve to be alive, or are we more afraid of the dead people? Because I’m more afraid of the dead people.”
Democrat Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) blasted Colorado Republican Rep. Lauren Boebert as a “bigot” who motivated the shooter shortly after Boebert issued a statement condemning the violence in her home state.
“.@laurenboebert you have played a major role in elevating anti-LGBT+ hate rhetoric and anti-trans lies while spending your time in Congress blocking even the most common sense gun safety laws,” Ocasio-Cortez tweeted. “You don’t get to ‘thoughts and prayers’ your way out of this. Look inward and change.”
“Dehumanizing rhetoric leads to dehumanizing actions, which quickly translates to violence, shootings, assaults, and worse,” Cortez added in an Instagram post about Boebert.
Aldrich is set to make a virtual court appearance from jail on Wednesday, the Denver Postreported.
Joe Biden’s press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre melted down at Tuesday’s press briefing after several reporters attempted to ask outgoing NIAID Director Anthony Fauci about the origins of COVID-19.
After Fauci delivered his last address in his official capacity as the COVID response task force leader promoting the COVID jab, Daily Caller reporter Diana Glebova calmly asked him what he did to investigate the origins of the China Virus, but was immediately shut down by Jean-Pierre.
“We have a process here. I’m not calling out on people who yell, and you’re being- you’re being disrespectful to your colleagues and you’re being disrespectful to our guest,” Jean-Pierre snapped.
Daily Caller’s @DianaGlebova tries to ask Dr. Fauci about what he did to investigate the origins of covid and Jean-Pierre shuts her down.
“I will not call on you if you yell, and also you’re taking time off the clock because Dr. Fauci has to leave in a couple minutes.”
When Glebova attempted to follow up, Jean-Pierre shut her down again, saying she won’t “get into a back and forth” with her.
Other reporters saw Jean-Pierre’s bullying tactic as unfair and began speaking up, with one noting that “she’s asking a great question,” and repeated the line of inquiry to Fauci.
“It is not your turn!” Jean-Pierre fumed.
Today News Africa White House Chief Correspondent Simon Ateba pushed back, telling the press secretary she needs to call on other people across the room.
“She has a valid question!” Ateba said of Glebova. “She’s asking about the origin of COVID.”
Jean-Pierre shouted back that she “heard the question.”
Ateba noted that Fauci “is the best person to answer the question,” but Jean-Pierre shouted that “we’re not doing this the way you want it!”
“I’m done! Simon, I’m done! I’m done with you right now,” she said.
This comes after Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Request documents came out Tuesday showing Fauci and other virologists in Feb. 2020 emails discussing their response to COVID.
Notably, the conversations reveal Fauci quickly dismissed the hypothesis that COVID-19 came from the Wuhan Institute of Virology’s biolab in China without analyzing any relevant data.
In fact, a January 2020 email released under FOIA shows that virology experts told Fauci that they believe COVID-19 was not likely created naturally in the environment.
Of course, Fauci’s connections to COVID run much deeper, as it’s now confirmed that Fauci’s NIAID had funded coronavirus research at the Wuhan lab leading up to the pandemic.

Larry Hogan, RINO Governor of Maryland, endorsed 6 Maryland Republicans in the 2022 Election. He swore that these candidates were not ‘divisive’ like Donald Trump, who has a storied feud with Hogan. That his candidates would appeal to a blue state voter base like in Maryland.
The election results show that RINO Larry Hogan was dead wrong. Every single Maryland Republican candidate that Hogan endorsed on his public Facebook page lost their race in 2022.
Not only did these candidates, touted to be ‘moderate Republicans’ throughout the entire cycle, lose… They were destroyed. The results were a resounding rebuke of Hogan fascism. Not Trump populism.
Yuripszy Morgan in District 3 was defeated 39.8% to 60.2%, not even close. Launch Liberty revealed that Morgan’s primary opponent, Antonio Pitocco, was a fake anti-establishment plant funded by Hogan friend, MDGOP Chairman Dirk Haire.
Disgraced candidate for Comptroller, RINO Barry Glassman was decimated. His opponent received over 61% of the vote. Glassman had been caught donating to Democrat Governor-Elect Wes Moore.
Reid Novotny, who was appointed to a State Delegate position by Larry Hogan to replace Delegate Warren Miller, lost his Senate campaign in District 9. Even this ‘close call’ was not even close.
The Hogan Republicans have been completely rejected.
Allan Kittleman, the Hogan-endorsed candidate for Howard County Executive was defeated for the second election in a row by Democrat Calvin Ball. Ball received about 60% of the vote.
Finally Mike Hough, who was running for Frederick County Executive, lost a narrow race due to large amounts of Democrat mail-in ballots being dumped in at the last minute.
Hogan, though, has made his stance on election integrity very clear. He attacks any candidate who raises questions about elections. How fitting that his candidates were eventually burned by the fraudulent election systems.
Governor Larry Hogan is an absolute failure. He has failed on policy, he has failed to keep Maryland safe, he illegally violated the rights of every person in the State of Maryland with his illegal lockdowns, and is leaving our State more firmly under control of radical leftists than when he arrived.
In this Election alone, the MDGOP lost 11 seats in the legislator.
No GOP, throughout America, has been more destructive to its own ‘supposed’ goals and members than the MDGOP. That is a direct result of the corruption and failures of Larry Hogan and MDGOP Chair Dirk Haire.
